M-Sorry. You were saying?

G-Apni car patak ke nikal gaye, ab main tension se marr rahi hoon

Geet bhi zara calm hui

M-Meri car? oh... I came to meet you last night... I left the car there?

Maan rubs his head trying to remember ki itni peene ke baad kya kya gull khilaye

M- I sometime forget things I did drunk...

He tells Geet

G-hmmm, are you feeling ok now? I really didn't want to wake you up this way but colony wale aise car dekhenge police volice ka chakkar ho jayega. Kisi ko bhejke car le jao

M- Yah.. yah.. I'll take care of it right now...Why did I leave the car? Wait I was driving drunk? Why didn't you stop me?

G-Yes you were driving drunk. I did stop you several times tum meri sunte kahan ho

M-I must have had a good reason for driving drunk then

He says shrugging off dismissing the matter

G-No reason..you are just adamant...

M- Main abhi kisi ko bhej deta hoon. RAMSINGH!!!!!

rs- Ji saab

M- Meri car hai XXX address par usse kisi ko bhej kar mangwalo..

Then he concentrates on Geet

M-I am just what?

G- Adamant

He starts talking to Geet again motioning Ram Sigh to go away

Ram Singh bhi khush ki aaj daant nahi padi. Normally Maan sirf chilla kar thodi chod dega Ram Sigh par jo wo light on karke parda khol kar gaya hai

M- umhmmm well you are gonna get more of it; you know that don't you? I wanna meet you today in he evening. I don't care if your mom says no

He says to Geet on the phone

M-Mujhe koi excuse nai sunna tum mujhse milne aogi bas. Decide ho gaya

G-O I thought we are meeting in the afternoon

M- No Geet main evening ki baat kar raha hoon; tum zyada najaad mat bano

Maan beech beech mein Ram singh Ram singh chilkar ye kahan hai wo kahan hai pooch raha hai

Geet chuckles...

G-It seems Ram Singh is your wife

M-Ram singh is my servant who thinks he is my boss

Geet laughs

Wahin Ram siigh is pointing to the time ki Maan needs to hurry and ki maa is waiting downstairs to talk to him

Maan bhaga deta hai Ram Sigh ko ur kamra lock kar leta hai

M- Tum Ram Singh ko chodo abhi; apni maa se baat kar lo jo bhi karna hai. Mujhe aaj bahane nai sunne

Maan keh kar Geet ko bye bye kar deta hai

Jaakar tayar hota hai

Gaya neeche to stony cold stares of his mom dad on the breakfast table

Maan bhi shurgs ki pata nahi ab kya naya naatak hai

He sits down for breakfast and araam se starts buttering his toast

Ma-Where were you last night?

M- I went for a movie then to a bar. Why are you asking?

ma-Why did you go to a bar?

M-Recreation

Ma-Huh? Recreation? or get wasted?

M- So I felt like getting wasted once in year what's the big deal?

Ma- Did you break up with a girl you loved?

M- Dad would you tell mom that you don't need a broken heart to have drink or two

Maa- I don't want my son acting like a drunk fool in public

M- No public at night

Ma-We have a reputation

M-Don't worry it's still intact

Ma-Really? You weren't even able to hold yourself on your feet

Maan gives a disdainful look and gets up

M- I am late. See you around

Chala jata hai'

Bachha nahi hai ki baith kar daant sune

Agar khada nahi ho pa raha tha to maa bhi nahi thi wahan sahara dene ko wo bhi tamasha hi dekh rahi thi waiting for to fall, to slip up to prove he is screwed

Udhar lunch time hota hai

Geet madam utarti hain bus se and smiles at Maan

Maan bhi dekh kar smiles back automatically crushing out his cigarette as he sees her bus approaching

G-Count?

M-Count what?

G-Cigarette count?

M- Half. I just lit up and then saw your bus coming

G-ohhh good boy, obedient boy

He shrugs.. kal jo wait karte karte phook di uska count nahi hai

M- So did you talk to your mom about today? You asked for her permission?

G-No

He narrows his eyes in annoyance

M- Why not? Why didn't you ask in the morning? We could have left early that way

G-Ghar jaake pooch lungi

M- I told you to ask in morning, didn't i?

G-Yes...but I didn't. I thought shaam ko aaram se puchungi. Waise bhi.

M-Tumaari shaam mein kabhi kuch theek to hota hai nahi

G- I don't think mumma permission degi

M- Theek hai mat dene do.I'll come and ask her myself. Mereko fark nahi padta

G-Nahi nahi. I will talk to her. Mumma ka bhi point of view sahi hai; she doesn't trust men and doesn't like my mingling with them. Par aaj main pakka aungi. Thik hai naa

M - I am holding you to your word agar tum nahi aayi to mujhse bura koi nahi hoga. I swear main tumhare ghar jakar personally tumhari mom se baa kar lunga

She smiles smugly

G-Tumse bura koi hai?

Maan grin back

M-Absolutely not!

k-Acha baba, main aungi..I promise...mumma mana bhi karegi tab bhi zidd karke aungi, Khush? Ab main jaun? Janaab?

Maan nods finally conceding But his eyes fall on something and he holds Geet wrist leading her somewhere

k-Arre kahan le jaa rahe ho?

He enters a boutique where a beautiful dress was hanging

s-Will it fit you?

He looks at Geet analyzing, then gives a self satisfied grin

s-It will

He orders the sales guy to pack the dress and hands it over to Geet

s-Wear this, when you come today

k-Theek hai

She smiles

s-Go your bus is here

Chali gai madam

Maan bhi chala gaya wapas office

Geet ne ghar jaake maa se khub minnat kari..'please please please maa...let me go'

Geet apni behen ke special day ke saamne kuch keh nahi paayi aur naa Maan ko inform kar paayi as uska mobile sister ke paas tha

Aur to aur, Geet ne wo red dress bistar pe rakhi thi pehnne kelie. Her sis liked it a lot and decided to wear it on her special day

Filhaal, Geet baithi hai restaurant mein with sis maa and sis's bf's family

Wahan Maan ubal rah hai

Phone kare to phone out of reach

Apna phone bas phek na diya Maan ne

Geet bhi kaise aaye..Geet ki aur Saurabh ki family mein argument ho gaya bura wala

Udhar mann hi mann tension ho rahi hai ki kya hoga Maan must be waiting…ye wo

Maan is walking back and forth like caged animl

Kabhi kisi ne itni insult, itna wait nahi karaya. Samjhti kya hai? Roz ek sorry bolegi and wo maan jayega? Marr nahi raha hia wo bhi bahar saath jaane ko. Aaj nahi aayi to theek hai phir uski shakal bhi nahi dekhni hai

Ab sab argument ke beech mein Geet ko bhi khoob late ho gaya aane mein

Jab tak sab soye aur phone usse mila tab tak 2 baj chuke the

Geet ne jaldi se Maan ko phone milaya

She knows daantega…she knows she is feeling sooo bad, she really wanted to go with him

He picks up the phone

M-i hate zou

G-Maan

M-i hate zou

G-Maan, I am sorry…really sorry. I know you are angry…very angry

Maan hisses on the phone angrily

M-Shhh!!! liezz!!

G-No, no lies. I really wanted to come… really

He bangs the glass down and pick up the bottle

M- liar!

The glass crashes on the floor

G-Maannn?????? Kya gira? What was that sound?

M-glazz breaking

G-Maan, please don't drink. Don't drink because of me. I know..it was wrong..I made you wait..I am really sorry...but I never meant to

M-Tch! i haez ou…wont do anything for zou

G-Don't do anything for me...I guess that's right. Do for yourself. Don't pain yourself for me. I am not worth it

He chugs down loads of drink, a steady stream dripping for the side of his mouth wetting his collar a little

G-Kahan ho tum? Aren't you home?

M- i neva wanna zee u again…i hae zou

G-I am sorry, I have hurt you…really sorry. You don't know how bad I feel

M-liezz Geezy..Geez alwazz liezz i hae Geezy…i neva zee Geezy again

She closes her eyes

G-I am sorry, really sorry. Geet is sorry

G-hmm, go home Maan please

Maan says some rude words and keeps on drinking. Wahi gaaliyaan jo Ram singh ko milti hain jab bhi wo Maan ko hangovers se jagata hai

G-Please stop drinking Maan. I told you naa, that you shouldn't drink or smoke

M-no no no no belize Geezy no lizen Geezy no do thing for Geezi no haze Geezi

k-You can punish Geezy

s-no!

k-No? Why?

s-no i'll i;'ll no talk to kazi…no more kazi talk…hae zou

Keh kar Maan phone kaat deta hai, gira deta hai

She is damn worried ki kahan hai Maan, pagla gaya hai kya, kahan pada hai

She calls again

Uka phone zameen par silen mode wala vibrate kar raha hai

He ignores it, busy drinking

Maan bottle kharid kar kahin car ke bonnet par baith kar pada hai

Geet kuch der call karti hai..naa uthata...kuch der sochti hai kya kare kya kare wo...she remembers him saying the place's name...dekhti hai ghar pe sab so rahe hain..

Par Geet couldn't make up her mind...she tries calling him againn

Jab Maan ka phone usse apne vibration se irritate karne laga to he stomped on it…cave man man ho gaya hai…technology disabled

Phir Geet ko laga...the place he described is a cliff..and he is drunk..agar kahin kuch ho gaya to she won't be able to forgive herself..ever

Geet ne taxi liya…aake pohonchi

Dekhi Maan ki car

Maan was lying on the bonnet balancing the bottle on his stomach taking occasional gulps from it

glad to see you updating again. Dear, I have a request. Previously, I read all parts of jaded prince regularly, hence this wasn't a problem but now I cannot find your updates easily.
Could you plz put in an index for this ff and jaded prince so that I can get to the updates quicker. Otherwise, I have to go through all pages and that takes much time. As jaded prince is being updated after so long, I wanted to read previous parts again to get into the story. This will help.
