Correction: Maan says Geet killed "all". Geet doesn't respond but only asks him to prove it.
Geet says "Sasha" and "Anjali" explicitly hinting that she had nothing to do with the other three. Maan understands that now. But he still cannot do a darn thing.

See the disconnect? It isn't random. And more over, I did not want it to be obvious so I did not spell it explicitly. I mentioned in my closing comment that Geet has confessed to the planning of Sasha and Anjali to the killer. And in the finale too Maan feels that she wants him to prove it.

Maybe, if we had an epilogue, it would have been down to one or none. 😆

I continue to hope!

IF Geet is the mastermind behind the murders, the time she came back after Anjali was killed, she must have known a dead body awaits her in the next room, wont that bother her...moreover, the glass of drink was warm, wouldn't it strike her how could that be if Anjali was dead?

- There is a dead body next to her room. So...? If one is clinically as detached as planning to eliminate her own roommate, why will she be bothered about the dead body? Only when she sees the body she knows that something is terribly wrong because stabbing isn't part of the plan.

- And the third possibility (my favorite):
Geet would tell Mal about the plan and give her dates she would be working late. It would be Mal's decision when to strike and Geet would be completely out of it. This would ensure that Geet would not have to lie about the day of murder. With this theory -
a) Geet's reaction to the glass of drink is genuine.
b) There is a possibility that Anjali may be dead but there is no guarantee.
c) Explains why Geet called Mal when Mal was at her apartment. She really did not know that Mal was there.

Edit: I may have watched too much Criminal minds- but Geet's behavior does seem to be similar to that of a psychopath? Shes been saved by the fact that we also had a delusional artist added to the already potent mix that was the story!

Is it a co-incidence that the killer (artist) chose the same day and almost the same time to kill Sasha and Anjali as Mal (and Geet) did?😕
