Everytime i read dis ff..i fall in love all over again wid dis FF..😳

I simply loved the FF. Geet was so strong and so different than I usually read. Her wit, strength, honesty, simplicity, loyalty and most importantly standing for herself was I admired a hell lot. Its really very rare that I get to read such head and heart strong Geet.

She loved Maan so much that it hurt. At one moment I felt she is so stupid to still be around him and love him when she knows that he doesnt love her. I really felt like that should just go, but you made her strong hearted and stick to the man knowing that he doesnt reciprocate her feelings. It is difficult to stay around not feel the pain but damn I seriously need to salute her for her strength of character. She was simply amazing and out of the world. I really became her fan. Just loved her to bits.

About Maan it was kind was surprising that he really took so long to realize his feelings for her. Till the end I was just thinking that he does not love her or either will simply give in to her out of care and concern. In fact even at the end when he finally realized his feelings I felt some quite weird. Maybe cos this story mostly had only Geet's feelings so I felt his confession a bit unconvincing. Her attraction, jealousy, realization and acknowledgment of love, confess and still sticking around with him as a friend knowing the guy does not love her made me feel that her feelings were too strong for him. Her feelings overwhelmed me every time whereas Maan's feelings were hardly described or mentioned maybe thats why I could connect with Geet more.

I felt Maan made a very great friend though than a lover. He respected her feelings and dint break his friendship with her. Stood to her in her tough times i.e her running away. He apologized whenever he felt he was wrong keeping his ego aside. So there were lots of qualities of his that were endearing.

However Geet stole my heart. She was played every role perfectly to the T. Be it a good daughter, sister, friend and most important the best lover anyone could ever get. So most of the part made me feel Maan was lucky to have got her in his life and was a fool to give her so much pain and hurt sometimes intentionally and most of the times unintentionally.

Her bond with Dadima, Brij, Maan, Kripa, Manthan, Pearl was simply heart warming. Not to forget she even stood for a good for nothing Ronnie just cos she never turns her back to her friends. She was something really. I can go on and on about her.

Anyways, I really loved and enjoyed your writing style. Its really unique and has a certain charm to it. You can write humor, romance, emotional all kind of scenes. But my personal favorite was humor. It was mind blowing.

Also Im glad that the thread is open knowing most of it are locked down and I hardly get chance to comment.

Btw if you have written more FFs on MG then do post the links. I would love to read your stories on them.

Thanks dear. This was my first completed FF on IF :) So holds a special place. I don't even remember what I wrote, I guess I'll have to sit down and read it sometime. But glad you liked it. And I think I did invest more in Geet than in Maan while writing this, cause I was DD obsessed 😆 I thought the sun rose and set in her types obsessed.
