Prologue:
Everything was so blurry. He couldn't see who she was. All he heard was her musical laugh. He was being pulled to her like a magnet unknowingly. He followed her and tried to see who she was, but she turned so quickly that her wavy hair just danced through the air. But he saw her eyes'those chocolate brown alluring eyes. But that was it when everything turned black. That one voice, which was music to his ears, was screaming in pain. Her cries pierced through his heart. He felt like he was falling down a black hole. Wherever he looked there was darkness. He ran and ran an endless and looming path looking for her. He stops as he saw the same girl approach him with a veil covering her face, only showcasing her chocolate brown eyes. But there was something different, something missing. The same magical spark and full of life glisten in her eyes were gone and masked by an unknown pain.
"Help me" she murmured . That is when Maan awoke from the same nightmare, which started as a sweet dream, but always ended with "Help me".
CHARACTER SKETCH
Dev Chopra-27years old
He is a brilliant entrepreneur with a lot of talent. His company had started out as a very small, but starting right after getting out of college, in just two years it evolved into a very well developed company. Except 6 months ago he almost declared bankruptcy because one of his own and trusted partner deceived him and ran away with all the company's money. It was a rough 6 months, which changed the man he was. He started to gamble and even started to drink. He takes advantage of his wife, Geet, which he used to love dearly and the question still remains if he still loves her? But it has been a month where the company is doing much better and is slowly going back up to its original place slowly.
Geet Chopra -24 years old
She fell in love with Dev Chopra in college and after about a year of dating they got married. She was happily married for 1 1/2 years. Her life was like a fairytale the first 18 months of marriage than everything took a different turn. Dev's behavior changed, especially with Geet. For the last 6 months he has been behaving with Geet in such a way as if she is worthless, but nonetheless she just tolerates every pain and believes that everything will get better soon and that Dev is just going through a hard time. Her life revolves around him and only him so she tolerates everything. She is also a stay at home wife.
Maan Singh Khurana-28 years old
MD of Khurana Constructions. His life revolves around his work only! His family consists of only himself and Daadi. His parents had died when he was a kid in a car accident and therefore his Daadi took care of him and the Khurana Empire, until Maan was old enough and finished college and took over. He is a huge buisiness tycoon, with high standards and morals. He was living a normal and quiet life, but everything changes when he sees a particular girl in his dreams for the past month.
Love is a dreadful game that plays with everyone's life. Sometimes one's love for someone is so strong that they can go to any lengths for that person good or bad. Whatever pain they give to you, you blindly take it. Your love for that person is so strong that nothing else matters...nothing else!

He had sweat running down his neck. Who was she and why was she always bothering him? For the past month she would come and haunt him in his dreams.
He gets up from his bed in frustration. He walks over to the refrigerator and gets a bottle of water and just splashes all over his face. What was wrong with him? Why were those chocolate brown eyes haunting him! Why? He sits on the rocking chair near the window letting the chilly air calm him down. He closes his eyes but again those eyes pop into his head. He gets up again in anger and looks out the window. He puts a hand against the wall and looks at the full moon. "help me" her voice echoed through the looming night. <font color="#0000ff">TUM KANHO?</font>

She was also looking out the window at the moon. She never saw her life like this. It was as if she was living a life of a fairytale in the beginning, but now those days have got locked away. She doesn't even know where to find them. It was two in the morning and she was surrounded by nothing but loneliness. Her eyes only waited for his arrival, but he seemed that everyday he was walking farther away from her heart. Still she loved him as much as she did in the beginning. She only breathed for him. He had become her oxygen. He was always in her thoughts, except he didn't seem to care about her anymore, at least not as much as he used to.
She snapped out of her thoughts realizing what she just said "No. How can I even think that? He still does care for me. He still loves me just as I love him. He is just going through a hard time that's all. Trying to get himself a big name in a city filled with competition".<The excuse she has been giving to herself for the past 6 months.
Just then the cracking noise of the door opening came in. A handsome and tall guy around the age of 24 comes in. His smile was too die for. Geet stood breathless as her husband started to approach her. He comes and hugs her from behind. " I missed you so much jaan"</font> dev said nuzzling her ear down to her neck.
"The business party was so boring with out you</font>" he says.
Geet giggles, "Acha you missed me that much. There weren't any hot girls in mini skirts to entertain you?".
Dev turns her around and makes her meet his eyes. One hand was around her waist pulling her closer, and the other hand running through her hair. Their lips were only millimeters away that their breaths were mingling with each other. Dev murmured in his husky voice " hey, don't even think that other women come into my thoughts. Everything and everywhere I go it is only you on my mind. Only you who has a special place in my heart. Got it?".
Geet stood stunned at the amount of love her husband showcased to her. She murmurs, " I love you" and closes in on Dev's lips to seal the remaining gap between them.
Geet gasps as two fingers snap in front of her. "oyyy why the hell are you staring at me like that". "Bewakoof larki. I work my ass off and support this family and what does she do, only lost in her thoughts and world everyday?
Geet starts to fumble and nervously says, "sorry. Do you want me to warm up food for you?"
Dev: Uski kohi zaroorat nahi. I ate at the business party. Just hurry up and turn off the lights I have to wake up early for work tomorrow. Stop waisting my time with your baqwas.
Geet murmurs softly, " What kind of business party goes up to two in the morning?"
" Tum kuch kaha?" he says raising one eyebrow.
Geet: "uhh nahi'mein kuch nahi kaha"
He slips into the bed and turns away from geet, closes his eyes to go to sleep. Geet watched on hurt. This was the reality of her life, not what she imagined a few minutes back. That Dev, she had no idea where he had gone, but she believed he was still there, hidden somewhere, which was why she was silently taking all the pain he was giving to her. She loved him, regardless of him treating her like she was worth nothing.
>Dev: I SAID to turn off the LIGHTS!
Geet panics and turns the lights off quickly. She slowly comes to bed and puts the spread over herself. She looks out and takes a glimpse of the moon. What was she looking for? She needed love and care, which she hasn't been getting recently. Her heart felt empty, deprived of love. It had become a routine for her not to eat dinner, as she would wait to eat with Dev together, but she couldn't even remember the last time they ate dinner together. A tear escapes from her eyes and soon her eyes become drowsy and she falls asleep. Hoping that with tomorrow's sunrise she would get her Dev back.

After leaving Khurana Constructions, maan headed over to his car that chilly night when unexpectedly someone bumps into him. He looks up to see a retreating figure rushing away. She looked back only for a few seconds and that is when he saw them, those chocolate brown eyes.
