CHAPTER 3
Khushi woke up early that morning as she wanted to look absolutely perfect for her date with arnav , she quickly drank her morning tea and ate a bowl of cereal and rushed of into the bathroom for a nice hot shower to calm her nerves down as her brain was running in overdrive trying to decide what she should wear , whether she should wear make up or not , what bag she was going to carry , she needed to relax or she was going to get a really bad headache.
She got out of the shower wrapped in a fluffy white bathrobe while she dried her dripping wet hair with a towel. As khushi was thinking about what she should wear she got a text from arnav which read
" come to my office by 11 am we can go for lunch by 12 :) "
she replied saying " great , see you there "
khushi continued to look throughout her closet while in the raizada mansion almost the same thing was happening

arnav walked out of the shower wearing his track pants while he dried his wet hair , he thought to himself , what do i wear ??? which color suit ?? what color shirt ?? this thinking process went on for bout 20 minutes until he finally decided to wear his black suit with a light blue shirt as the blue shirt brought out his eyes , a statement repeated constantly by his sister .
He walked down to the dining tabs and began to eat breakfast while his mind swam with thoughts of khushi
anjali spoke up " chotte , chotte ... CHOTTE "
he was brought out of his reverie by anjalis shout , he said
" what di !!! why are you shouting I'm right here "
his mother said " well chotte , you see you were so lost in your thoughts you did not reply "
anjali gave wide grin and said , " chotte who were you thinking about ?? A GIRL MAYBE "
Arnav didn't want his family to know about khushi so he quickly changed the topic and said he had to run for a meeting and he left the table while anjali giggled to herself thinking about who chottes mystery woman could be
Back at home khushi finally decided that she was not going to wear one of lavanyas skimpy little dresses to impress him , if he liked her , he would like her for who she really is not some fake persona ,
she decided to wear a red anarkali with gold embroidery on it , it was simple yet elegant.
She left her house and got into a taxi and asked the driver to take her to the AR building , she reached there and paid the driver , she was awestruck when she looked at the building it was huge and it was fancy . She walked in and asked the receptionist for arnavs office the receptionist gave her a haughty look and replied
" if you do not have an appointment you cannot meet with ASR "
khushi immediately called up arnav and said that his receptionist isn't letting her up to his office he disconnected the call , and called up his receptionist , while on call the receptionist had an extremely fearful look on her face and immediately sent khushi up
Khushi walked up the stairs the giant glass office , her stomach was full of butterflies , when she entered the office she saw arnv sitting with a young man , he asked khushi to sit next to him , she was confused .
