baby the medical things at those times were no less than modern days.blood donation to even surgery happened in those days,you wrote nothing new,in fact it proves that how rich our indian culture actually is.you are still young,you have still a lot to learn of indian culture.keep writing.

& horse...actually someone intentionally leads a mad horse towards mihika's room coz he wants - chandu enter her room & witness her activity...chandu's waiting outside mihika's room...suddenly the horse rushed to him & hurt him badly...it's motion was towards mihika's door...so he can't help greatly smashing with mihika's door...it's unlocked & he'd entered her room unintentionally...then seeing her activity slapped her...the horse was controlled by the army later...

Am I successful to explain??
