Gunjan has worn a cream laacha with beautiful ornaments.
Gunjan sees Samrat talking to someone.
G:Samrat is here?I wanted to invite her.But i was shy to invite him.Then how did he come?He himself must have decided to come.
Slowly she smiles.Then she goes to him with a serious face.
G:So you came.
S:Roy and Manu invited me.
G:Oh!
Rishab sees Gunjan talking to Samrat.He goes near them.
S:Happy birthday uncle.
R:Who is he Gunjan?
G:He is Samrat..my collegemate.Our neighbour also.He is a good singer.Anybody will go to sleep.
Rishab and Gunjan laugh.Samrat is shy.R:Samrat..since you are a singer i can't leave you simply.You sing.
S:Ah!
R:Sing.
Samrat sings looking at Gunjan.

Gunjan brings milk for Rishab Bajaj.
He takes it.
R:You remind me of your mom Savitri.She used to give me milk every night.Then she used to sing for me.Do you remember her face?
G:I never forgot my parents' face.
R:When Savitri breathed last i found this life a burden.To escape from this atmosphere when i went to London my poor daughter became so lonely.I could'nt do anything for my daughter.
G:Atleast you returned to me.I need only that much dad.
They both weep silently.
Puja room.Gunjan prays singing:

Swmi jai Jagdish hare
Bhakt jano ke sankat
Ds jano ke sankat
Ksha men door kare

Everyone looks at her with a smile especially Rishab.He thinks:Though she is brought up by Fernandus and Maggie they gave her the freedom to pray in our own way.Samrat also hears her song.
Gunjan is walking out of the house.Samrat comes to her:Let us go to to college together.
G:No need.
He is embarassed.But he is not willing to accept failure.
S:But i want to join you.
Gunjan walks forward.Sam also.
S:I heard you singing in the morning.It was very beautiful.
G:How do you know that it is sung by me?It must be sung by someone else.
S:No,it's you.I can recognise your voice.
Sam gives her a book:Read this book and atleast after reading this please change your attitude towards me.
She takes it slowly as she can't avoid any book.Sam goes away.She looks at the book.It's named as 'Love is a rainbow'.
Gunjan reads the book at home.She imagines Sam telling her:Love is a rainbow.Love has got different shades like rainbow.Love is as beautiful as rainbow.
She smiles.
Rishab with Gunjan..
R:I could'nt do anything for my daughter till now.But now i'm happy that i have done something good for you.Anand is my close friend in London.His son Varun is a good guy.Very brilliant.They are coming next week.You are lucky to get a guy like Varun in your life.
Gunjan is shocked:Dad!Marriage?Now?
R:You maybe tense.But i'm sure that you will be happy with Varun.Are you not happy Gunjan?
Gunjan controls her pain:Yes..
Rishab takes Gunjan to the airport when Varun and his parents come.Rishab and Anand hug each other.
Rishab looks at Varun:Varun..you did'nt recognise my daughter?She is Gunjan.
V:Hi..
G:Hi..
They all go to Fernandus' house.
V:If you all don't mind i want to talk to Gunjan personally.
They laugh.
R:Sure.
Gunjan is nervous.
They both go to the verandah to talk.
V:What i want to tell you is..
He sees Samrat staring at them from the other house.
V:Sam?
S:Varun?
V:That is Samrat.Right?
G:Yes.
