Everyone was running around throwing Maami's eye shadows at each other that were piled up in huge thaals. I don't know how Anjali Bua allowed her thaals to be used for such a happy purpose. I thought she was allergic to happiness.

Dad kept touching his cheek with a goofy grin where Mum had applied the red color and I realized that Dad probably only got the privilege of getting touched by Mum each year at Holi! Poor guy!
