Part 15

She was trying to sleep but she couldn't feel asleep. She was thinking about her day, about Maan's reaction, about Sameer's feelings for her.

Maan's reaction brought back her memory, her feelings which she has buried a longtime ago. She knew that she had feeling for Maan but she had forgotten it because that was in the best interest of her. She didn't expect to confront him in Delhi where she had begun her new career. She was relieved with one thought that Maan didn't tell anyone that she was in Delhi otherwise she wouldn't be in Delhi or she wouldn't be alive.

Today when Maan was staring at her and he was lost by looking at her, somehow Geet felt good about it. Maan's reactions were worth more than Sameer's words of praise. She didn't want to think more than that because she wanted to forget her past and Maan is also a part of her past. If she is around him means past will never leave her.

She realized that whenever Maan is around, her heartbeat gets really fast – but these are the feelings she wants to forget, she wants to move on in her new life by burying her past. She decided to control her feelings for Maan.

In the background, her radio was on and the following song was playing on radio.

On the next day morning, she was giving final touch to the presentation for her class today.

She reached to the class and she noticed that Maan was already there, waiting for her to discuss something about the presentation.

Both were ready and finally presentation starts, they both have divided presentation equally among themselves.

Geet has started presentation and class was listening to her carefully, looks like everybody has liked the slides and her presentation style.

Maan was staring at her, she looks gracious, she has confidence in herself, she was not afraid of anything, she looks elegant and very convincing and Maan noticed all these things.

Maan continued the presentation after Geet has completed her part.

Maan looks confident, professional, and energetic and Geet noticed all these things.

Geet was thinking that now luckily I will be done with Maan and now I can move on, this would be our last work together but that is not what God has planned for them.

Professor got so impressed by their work that he suggested to do one more project together.

"Babaji, muje kaha fasa diya, now I have to tolerate Maan more, I am trying to forget my past and my feelings for him but now how I can do that, working with him won't really help me to forget my past, jaisi aapki marzi."Geet says with little annoying sound.

Lecture got over.

"Geet, you did a good job today, congratulations, and I know that we both wanted a separate ways but professor has something else in his mind and now we are stuck with each other for one more project, well by working on this presentation, we have at least learned how to tolerate each other."Maan says with smile.

"What do you mean Maan? Were you tolerating me? It is other way around, I was tolerating you. Did you see your face in the mirror, kids will be scared by looking at your angry face, sometimes looks like that you are going to slap me, in fact I am the one who had courage to work with you, and Babaji will provide me more courage to work with you on the next project."Geet says with her teasing sound.

"Geet what do you mean? You have no idea that the person will literally die by hearing your annoying talks all the time, so I am the one who should get credit for tolerating your annoying talks."Maan says.

"Ya anyway you never listen to anyone, so forget it and you must be getting late for something so you should go otherwise you will again get one more chance to blame me for something I am not responsible."Geet says.

"Geet, please, it is useless to argue with you so let me just leave."Maan says and he leaves.

Geet reached home where Pinkedy and Shasha were making plans to go out.

"Hey Geetiye, so finally you came, great, we have been waiting for you now we all can go to a club, it has been long we haven't been to a club."Pinkey says.

"Club, no way, I have never been to club before, I don't like to drink and watch drunk people dancing crazily."Geet says.

"Geet, arrey then you should at least come once and if you don't want to drink, you don't need to and if you don't want to dance you don't need to, you can just come to accompany us."Shasha says.

Finally both got successful in convincing Geet for going to club and Shasha suggested Geet to wear the jeans and top which they have bought a few days back.

All got ready to go to a club.

There was one surprise waiting for Geet at club.
