Meanwhile Bharti was talking to Alisha after submitting their assignments in the assignment submission box.

Bharti took an auto and headed to Hotel Trez, where the grand party was being held.All the staff of Men's Universe had already been present. Bharti was stuck in a traffic jam and just then, she picked up Bhaskar's call.
Bhaskar:Arre kaha ho tum??
Bharti:Yaar...I'm stuck in a traffic jam!!
Bhaskar:Uffo kitna dher lagega??
Bharti:Bata nahin....Hotel Trez,right??
Bhaskar:Yeah...jaldi aa jaana,k??
Bharti:Koshish karungi...
Meanwhile, Jiya and Raj has just arrived. Armaan was earlier than he expected himself to be. He was expecting Bharti to come but he hasn't received her call yet. Bharti was trying Armaan's number but her battery was getting low so she switched off her phone.
Jiya was pestering Raj to tell her about his workout partner whom he met the morning. Jiya couldn't stop herself form laughing and she asked him to introduce the new girl to her as soon as possible and Raj, in his heart, was hoping that Bharti would come for the party tonight. Meanwhile Raj excused himself for a drink.
Payal arrived and Bhaskar went to talk to her.Bhaskar excused himself as Amarjeet was calling for him to meet some clients.Payal was wondering where Bharti is. Just then Sunny came to her and asked her to hold onto two drinks and told her specifically not to get the drinks mixed up.Payal didn't really listen clearly to him for there was loud,blaring music being played.Payal was just looking around and just then she saw Gyaan and Vinita coming and they wanted to talk to Amarjeet.Payal heard them talking about Bharti and she felt a bit worried and Payal turned and she saw a large glass and thought of pouring both of the drinks together. Payal turned to see where the evil duo were heading to and as she turned, she couldn't find the empty glass and instead she saw a large glass bowl with a narrow base. Payal just realized that she could have probably mixed the two drinks into the fruit punch that was supposed to be distributed to all the guests present at the Hotel.Payal was totally fidgeting to herself,"OMG..yeh maine kya kar diya....I'm so screwed up!!!!"
Bhaskar:Hello...Payal...Heyyy...(nudged Payal)
Payal:Huh???Bhaskar...
Bhaskar:Kya hua???Tum itni darri huyi kyu lag rahi ho??Kisi ne kuch kaha kya???
Payal:(grins sheepishly) Erm woh...
Bhaskar:Oh-kay Paayu...I don't really fancy that look on your face...What did you do now???
Payal:What the hell Bhaskar....How am I supposed to know that the bartender will actually put away that empty glass and place the..the large bowl of fruit punch here....I...I...
Bhaskar:Ok..erm....What again???
Payal:Uffo Bhaskar Sunny gave me two glasses of drink..he said something but i couldn't hear and then i saw Vinita and Gyaan and heard them talking about Bharti and they were heading towards Amarjeet...And i thought of mixing the drinks in the glass and giving it to them...Simple par....
Bhaskar:Don't tell me that you mixed it in the fruit punch instead???
Payal:Hehehe...oops!!!
Bhaskar:Ok ok..don't panic!!!We'll just inform our friends about it....
Payal:Aur baaki log???
Bhaskar:Woh sab baad mein dekh lenge.....Waise where's Vinita and Gyaan??
Payal:I gave them the fruit punch...
Bhaskar:Mixed with Sunny's drinks....Amazing!!!This is so fun...Hahaha!!!Chalo....
Payal informed Armaan and Jiya and Bhaskar informed Raj and several others.Jiya and Raj were busy serving themselves some desserts while Armaan had his eyes fixed on the entrance door,waiting for Bharti to appear. He tried calling her number but she is not answering.Jiya saw the look on his face and nudged Raj about it. Raj too was smiling at Armaan for he had always wanted to see Armaan with a girl but apparently he didn't get a chance to do so. Just then,Amarjeet made an announcement about MU's primary investor, Mr Raichura who made a little speech of the success of MU and praised Amarjeet and Bhaskar who looked at Payal and smiled at her. Bhaskar was called to say a few words but he looked at Payal and asked her to come with him. Payal was surprised but she said No and Bhaskar just pulled her hand and brought her forward with him.
Bhaskar informed the rest that if Mu is becoming a success, it is not just because of him but it is becuase of everyone who's worked hard for Men's Universe for the past 7 years and that includes workers such as Narain, Hira bhai and even the receptionists who are often under-appreciated and thanked all of them for their heartiest dedication towards Men's Universe and before he concluded his speech, he held Payal's hand firmly and looked at her and spoke, "If Payal wasn't around for me in these 7 years, I wouldn't even have entered Men's Universe in the first place...She's my strength and my first love and without her, nothing is possible for me...Lurve you jaan!!!" and kissed her hand. Everyone was looking at them and Payal blushed instantly and took her hand from him and clapped for Bhaskar. Bhaskar winked at her and brought her for some desserts.
Bhaskar and Payal went to join Jiya,Raj and Armaan.
Bhaskar:Wonder what's taking this Bharti so long....
Raj:She's coming???
Jiya:Raj...of course she's coming...She's our friend and I've invited her so she'll definitely come....
Raj:How cool is that...Anyways i'll be right back!!
Jiya:Oh gosh..Raj and his eyes...Looking for girls...Anyways..you guys should really try the mocha cheesecake...Just fantastic!!!
Payal:Yea I was just telling Bhaskar about it..It's simply awesome....Bharti too just loves making desserts..You should try her lemon cheesecake..She makes the best!!
Jiya:How I wish we could get to see her soon....
Just then Bharti came, pushing both the entrace doors all at once. She was panting real hard, with her eyes closed and pasting a wide smile on her face for she managed to reach before the party was over. Just then she opened her eyes to see everyone looking at her and she just grinned. Jiya turned to look at Armaan who just smiled instantly and Jiya thought to herself, "Awwww I just feel like messing his hair right away..."!!
Bharti was looking around for Bhaskar and after some time she saw Bhaskar and Payal waving to her and she was walking to them. Just then, Raj bumped into her yet again and spilled his drink on her favourite purple top.
Raj:Heyyy....
Bharti:Tum???Tum yaha pe kya kar rahe ho???Ohhh you must be the waiter here....
Raj:Hello I'm Raj..
Bharti:Whatever....Hatto!!!
Raj:Ajeeb ladki hai...
Bharti:Haan..ajeeb woh toh hai..par tum ho ajeeb..Get that??Ek sorry bhi nahin aur mujh par ilzaam laga rahe ho....Idiot!!!
Raj:Oye excuse me..you didn't watch where you were walking....

Bharti was talking to Bhaskar and apologized to him for not being able to hear his speech and Bhaskar told her not to have the fruit punch and told her of Payal's little mistake. Meanwhile they were on the lookout for Vinita and Gyaan but they were glad for they saw Vinita and Gyaan dancing with each other and enjoying themselves and they looked pretty drunk. Bhaskar invited Bharti for a dance and both of them were dancing to various dance songs and Armaan was just watching her from a distance. Just then Bhaskar brought Bharti to Amarjeet and introduced her to him.
Amarjeet:Interesting..Bhaskar told me that you're currently studying for Masters in Journalism....And you're applying for internship...
Bharti:Yea I am...Actually I got some offers and am thinking about them...
Amarjeet:Bhaskar recommended you to work for our Men's Universe and if you are ever interested,do let me know...
Bharti:Erm actually...
Amarjeet:Bhaskar told me everything and in fact he showed me your certificates....Well a post is vacant..If you're interested, you can fill up this application form by the end of this week and if you're shortlisted, well you'll get the confirmation letter....

Bharti switched on her phone to see if anyone had called her. Upon seeing Armaan's missed calls, she realized that she had forgotten to call him. She looked around for Armaan and just then he tapped on her shoulders. Armaan raised his eyebrows and Bharti just smiled widely at him.
Armaan:Looking for me??
Bharti:Yes...Sorry I forgot to call
Armaan:Where were you??
Bharti:Actually na I was stuck in a traffic jam....and I was running all the way here just to make sure I don't miss out on the party....
Armaan:Yeah..I didn't miss your grand entrance...
Bharti:Hahah...just hold on...Hi Alisha..bolo...
Armaan was about to go but Bharti held his hand,asking him to wait.
