After the 'rasme' were over, it was time for Kripa to go to her new home. As she left the Sharma house with Angad and his family, she said her goodbyes to her family.


In the car:
Angad was in the passenger seat with Kripa and the driver was driving. Angad and Kripa were going to go to a hotel to stay for their first wedding night. But first they had to go to Khanna house to get the elders wedding blessings.


In Khanna house:
As Angad and Kripa entered the main door to Khanna house, Naina was standing in front of the door way, with a big round plate in her hands(full of red dye), to give Angad and Kripa blessings. Kripa gently kicked a little metal cup, which was filled with rice. After doing this, Naina put the plate down so Kripa could put her feet init and walk seven steps into the house. Kripa did so. When her steps finished, Dilip brought Angad next to Kripa.
Dilip: "Long live both of you."
Angad: "Thanks dad."
Dilip went and kissed Kripa forehead.
Dilip: "Khush raho. And if Angad says anything, just tell me- I'll sort him out."
As Dilip said this, he lightly hit Angad on his shoulder.
They all started laughing.
Prithvi: "Hey Angad, as you know: you're not going to be staying here for the night. So here you go- the hotel tickets."
As Prithvi said this, he gave Angad an envelope with the hotel tickets in it.
Naina: "Yes, and remember, in the morning (if you could get up), come home early because Sharma family are going to come to take Kripa home for two days."
Angad: "O.k. mum."
After saying this, Angad and Kripa took blessings off Dilip and Naina again and left the Khanna house.


In the car: off to the hotel
When Angad and Kripa sat in the car, Angad sat on the driver's seat and Kripa sat on the seat next to him. As Angad drove to the hotel, Kripa sat there silent. Angad noticed this.
Angad: "Kripa, what wrong."
Kripa: "Oh nothing. It's just that my ears are hurting because of the heavy jewellery on it."
Hearing this, Angad started laughing.
Angad: "Oh my god Kripa. If your ears are hurting, then take the earrings off."
Kripa: "But...you..."
Angad: "But me what? I aint going to bite you or something. Come here I'll help you take it off."
Angad stopped the car. Kripa moved towards him.
As Angad took the earrings off Kripa ears, he looked down at her.
Angad: "Vaise Kripa, you look decent today."
Kripa slapped Angad's leg.
Kripa: "Well, I can say the same to you hunny, but I don't want to lie."
Angad: "Oh really?"
As Angad said this, he moved his head in front of Kripa's. Kripa started laughing and lightly slapped Angad on his cheek. Angad laughed with her, and quickly kissed her cheek. As he was about to start the car again, his phone rang.
Angad: "Hello?"
