Kripa looked back at Angad's mobile which was on the bed. At that second, odd questions ran through her mind. She didn't know if she had a right to answer the phone. But she then thought to herself that she was Angad's wife now and she had all the right to know what her husband does.
Kripa got up from the mirror desk and walked up to the bed. She took the phone into her hands.
Kripa: "Hello?"
Man on the phone: "Hello. Is Angad there?"
Kripa: "No sorry. Call back later. He is in the bathroom at the moment."
Man on the phone: "O.k. when he comes out, please don't tell him that I called."
Kripa: "What?! Why?"
Man on the phone: "Please, just don't mention me."
Kripa: "O.k. I won't."
Before Kripa could even say goodbye, the man had hung up. Kripa was confused.


Later Kripa had taken all her make-up and jewellery off. She was waiting for Angad to come out of the bathroom so she could change into her night clothes.
Just then, Angad came out of the bath. He was wearing his white tracksuit bottoms and was shirtless.
Seeing Angad out the bathroom, Kripa walked towards the bathroom door. Angad had noted each step of Kripa's as she walked. When Kripa got to the door, Angad blocked her way with his arm.
Angad: "Kripa, are you still angry?"
Kripa didn't answer.
Angad then put his arms around Kripa.
Angad: "C'mon Kripa. O.k. I'm sorry. Happy?"
Kripa: "Angad, it's not that. You don't need to say sorry."
Angad: "Then what is it?"
Kripa: "Angad..."
Kripa was about to ask Angad about the phone call, but stopped. She had remembered what the man had told her- not to mention him to Angad.
Angad: "Yeah?"
Kripa looked up at Angad. Seeing him all wet and looking so cute made a smile curve into her face.
Kripa: "Kuch nahin."
Angad: "Kripa...tum bhi na..."
Suddenly Kripa's mood became more cheerful. She folded her arms in front of Angad and shot her face into his.
Kripa: "Mein bhi na what?"
Angad: "Ermmm...kuch nahin."
As Angad had said this, he mimicked Kripa the way she had said "kuch nahin". Hearing this, Kripa started hitting Angad on his chest.
Angad (sarcastically): "Ouch! That hurts so much Kripa!"
Kripa started hitting Angad more. They both started laughing. Angad picked Kripa up in his arms.
As he walked up to the bed, he stopped.
Angad: "Woah! You're heavy. Lose weight. Now you're married to Angad Khanna. You have to look good for him."
Kripa: "Oh really? If I'm that heavy, why don't you put me down?"
Angad: "No! What are you going to do if I don't?"
Kripa: "I'll tell you what I'm going to do."
Kripa went forward to Angad's neck and bit it hard.
Angad: "OUCH!!!"
Kripa let go and started laughing.
Angad: "That's it!"
Angad threw Kripa onto the bed and jumped on top of her. He grabbed her hands onto the bed. Kripa started laughing more.
Kripa: "Angad I'm sorry. Please get off me."
Angad didn't reply.
He went near Kripa. Kripa went quiet. There was silence all over the room. Kripa's heart started beating fast. She had no clue to what Angad was going to actually do to her.
Suddenly Angad started laughing. Kripa looked at him in confusion.
Angad: "Oh Kripa, you so funny. You actually thought I would so something to you. With you I don't need to do anything, you would just get scared if I looked at you in a certain way."
Saying this Angad got off Kripa and rolled on the bed laughing his head off. Kripa got up and hit Angad's leg.
Kripa: "Don't laugh Angad…you really scared me then."
But Angad continued to laugh. He couldn't control it.
Kripa got vexed.
Kripa: "Get lost then."
Saying this Kripa was going to get up from the bed and walk off, but Angad grabbed her back. He put her on to his lap.
Kripa: "Angad, let go of me!"
Angad: "No!"
Kripa: "Angad please. I'm not in the mood."
Angad: "Really?"
Angad started tickling Kripa.
Kripa started giggling.
Kripa: "Angad stop. It's not funny."
Angad tickled her more. They both fell back on the bed again.
After a little while, Angad stopped. Kripa lay on the bed with Angad's arms around her. He kissed her softly on her cheek.
Angad: "Love you…"
Kripa looked up at Angad's gorgeous light brown eyes.
Kripa: "Love you too."
Saying this Kripa hugged Angad tighter and fell asleep in his arms.


The next morning when Kripa got up, she went straight to the bathroom to have a shower. When she came back, she saw Angad sleeping peacefully on the bed. She walked across the room, and to the bed. She looked down at her husband. Water from Kripa's wet hair fell onto his warm face…Angad woke up.
Rubbing his eyes he sweetly said good morning to Kripa.
Kripa: "Good morning 'pati dev'. Get up; you need to drop me off."
Angad (getting up from the bed): "Drop you off, where?"
Kripa: "Angad, tum bool gaye? I'm going to stay at my mum's house for two days."
Angad walked up to Kripa, who was brushing her hair. He came behind her and hugged her tightly.
Angad: "Do you have to go?"
Kripa: "Yes hunny I do. It's part of the marriage 'rasam'. Cheer up. I'm going to be back in two days anyway."
Kripa looked back at Angad. She could see he was upset.
Kripa: "O.k. promise me that when these two days are over, you're going to come to collect me?"
Angad: "o.k. but these two days better go past quick."
Kripa: "Awww, sweetie- of course they would. Now c'mon get ready."
Angad: "O.k."
Kissing Kripa on her forehead, Angad ran into the bathroom.
