ok starting from the beginning -

CHAPTER - 79

just loving the growing bond b/w these two. lavanya's pain really shattered ma heart . i was too silently weeping with them. and now i no longer have any negative feelings towards her. she is what her past had made her. but from the inside she's still that little only who just wants to be loved and pampered. i can feel her too. and i absolutely agree with her. khushi has really that magic and charm that can bewitch anybody. indeed the way she looks into the eyes and smile, it's like she's soothing the pain in one's heart. absolutely love ma sanka devi..! and it was just perfect the way you ended it.


CHAPTER - 80

and her charm witnessed this chapter too. you know it's amazing na how she has won each and every member's heart in the castle just by her originality.! that rahim chacha part really touched ma heart. it's just beautiful how she cares about everybody in the castle.! she's indeed the heart of the castle.! and then their little nok - jhok really cracked me up. LOL typical khushi.! and arnav must not be realizing it but slowly slowly he's also transforming. unless who could have thought that LORD ARNAV will give a thing to these little gestures. but whenevr it comes to khushi he never leaves a chance to mock her. and that's the one of the things i love about him.! *blush-blush*


CHAPTER - 81

so master aman couldn't resist her charm too.! LOL it was obvious. and our naive khushi didn't even realized anything. but i like aman too. i mean he's such a sweet heart na.! making her laugh and practicing with her. i really like this guy. and when he said that he can never defeat ," The First Lord" and i was dancing ma secret dance.! heee...! LORD ARNAV'S name is enough. *giggles*


CHAPTER - 82

so ma hero here finally entered into the picture.! *ma happy dance* aahh.! his hatred also never left me unaffected. i mean the intensity of passion in his each emotion really amazes me.! all credits goes to you. and the jealously was so crystal clear here.! and here once again that aman guy won ma heart by showing his faithfulness towards his master.! *pats on his shoulders* it was so clear that arnav was irritated that khushi didn't acknowledge him about her learning sword fighting skill. ma poor baby.! *pouting* and of course khushi you do hate arnav.! LOL and then there never ending spicy nok - jhok continues... *beaming like a fool* and then the very ending lines made me beam with even more magnitude.! which was -

"Kushi squeezed her eyes shut as she felt the wind rush at her and the body of her enemy pressed upon her, giving her a sense of security. She hated this, but she knew she was safe. "

*wink*



CHAPTER - 83

and then his oh-so-sweet tortuous treatment continues here too. so love the shadow.! i mean he understands his master very well huh.! and then khushi's determination left me amazed. that's why i love her, she never compromises with her self respect.! and then that bear incident left me shattered.! that bear...!! GRRR....poor khushi burning in guilt..! had to agree ma eyes too got moisten while reading it. :(


CHAPTER - 84

ugh..! the last chapter.. :( now have to wait for yet another saturday.!
sorry but m still in dazed about this one.! don't know why but this chapter really affected me deeply. m still under the charm of it. must say this chapter really managed to shut a chatter box like me.! m just speechless.!

Ohkay, now that I am sufficiently mollified, I shall get down to commenting! I cannot tell you how glad I am that you have made Anjali & Arnav physically fine in this FF, also am happy that certain unwanted characters wont be making an appearance here... Whew. 😊

But one thing am gonna sorely miss is the burst of sunshine, NK. but now that you say that his place would be taken by Ram & Aman, I despair less. Hmmm,, I wish Khushi and Aman share a great bond and someday down the line, may Aman be a cause for jealousy in Arnav's heart, may Khushi find a true friend and confidante in Aman and may Aman not be hurt (physically or emotionally) during all this. 😉

Now coming to Shyam, though simply typing his name brings disgust, I am willing to be patient and give the one in your FF a chance... Coming to the fact that you stated that this one is gonna have a REASON for his evilness and that he shall be punished appropriately, a sense of calm and smug satisfaction prevails in my heart... I have full faith in your tale oh dear Lin.

OMG, I AM FLUMMOXED! NO VAMPIRES OR WEREWOLVES??????????????????? Then WHAT THE EFFF are Arnav & Shyam???? Don't tell me you ended up creating two new species of fantastical creatures!!!! I wouldn't put it past you to do that considering the amount of talent you have.. So the mystery continues... Damnit woman, you are gonna give us all many more sleepless nights it seems... 😈

Oh WOW!!! Now starts the future plot as per your wish!!! Damn excited, cant keep myself from jumping up and down on the bed! Oh I sense a change in the atmosphere, of the inn as well as outside. And it just gives me goosebumps!!!! 👍🏼

CH 79: Ah finally, La opens up to Khushi... I was hoping for this day to come soon and you have made me happy by doing this in a separate chapter nonetheless, so that people take out time to think about this rather than getting lost in Arshi! The way she asks Khushi about her parents, goes on to talk about her own losses, her loneliness, her need for love and care was just so emotional and sad. The poor girl had to toughen up in order to save herself from feeling alone and unloved.. Isn't this very much like Arnav???? I mean he goes through a tragedy as well and clams up after that.. In some ways these two are very much alike, the difference is that he went way further in shutting himself up than La. I feel bad for both of them.

I wanna give a special mention to this line "Kushi realised something. When Lady Lavanya cried, her tears filled her eyes. But they never fell down. They never travelled down her cheeks. They always remained in her eyes. Like the trapped memories of a broken heart. " For the life of me Lin, I cannot comprehend how you always bring so much depth and meaning to even the smallest of things... Such a beautiful description of her hurt and tears. Kudos 👏

Khushi has always been a perceptive soul when it comes to other's feelings... And I admire her for taking the initiative to hug La. God knows the poor girl needed it. She understands exactly what La felt, went through, desired and needed. La also repents for all that she said and did to Khushi and I personally feel very happy for Khushi at this part 😊

Another part which deserves special mention is "Forgiveness and as we grow in age, the shield must grow in size. Every time we are hurt or scarred by others, we must let it soak through this shield and we will only find our smile waiting at the other end of the tears " Such amazing meaning and what a way to put across a point dear. I am in awe of the way you instill such lessons and morals in your tales. You teach us a lot Lin 👍🏼

LOVED their bonding to the core.. A very heart-touching chapter...

AS to what you replied to Sona's comment, I'd like to say it HURTS, it HURTS LIKE HELL to see perfection being degraded to what is being shown these days. Sometimes I wonder is this the same show which gave us Diwali, which gave us a heart-stopping missed KISS, which gave us a feisty and fiery heroine who stood up for her morals in front of her mean and cold hearted boss, the same show which made us addicts in the truest sense, addicts who couldn't survive weekends without opening up new threads, flooding the forum with Oss SSs & FFs, the same show which made us melt due to the hero's droolworthy looks, the same show which sent our hearts racing whenever the RABBA VE tune was played, the same show which we worshiped and protected fiercely... And my heart bleeds to see what it has been reduced to... Though I do not admit out loud, I am disappointed with the way things are going, but one thing I can say with all my heart, as long as SaRun and Arshi are there, I will NOT be able to stop watching, yes there may be days when I wanna strangle the CV's, pull out my hair, break something, but I always did and always will stand by the COUPLE WHICH MADE ME SO CRAZY FOR THEIR SHEER, OUT OF THIS WORLD, SCORCHING CHEMISTRY... 👍🏼 😎 🤗 🥳 ☺️ ☢️

CH 80: Again a chapter concentrating on a person who aint a main character per-say... Great to know something else about Rahim chacha's life..

Oh how I wish Khushi had seen the writing on the letter Rahim Chacha handed to her by mistake, she could have unraveled everything, but alas things aren't go be so easy eh???

It was very touching to see the way he said that was like a daughter to him, his views about his son being lost in the war speak a lot about his philosophy in life. I appreciate the way he conducts himself after all that he has gone through.

Ah Khushi, only she can make such strong bonds so quickly, no sooner had Rahim chacha mentioned that he thought of her as his daughter, she immediately thanks Mother Goddess for giving her so much love from so many fathers. She doesn't hesitate at all to accept him as her father.. What I love about her is that she doesn't dwell on the fact that her parents aren't there anymore, she finds joy in whatever has been given to her... Awesome man. 👏

Ohooo!!! So Payal's letters for Akash are longer than the ones for Khushi eh?? *waggles eyebrows and chuckles* 😆. Fascinating to see that Khushi considers Shyam's letters a source of knowledge of the harsh realities of the world.. That's a way only Khushi can look at it!!

CH 81: Can I just say one thing LIN? I LOVE YOU FOR WRITING THIS CHAPTER!!!! 🤗

Oooh oh oh !!! Aman has feelings for her! Ah it feels like I have waited for this day forever... Awww he cant see her disappointed so takes it on himself to do sword fighting with her whenever he has free time! Can he get any more cute & adorable???

It is so much fun to see a guy blushing! Haeee, cute sweet, innocent and adorable attraction!!!!! Oh my that was a very flattering description of Master Aman I must say!

Hmmm, he has two brothers eh??? Champion swordsmen??? Lin I love the way you give us background information of the other characters... Makes them more real and relatable...

I LOVE IT! I love it I love it!!!! The entire camaraderie was very refreshing and light and fun!!!

Oh my, Arnav aint gonna like this one bit!! Gets ready for some explosive scene!!! 😉

what an update my dear!!

Lord Arnav getting angry over her hold,
Khushi, in the frame of guilt, stopped being bold
and obstinate for once, though I suppose
Lord Arnav had it coming from his rage overdoze.

Love, guilt, passion, denial in the air,
Master Aman and Lady Lavanya will soon despair
as the magic wand of the mystery figure sweeps,
bringing Arnav and Khushi close,
that our story teller will masterfully disclose!

Holy moly that was one mother of all the updates so far...arhilious to the core...and I just loved every pore of it.I'm just short of words my friend...but Arnav and Khushi will remain in my thoughts for a very long time...They are just perfect in all in-non-un perfectness

I had an interview! And even though Captain Responsibility was glaring at me unwaveringly, I read your updates! And as expected, the interview was a dud. I guess my current boss has you to thank! :P

And yes. You did blow my mind away, Lin! Not a scene without Arhi. Oh, the joys of reading such intense scenes could never be expressed with appropriate words, let me tell you!

Especially when Arnav let her do her bidding just so that she stops behaving the way she was. Also Khushi's guilt. Heart-warming to read. When she was first left in the middle of nowhere, by Arnav, I thought that Arnav had found a very effective way to teach her something. Too brutish of me? Never mind. :P
