Scene 45

Nih quickly sits next to Ved and tries to calm her down while tara quickly gets kavita and viren

They rush Ved to the hospital

She's admitted in and the doctors get to work rite away!!

While at home, rahul talks to Suraj on the phone

They celebrate that their plan was successful

Suraj thinks of visiting Ved in the hospital..since dhruvs not there

While in the hospital

The doc said that ved sondition is critical

Everyones tensed

Kavitas asking nih and tara what happened and how did Ved fall down the stairs

But both shrug

Viren tells kavita to call call Dhruv and tell him about Ved condition

Kavita holds the phone and dials the number

Dhruv answers

Dhruv- (happily) hello

Kavita- (sadly) Dhruv beta

Dhruv- (a little surprised) arre mama, aap itne raath ko kyun call kar rahi ho..wahan sab teekh tho hai na..(not expecting much)

Kavitas silent...she doesn't know what to tell Dhruv

Dhruv- (a little scared now) mama aap kuch bolthi kyun nahi...sab teekh tho hai na??

Kavita just cant tell Dhruv and gives the phone to nih as she starts crying

Nih- Dhruv!!

Dhruv- (concerned now) haan babhi, aap tho batao kya baath hai..wahan sab teekh tho hai na..Ved teekh hai na???

Nih- (breaks into tears) nahi Dhruv, yahan kuch teekh nahi hai..hum sab bahut pareshaan hai..Ved..(cries)

Dhruv-(worried and loud) kya hua Ved ko???

Nih hesitantly tells Dhruv what happened as Dhruv drops the phone and stands there shell shocked as if he'd just been woken up from a terrible nightmare

At the hospital

A few hours later

The doctor comes out

Nih runs up to her

Nih- doc kya hua??

Doc- (dissapointed) im sorry, humne bahut koshish ki lekin hum bache ko nahi bacha paye!!

Nih looks shattered

Kavita- lekin doctor, Ved tho teekh hai na??

Doc- (smiles) ji, Ved teekh hai..kuch din woh thori weak mehsus karegi but she'll be fine..

Nih- kya hum Ved se mil sakthe hain??

Doc- haan, lekin dhiyan rakna ki woh zyada stress na kare!

Nih nods and walks into Ved room

Ved looks up all teary eyed

Nih goes and hugs her

Both sis cry

Ved- (cries as they hug) nih mera bacha..(cries even louder)

Nih hugs Ved tight with tears flowing down her eyes

Kavita comes and consoles her..tells her not to stress too much

But she cant seem to stop the tears from flowing

Ved cries as Dhruv runs in the room...his eyes drawn and looking tired from the long drive....

Dhruv- VEDIKA!!!!

Everyone looks up to see Dhruv standing by the door

Ved just looks at him sadly as he walks up to her

Both are face to face

Dhruv sits on the bed next to her as Ved hugs him tightly and cries her heart out

Everyone leaves the two alone

After a while both unhug and Ved looks at Dhruv teary-eyed

Ved- (holding hands) im sorry Dhruv, mein humhare bache ka kayal nahi rak payi

Dhruv- (holds her with tears in his eyes) nahi Ved, issme tumhare kya galthi hai...jo hona tha woh hogaya..mere liye tho itna hi kaafi hai ki tum teekh ho!!

Ved hugs Dhruv tightly

Both soon fall asleep..ved on the bed and dhruv on the chair next to the bed with his head resting on the bed...both are worn...

The doc keeps Ved under observation for a few days

Nih called Rudra and told him everything and he came back'

nih sitting in her room very sad thinking about ved

rudra comes and consoles her..saying that everything will be ok

nih hugs him and cries for ved

rudra hugs her back with a sad expression

Dhruv hasn't gone home since he came back

He's been with Ved all along..taking care of her

It's the day for Ved to leave

Eveyones at home

Dhruv pays the doc the bill and goes back to Ved room to take her home

Ved still feeling a bit weak so Dhruv helps her get up

Ved walks down the hall with dhruvs help

They're almost at the exit door when both look up and see SURAJ

Both are shocked!!!

GOOD JOB!!! But why did the baby have to die!!! 😭 I hope they kick Suraj out of their house asap!!! and same with Rahul!!! 😡

Scene 46

Dhruv- (shocked) Suraj!!

Suraj- (looks at Ved, then at Dhruv with a shocked expression) Ved..(Dhruv interrupts)

Dhruv- (rudely) dekho suraj abhi humhare pas tumhare fizul ki baathein sunne keliye waqt nahi hai..Phir kabhi!! (carefully tightens his grip around Ved and leaves)

Suraj just stands there expressionless watching Ved walk away hoping she'd turn to look back once

Dhruv and Ved reach home

Dhruv takes Ved to the living room..Everyone stands up as both as they enter...

Nih runs up to Ved and hugs her

Nih- Ved Tumhe pata bhi nahi ki tumhare bager yeh ghar kitna soona lag raha tha!!

Ved gives a fake smile

Everyone tries to act cheerful when they talk to Ved

Later on Dhruv takes Ved to their room so she can rest a little

He makes her lie down and leaves to get madicine for her

Ved lays in bed thinking of her sweet moments before the accident....

*FLASHBACK*

Dhruv-(stands up) MERI JAAN, YOU'RE PREGNANT!

Dhruvs very happy, he kisses ved on the forehead

***********FLASHBACK****************

Dhruv- Ved, muje bahut bhook lagi hai, dil kar raha hai pancakes khane ka

Ved- pancakes...abhi???

Dhruv- plz jaanu, bahut mann kar raha hai pancakes khane ka

Ved- (laughs) Dhruv, pregnant mein ho ya tum??

Both laugh

The two of them pigging out on samosas

Dhruv- (looks at Ved) jaan, mein tho sirf apne hone wale baby boy ke baremein soch raha tha!

Ved- (lifts her eyebrow in curiosity) LADKA!! Agar ladki hogi tho??

Dhruv- (calmly)mmmm, nahi ladka hi hoga kyun ki (touches Ved tummy) iske papa ladka chatha hai!

Ved- NAHI!! Ladki hogi kyun ki (touches her stomach) iski mama ek ladki chathi hai so ladki hi hogi!!! Aur tumhe ladka kyun chaiye?

Dhruv- (smiles innocently) kyun ki ladkon badmaash hote hain aur mein aur mera beta dono mil kar bahut sara masti aur shaithani karengen( smiles listening to him)...tumhe darayenge(scare you)..larkiyon ko cherenge (tease girls)

****FLASHBACK ENDS****''

Ved cries as she remembers how happy everyone was and now becuase of her their sad....

Dhruv enters the room with a glass of water when he sees Ved crying

Dhruv- (sits next to Ved) arre Ved, (slides his hand over her head)..jaan mein janta hoon ki tumpar iss waqt kya guzaar rahi hogi lekin plz aise roh mat..Tum jab jab rothi ho muje bahut dukh hota hai..(Ved hugs him)

Ved - (as she hugs him) Dhruv mein apne aap ko bahut kamzor mehsus kar rahi hoon..mein aisa kuch kar bhi nahi sakthi jisse mera koya bacha muje vapas mil jaye (cries harder) bas sirf tum hi mera sahre ho...

Dhruv hugs her tight making Ved feel secure in his arms but on the inside he's just as weak as Ved...her sadness is his weakness..Dhruv doesn't know what to do to make Ved feel any better...He just cant see her depressed like this...

Scene slowly zooms away from DhruVed

And you see rahul standing by the door listening to DhruVed conversation....

Rahul-(smiles evilly) [thinking> Plan A tho successful hua..ab sirf iss Dhruv ko raste se hatana hai..ab tum dekhna Ved, mein Dhruv ko tumhare zindagi se kaise nikaltha hoon...Dhruv se shaadi kar ke tumne jitna dukh aur aansoon suraj ko diya....uski badla tho mein tumse chuka kar hi rahoonga Tumhe tumhare Dhruv se alag kar ke!!! Bas tum ab dekthi raho ki mein kya kartha hoon!!! (smiles wickedly)

Scene stops on his face....
