I seriously don't want to write a long speech and spoil everything. Just know that I am continuing original YAS Chapter 16 and considering the revising version and all the nonsense that went through my head as a terrible nightmare. I don't expect much readers, not after all that mess I created. But no regrets as such. I have always been like this, you guys are just new to it :) Still love ya all for being the best and for always holding my hand. Its like I have got myself a family. MUAH <3
Story So Far : This is just to rewind your memories and plus for new readers who are sure to find my initial writings pathetic.
An orphan rarely has anything but a bright future, some say. But she was determined to change that. She lived to get herself to be called much more than just an abandoned 'child'. This is the story of Ridhima, a girl for whom fate always brought something different. On an ordinary day, when hit badly in an accident, she was left to rot and bleed away while the crowd simply took in the sight of her weakening body. Society evils keep people from helping her and for long, she is left to lie there. Until of course, her hero comes. That's he, enters her life. A prince charming in every sense, he curses the crowd and himself turns saviour to Ridhima whom he takes to the hospital in his hands. However, she is denied treatment purely because she didn't have anyone to accept the terms of the hospital and vouch as her close relative. Once again, furious at the inhuman nature of people, he glides his bleeding hands around her maang, initiating a marriage according Hindu traditions, leaving everyone in the hospital spellbound. All's good as she is taken into surgery and is in the process of recovery. Except one thing. Ridhima doesn't know his real name nor how he looks for everything happened when she was in her unconscious mind. His disappearance right after her surgery leaves an empty hole in her life. Two years later, Ridhima applies for a job and is leading a lovely life, her past and her so called 'husband' still an untouchable alien. Memories of that still haunts her but running behind them was just not Ridhima. Until one day. She is arrested by Vivek, a police officer on account of a smuggling ring that used her name for deals. She dreads her suspicions because the timing of a certain event that she had to encounter with this was a bad combo[For those who have read, I am talking about Chapter 3]. Around the same time, her best friend, Muskaan reveals that she is in love and will have to get married soon for her fiance, Rahul has got a transfer to Delhi. Ridhima is pretty upset with the arrest and the thought of parting with her best friend. But being the strong her, she handles her emotions well and by luck, Vivek pronounces her free. Ridhima chooses to give her best friend a wonderful wedding rather than seeming unhappy at the lovely life she had ahead of her. They share a conversation on the marriage day, convincing each other that their friendship can very much survive even if Muskaan was to shift to Delhi. Ridhima also tells Muskaan the only secret she hid from Muskaan; about her mystery man.
Armaan Mallik, the son of Ridhima's boss, an Interpol Officer has arrived after about 6 years to meet his friends and family in India. Despite informing everyone that he is here for Rahul's wedding, he has other things bothering him behind his head.
Ridhima meets Armaan during Rahul's and Muskaan's wedding preparations. They began the relationship on a bad note with Ridhima detesting Armaan's guts while Armaan taking advantage of the fact and doing more to irritate her.
Actual facts : Armaan is Ridhima's mystery man and he knows this. He has told about to Rahul, Vivek and Atul, his friends. Through Rahul, Muskaan too is aware of this even before Ridhima tells her and has her head onto getting Armaan and Ridhima together. But on realizing that Ridhima no longer is willing to live a life relying on a past that is so incomprehensible disappoints Muski a bit. Nevertheless, she knows that AR have to get together because already they are tied in God's eyes. Armaan wants Ridhima back for in the 2 years he has secretly noticed her and had grown a magnetic attraction to her. But he does not reveal it to her for reasons of his own. Besides, he has the 'things' again to worry about because its the dark cloud above them which is dangerous to Ridhima specifically.
What is the dark cloud? Will Armaan be able to protect Ridhima from all that? How is Ridhima going to react to Armaan on knowing that he is the guy all along?

This story is truly close to my heart. The core concept is very real for its routed by society evils. The rest is like a fairy tale for I think life itself has enough and more harsh reality for us. So yeah. That's YAS for you.
