Bharti:Waise I totally didn't expect the three of us to get internship application letters from MWorld..

Alisha:Well we meed to apply within a week...

Bharti:Yeah..anyways how are you going back??

Alisha:As usual, Dad's picking me up..Sanju drives and she's lucky..I would have gone with her but she was in a rush today...O-M-G!!!

Bharti:Kya hua??

Alisha:I don't believe this!!

Bharti:What Alisha??

Alisha:Just turn around..Isn't that Armaan??You called him to pick you up??

Bharti:Armaan..What is he doing here??

Alisha:Isn't it obvious??You mean you didn't call him to fetch you??

Bharti:Now why would I do that??

Alisha:Oh come on Bharti..Don't tell me you guys are jsut friends and that's it..

Bharti:Precisely that's what we are Alisha..I swear I didn't call him..

Alisha:Interesting indeed!!!Contract marriage, 3 months, it's mid-March...and you guys are just friends...

Bharti:ALisha..you and your thoughts!!What makes you think a guy and a girl can't be friends??

Alisha:Of course they can't!!

Bharti:What about me and Bhaskar??

Alisha:That's a different case..

Bharti:No it isn't..Bhaskar is a guy and I'm a girl and we've been friends for the past 7 years...

Bharti walked towards Armaan who smiled at her.

Bharti:Wat are you doing here??

Armaan:Waiting for you..

Bharti:What??Par kabse??

Armaan:Erm approximately about 45 minutes

Bharti:What??Are you nuts or something??But how did you know that I'm going to be at the uni??

Armaan:Maa told me to pick you up..So here I am..

Bharti:You should have called or sent me an SMS...Anyways..what??We're going back on a bike??

Armaan:Well you see I don't own a jet plane or a helicopter..So make do with this..Chale??

Bharti:I'm not coming in this with you...

Armaan:Par kyun??Now don't tell me that you've not gotten a lift on a bike before...

Bharti:Well..

Armaan:I've seen you at Excel college and there used to be guys queueing behind you..

Bharti:Look all that was true and it's true that I've received several lift offers but I've turned all of them down...

Armaan:No way!!You got to be kidding me..

Bharti:Do I look like I'm in the mood to kid?

Armaan:Serious???That means you had ridden on my bike for the first time three days back when you were drunk??

Bharti:You brought me home on this bike??

Armaan:What were you thinking then??Anyways why did you not accept any of the offers??

Bharti:Tum toh road ki haalat toh jaante ho...Bumps here and there...Aur ladko ko toh issi mauke ka talaash jo hote rehte hain...So yeah..

Armaan:Don't even think of categorizing me under those group of guyzz..Mujhe woh sab karne ka koi shok nahin hai!!Chale??

Bharti:Maine kaha na..I'm not coming..

Armaan:Uss din toh keh rahi thi ki tumhe mujhpar barosa hai..Aaj kya hua??

Bharti:Ermm woh toh main...

Armaan:Take a chance with me and I assure you that you'll find me a trustworthy guy!!!

Bharti smiled at him and felt that Armaan is a sincere friend, whom she can trust on fully and thus she agreed to go back with him on his bike.

Bharti:Tumhe tez drive karna nahin aata hai kya??

Armaan:Aata toh hai...Par tab toh..You know..

Bharti:Armaan..just drive fast,will you??Mujhe tumpar poora barosa hai and i know you'll never ever betray my trust and my friendship..So just fire up!!!

Armaan fell silent throughout the whole journey, thinking of what Bharti said. He can't betray the friendship and the trust she had placed in him. They reached home quickly and Bharti went inside first while Armaan parked his bike. He felt different, as if he was transformed into some other person he had not known before. Sudha broke the chain of his thoughts and called him inside. Before Bharti went to sleep, Bharti told Armaan to keep his afternoon free for her for there is a surprise for him from her tomorrow and she went before Armaan could ask her about it.

The next day, Bharti had woken up much earlier than expected and took her roller skates and went for a morning stroll at the nearby stadium which had tracks for people to jog,run and exercise. Bharti only discovered this a few days back and she had always felt energized after exercising and hence she decided to get started.

Bharti was roller-skating and just then someone called out to her.

Raj:Heyy I didn't expect to meet you again..

Bharti:Excuse me..Who are you??(Raj's smile faded)

Raj:(murmured to himself) "Nobody had ever asked me a question like this before and that too a girl.." I'm Raj..Raj Malhotra..We bumped into each other at Men's Universe and you dropped all my files...

Bharti:Maybe..But i don't exactly recall..Sorry about that..

Raj:Well ok..do you come here often??

Bharti:Whenever I wake up early..

Raj:That's a problem for me too..I'm a late riser too..

Bharti:Ok..erm I'll just..

Raj:Hey erm I was wondering if we could..

Bharti:What?

Raj:Have a cup of coffee??

Bharti:So my instinct was right..Aren't you such a flirt??

Raj:Well flirting is my forte and I only drink coffee with beautiful girls..

Raj felt so fresh in the morning after bugging a gorgeous girl. Just then he realized that he had introduced himself but hadn't asked for her name.He could find that from the magazine itself or from Jiya and he dialled Jiya's number and thought of talking to her while jogging.

Jiya:Kaun hai subah subah..Hello??(yawns loudly)

Raj:Your destiny...

Jiya:What crap..Raj you idiot!!!Kyun yaar subah subah tang karne ke liye koi aur ladki nahin mili kya???

Raj:Arre yaar...uski baat toh karna tha tumse...

Raj:I met a gorgeous girl at the stadium today...

Jiya:What made you wake up early today???No girl for company last night??

Raj:Well that's one..And perhaps I was procrastinating to jog for quite some time and now I've finally dragged my legs to the stadium...It was just awesome....

Bharti:Haha a lil..I just got back from roller-skating..Feeling a lot better...

Jiya:Ahh yes I almost forgot...Actually there's a party being thrown by MU boss, Amarjeet in celebrating the 7 years of success of MU and I was thinking of inviting you too for it..Will you be able to come???

Bharti:I heard about it from Bhaskar last night...Actually I'm not too sure..I need to go to the uni in the evening and maybe after that if I have the time I'll pop by...How about that??

Jiya:Sure if you can, it will be great!!!

Bharti texted Alisha that she'll be bunking her class in the afternoon and she'll meet her and Sanjana in the evening.

Meanwhile Armaan was in the middle of editing his photographs that Jiya came in.

Jiya:Hey Amarjeet told me that you're going out for a while...And I will need to take care of your photo-shoot...

Armaan:Yeah..I'm going out for a while..

Jiya:Kaha???

Armaan:Arre yaar bataya na bahar...

Jiya:Toh???

Armaan:Raj hain na..Ask him to manage,k???Bye!!!

Jiya went off,sulking. Armaan knew Jiya had felt bad about him not telling her where he was going but he himself had no idea why he was going to meet Bharti at Octave Shopping Mall. He quickly hurried there to meet Bharti but she was nowhere to be found.

Just then Bharti messaged Armaan to meet her at Lens & Optics. Armaan wondered why she wanted him to be here with her but as usual, he had no answer and he just took the escalator and went upstairs where he saw Bharti waiting for him.

Bharti:There you are..Come...

Armaan:Wait a second..Why are we here again??

Bharti:Chalo andar....

Armaan:Arre Bharti..

Bharti:Come come....

Bharti was talking to a lady who was waiting for them,especially Armaan. Bharti asked Armaan to remove his transition specs and asked him his favourite colour.Armaan was still not answering anything.

Bharti:Come on...

Armaan:Bharti...

Bharti:Ok fine..I'll choose for you....brown will suit you...Brown lens???

Armaan:Lens??

Bharti:Yeah..contact lens....You'll look much better in contacts than specs...

Armaan:What??Bharti,stop it...Pehle kyun nahin bataya???

Bharti:If I had told you earlier, you wouldn't even come here....So just ssshhh!!!

Armaan:What...I'm not going to allow this....

Bharti:Yes you are!!!!(turns to the lady) Yeah we'll take the brown lens...

Armaan looked at Bharti and he was about to say something but Bharti stopped him and asked him to listen to the lady who asked him to try the lens and he followed her instructions. Bharti hid his specs and got her mobile ready to get some pics of him.Armaan wore the lens and looked at Bharti.

Bharti:Hey give me a big smile....Ahh yes!!!!How are you feeling??

Armaan:What are you doing Bharti??

Bharti:I'm taking a video....Come on....

Armaan:What??

Bharti:Come on be a bit sporty...

Armaan:Ok Ms Bharti....I'm actually....actually feeling good...But i'm worried about my eyes....

Bharti:Not to worry....Just don't rub your eyes....You look really handsome now..I mean the transition lens tend to spoil the gorgeous eyes that you have....You're a photographer and you yourself are overshadowing your ..what do we call that...beauty...Haha....

Armaan:Thanks for the wonderful surprise!!!Ok enough with the video....

Bharti:Ok video's stopped..it's quite short...Anyways let's take a good pic together...

The lady helped to take a beautiful pic of Armaan and Bharti together. Bharti leaned her head against Armaan's head and both of them smiled and the lady took the pic. Bharti really loved the pic and quickly paid the lady and Bharti grabbed Armaan's hand and pulled him to the gift shop to get a black and red frame and got their photograph printed from the photo shop quickly. After that, Bharti placed the photograph in the newly bought frame and asked Armaan to keep it as her memory even after their marriage gets nullified after about 9 months. Armaan's smile vanished as soon as Bharti mentioned about the marriage.

Bharti:Kya hua???

Armaan:Kuch nahin...I just can't tell you how different I feel...

Bharti:You mean bad different or good different??

Armaan:Good different...Like I've just got transformed!!!!

Bharti:Cool....Waise Jiya called me in the morning about some party....

Armaan:Can you come???(just got excited suddenly)

Bharti:Armaan hold on a second..Abhi toh thode down the..Achanak itni khushi???Lollz....Anyways I need to meet Alisha and Sanjana at the uni right now...Erm I'll just give you a call if I can make it,k??

Armaan:Ok then...I'll drop you at your uni??

Bharti:It's ok Armaan...Actually Sanjana is picking me up...You can go off first...And yes, your specs will be with me the whole day today,ok??
