i think something has been done by NT let me guess what it is

NT might have come to know taht prem loves geet and she might have used it aginst geet and would have made maan believed that geet was playing with hsi feelings

or it might be divorce paper hence geet's hands were trembling and this divorce is due to NT i m sure coz as far as i have studied about this maan he may be selfish but whatever he did n thsi span of tine was genuine and moreover why woudl he leave geet now when he knows that he woudl be getting more fame by keeping himself linked with geet

so i think it is something that is some dirty gae played by NT
