I read this after reading STB, you know the reason. This story takes a toll after reading and has the ability to upset you and I hope you are not offended by my words. I like the writing and the author, but the story is not a pleasant one but gripping none the less. I am not going to make demands for a happy ending (I hope for one, will be honest about that) but this update on many levels gives hope and I found this lovely message, I wanted to share this with you and the readers of the story.

That quote (and Masam's Khushi, the pure one!) reminds me of this poem by Emily Dickinson :

Hope is the thing with feathers
That perches in the soul,
And sings the tune--without the words,
And never stops at all,

And sweetest in the gale is heard;
And sore must be the storm
That could abash the little bird
That kept so many warm.

I've heard it in the chillest land,
And on the strangest sea;
Yet, never, in extremity,

I love you guys, I really do and I absolutely love the poem and the message. Thank you. Vgedin, the poem is one of my favorites!
And K, I totally understand what IF ONLY could do to readers mind, and I confess something that its effect are no less on me when I try to work this story out in my mind. And that's why I'm trying, I'm REALLY trying to always post STB with it. So I'll suggest you to read IO before STB, hope it'll help. (at least it helps me 😆)

For Chapter 37:

I was SCARED about opening the update. I didn't want anything to happen to Ali...

It was such a sorrowful contrast. Here is planning a romantic thing for them, planning to cook and all, is all smiles for everyone to see and is informed that he husband has been shot.

She is a gynec. She brought lives into the world at the very hospital where her husband is fighting for his. A distrubing contrast.

We have read how Ali met Tina. Now we read the extended version of how Tina met Ali and aren't they adorable?! Tina is remembering everything including the news of her pregnanacy. Cherishing all the good moments. Wanting them to continue forever. Willing them to never end.

When Khushi first reached Arnav and then later at the end, does Arnav think he and Khushi are somehow responsible for what happened?

Whosoever wanted Ali to be shot wanted that as a distraction. And wanted to clear his tracks too. Is Aryan safe without any of his family around? 😕

You know I am waiting for the new thread, I will comment on chapter 32-37 on the new thread but she is not making it. Masam this is unfair
