Oh my...I am...woah...I think I'm kind of - stunned. I am SO MOVED by your thoughts on this update...in fact on your thoughts on this story, because I was almost developing a complex towards it, what with all the tangled emotional complexities it's made of. So this - this is a HUGE boost for my confidence and I can't thank you enough :D

I loved that Khushi had kept out if his way ...letting him feel the lack ...and the sheer barrenness of his life without her ...loved that the moments they shared became a haunting memory that taunted him 'cause she was not around anymore . She has so permeated herself into ever aspect of his life that on reflection it seems that she is firmly entrenched into the very fabric ...beautifully expressed there.

I'm really, really glad you liked that. If Khushi had still been around him he would still be taking her for granted, pretending that her resolutions were null and void and running away from the consequences of his actions. Only by leaving could she stamp into him the importance of her staying, of her, so I'm incredibly glad you noticed and liked that!

Loved that he was so shaken that he was lost to himself , unable to eat or function in a normal manner , or even use that famed ' Shatir dimaag ' to find a way out of the hole he seems to have dug for himself . You know , in the show there were a few instances when he responded only to her ...very subtle and it wasn't made much of .

I agree...his anguish or regret for hurting Khushi - and since the very beginning of the show, in such beastly ways...he never truly redeemed himself for that. I kind of pictured he would go out of his way to make up to her, being such an extreme character - nafrat bhi extreme, gussa bhi extreme, pyaar usse bhi zyada extreme! :P I'm glad that you liked the angst!

Well would like to see Khushi getting to know of his state and rushing to check on him , inspite of herself ; all angry , bristling do-gooder instincts on high alert and also secretly worried sick ...and he is able to see that and rejoice and come out of his despair ...and the family , finally take note especially Anjali ...See you've got me daydreaming now...😆

Weeell...I can't give away what I have in mind - you'll just have to wait and watch what happens next :P
