BTW, I can find symbolisms in your short and very appropriate FF.

So Arnav is at the door asking khushi for permission - This symbolizes that ASR so wants to make love to khushi but he can't without her mind and body completely into it. He knows any less and the final out"come" wouldn't be the same. Another symbolism of Arnav standing all by himself at Khushi's door is that he really does not need anyone's permission to take his lady love.

Khushi's reaction - The symbolism here is that Khushi, while her mind and body screams ARNAV ARNAV ARNAV, TAKE ME NOW, cannot submit to such carnal calls without the full societal and parental approval. So she seeks her mommy's approval (since daddy can't much talk).

Finally, when both agree and consummate a relationship that has been threatening to happen since past 7 months.

And the viewers take a collective sigh, since I could almost hear Khushi say to Arnav (like Marisa Tomei would in My Cousin Vinny), "My biological clock is clicking like this <stomps> <stomps> <stomps>, and the way this case is going, I ain't never getting married!"
