The 2nd part of the show was heartbreaking. Khirad's sorrow & Ashar's redemption were one of the strongest part of the show. Khirad is one of those rare women who have the patience and an unbelievable strength to internalize their sorrow and not show it to the world. She came back for her daughter, took the accusing glares of her husband & the taunts of her mother-in-law and yet stayed as she had no other choice. But she stayed with a dignity that you don't come across very often. Thanks for writing this piece.

i m a very big humsafar fan and i loved the scene u chose and ur writting is impressive

i was recollecting that last year in this very month humsafar was an obsession on IF and i loved to discuss it

plus i have read that u think that it was not perfect well i agreed to some extent bcoz i have also read the novel before airing and if i compare the drama with novel then there were some scenes which were not executed well

but this is the best novel based drama i have ever seen and hopefully we 'll able to see another best execution of novel very soon in the form of ZGH

Yeah I thought a lot of scenes could have been done better and to be honest I wasn't pleased with the end which is almost the same in the book anyway so that's not the issue.

Ooh what's ZGH?? I'm watching Shehr-E-Zaat at the moment and I'll be honest, I hate it. :P

That was definitely true of Khirad and you're right it's very rare to come across this type of heroine in books and even TV. They seem unable to internalise conflicts and be rational about situations so when somebody does do it, it seems so out of the ordinary.
