Part 4

Outhouse

Next day Maan woke up early and went to gym as usual. All he could do ws to think abt geet' but today he thought ws something diff'.may b atmosphere was more pleasant.. or the day was more beautiful than usual. Then after an hour workout he went to freshen up n to get ready for office.

KM (Khurana Mansion)

Dadi is sitting on dinning table waiting for Maan.

Dadi(to herself): aaj Maan aapko office zindagi ka sabse bada surprise milega' hum Geet ko aise jane nahi denge.. ab chahe kuch bhi ho jaye.. hum Geet ka naam Maan se jod ke hi rahenge.

Mean while Maan enters KM and goes to sit with Dadi ma on dinning table.

Maan: good morning Dadi ma.

Dadi : good morning beta. Aap office nahi ja rahe hain kya?

Maan: ji bass nikal hi raha hoon.

Dadi asks nakul to serve breakfast to Maan too. Aftr having brkfast Maan heads towards KC.

KC(Khurana Construction)

Adi-Sasha both are talking to a girl. Telling her abt her job. That is job of MSK's secretary!

Adi: tum fikar mat karo v r there to help u. You just have to line up the appointments, and meetings nd do what ever Maan sir is going to ask u... ok?

Sasha: yes. Don't worry. We r here. If u find anything difficult then you can come to ask me at anytime ok.

Just then siren rings. And fear on every ones face begins to appear. Adi begins to stammer and says that Maan sir is there they should leave!! Adi-sasha leave Geet in Maan's cabin heads towards there desks.

Mean while Maan enters the office in full stern attitude!

(Maan's monologue)

This is not the first time I m entering this office. But today the atmosphere looks so special. Aisa kya hai jo mujhe aaj itna apna sa lag raha hai. The scent in the air is reminding me of her. She is every where. I can feel her. I hav just met her once and that one meeting in it self is making me insane! (he smiles to him self)

Adi: Good morning sir!

''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''(maan lost in his thoughts doesn't giv any answer.)

Sir.. any problem??

Maan: no.. nothing. Umm what abt the secretary? Has she come?(Adi nodes his head in affirmation..)Ok thn send her in my cabin immediately.(Adi goes out of his cabin)

I don't know why every thing seems pleasant today. Ye mujhe ho kya raha hai?!!

(some one knocks the door)Yes come in. I don't know jab bhi mai Geet ke bare mein sochta hoon toh sab usi waqt mujhe disturb kyo krte hain.

Nahi ye nahi ho sakta!!!Ye mai kya dekh raha hoon''.. she is infront of me.. Geet is infront of me!!!

Nahi kahin ye mai sapna toh nahi dekh raha hoon' lagta hai mujhe apna checkup karana hi padega!.. mai Geet ko hallucinate kr raha hoon'. Vo yaha kaise ho sakti hai??!! Kya ye sach much yaha hai..??!!

(maan's monologue ends)

Maan goes forward in lifts his hand up to touch her.

Geet(said confused): aap ye kya kr rahe hain?

Maan(snaps his hand): tum .. yahan ?? tum yahan kya kr rahi ho?

(he is still not believing that Geet is there)

Geet(she was feeling shy): jee vo mai.. mai yahan job ke liye aayi hoon. Vo dadi ma ne kaha hai ke mujhe kuch din yahan join krna hoga kyo ki shaadi ke baad vo chahti hai ke mai bhi office join karun isiliye mai yahan secretary ki job ke liye aayi hoon.. mere paas appointment letter bhi hai.(she said all this in one breath clutching her dupatta)

Maan(takes the appointment letter from her hand ): hmm ok. To tumhe pata hai na ke tumhe kya krna hai aur tumhara cabin kaha hai.?

Geet: jee vo mujhe Adi sir ne bata diya hai.

Maan: theek hai tum jao abhi. I'll call u when I'll need.

Geet leaves his cabin.she was really nervous infront of him.

Maan(to him self): ye sach mein yaha hai. Itne der se mai iske bare mein soch raha tha. Aur ab ye mere saath kaam karegi! Mere samne rahegi!

(he ws really very happy..)

Geet's cabin was just beside his. And he ws seeking glances every now and then.. he liked the way she worked on the desk.. he loved wen her strand came on her cheek nd she removed it by sliding it behind the ear.

Just then Sasha knocked his door.

Maan: come in

Sasha: MK ye file aapne mangvayi thi.(and she started discussing the project with him when she realize that Maan is not listening to her bt is lost somewhere. This ws the first time Sasha ws seeing him like this. She smiled. said to her self ) Dadi ma ka plan work kr raha hai!!

Maan was just lost in Geet. He didn't hear wat sasha ws telling him.

Sasha:to MK bataye mai clients ko kya kahun?

Maan(snaps out immediately from his thoughts): umm' haan' vo.. Sasha jaisa tumhe theek lage. Umm I'll go thrugh it again . tum jao I'll call u latr.

Sasha(controls her laughter seeing the condition of Maan): theek hai MK I'll wait!..

Sasha goes out laughing.. and tells adi abt wat happened with MK. And then calls Dadi nd tells her too abt Maan.
