I am not sure how the superstition factor comes in. I understand her story about the snake and his reluctance to accept it, but superstition about marriage??

She has a problem with her horoscope... same as the lady that her uncle wanted to marry.. so danger for anyone who marries her. So if she marries him , he is in trouble ... and her problems will be solved.!

And the last part, the way you wrote it was awesome...
For a moment I was as flabbergasted as Arnav was ( happens to me, brain just functions a bit slowly after reading Physics the whole day😆), and then sorta guessed what she meant...

Kashi's statement gets Arnav into deep thought and he realises that there is more to Kashi than meets the eye ...

How could the snake have bitten a member of the family yet not harmed the little girl who was there too ... the whole incident is mysterious almost like a fairy tale ... in other words unbelievable ... just a superstition not to be blindly followed ...

"You think you are a smart man, Raizada. Why don't you put two and two together?"

... does she have Mangal Dosh in her horoscope too ... and entraping Mr. Raizada would just solve all the finacial problems that they are facing at The Kalarikkal House ??? Or maybe she is just trying to scare him away 😆 😈 😉

We have to just wait and watch as Devi progresses with the story 😆

Oooh!! She is a manglik! I notice their conversations are getting less argumentative and more intense by the day.

I can't say about the Raizada here, but I love it when a place has a history. But this was tragic. Superstition, story.. Whatever it might be, it gives the place some more character, adding some more charm to the ethereal place that is Kalarikkal House! :)

I am loving it, Devi. :D

This is a short series (Edit: 8/3/12: It turns out that I don't know how to write SHORT stories!!! It's now 17 chapters and I have not even covered a whole day!!) based on IPKKND.

I feel there is more to it I mean something to do with her Kundali(jadhagam)... plsss let us know what it means in the next update
