Your latest chapter had your trademark excellence with the way you describe your characters' thoughts and motivations. Payal & Akash continue their alternate lead role that you have so wonderfully given them in your FF. Great insight into Arnav's tormented mental state and how Khushi has to soldier through this minefield.
Just one thing I wanted to say, and I sincerely hope you won't be offended by me saying this. Don't mean in any way to come across as presumptuous or second guessing your plot direction!
I can only benchmark the continuing chapters in 'Perfection' to the previous installments in this FF, as I frankly feel yours is among the best and most vibrant FF's on the forum. I just somehow felt that the rhythm, flow and pace of the plot, which was there across the first 2 Threads and for part of the beginning of Thread 3, has changed somewhat now.
My favorite beverage is masala chai, so please bear with me while I use this analogy 😊 Somewhere felt that the blend of adrak, elaichi and laung has changed a bit in the brew of the last few chapters. 😊 Your writing style is unsurpassed as always, but do miss a wee bit, the wonderful poignancy and beauty of the plot flow in the earlier chapters.
Eagerly looking forward to the Chap 41 and what you will reveal of Shyam's back story and what actually happened to Arnav's parents. And of course, where this ties in with Druv.
And hopefully Arnav & Khushi finally get to arrive at an understanding of their deep love for each other. Hope they become each others biggest strength as well, apart from being each others major weakness as they think they are now, 😊 and join forces with Payal, Aakash and NK in tracking down Shyam, wherever he is currently.
