Jazzy, that was one sweet part...I loved the way Mohinder played pranks on his daughters, was so happy with his thoughts that girls are not a burden on parents. That part touched my heart being a girl myself. Parents' worries to find grooms for their daughter was portrayed so convincingly and of course I loved Geet's refusal to marry.

Each character of the story is depicted so nicely...the whole pink pillow thing had me laughing.

Can't wait for you to continue

I just dont know what to say jaz... As you said and as we have discussed many times, getting girls educated, treating them as princess and considering them as pride of family is something that God bestowed only on lucky few like us...😭 What all parents are to bear to bring us up... with relatives ready to bad mouth and discourage in every step...😭

Jazzu... the first part brought tears to my eyes... loved the way you have portrayed father-daughter relationship. Even though each of his daughter is different in characteristics and nature... the love of a father for his daughter(s) is immense and insurmountable.

Reminded me of my days in my maayka... and how, even today, my Dad puts me to sleep, tucks me in when ever I am home (I can not think of my parents home in any other way but my own). Loved it babes.. eagerly waiting to read more.

But no Sam is not the eldest. Nandini is the eldest, Anwesha the second born...then Sameera, Meera and the fifth is Geet. And then they have Lucky their kid bro. Do read the character sketch on page one again...the characters are listed in order of age...I hope it will lessen the confusions😳😳
