Mere paas chahe do options ho par tum sab ke paas ek hi option hai aur wo ye hai ki tum log SHAINA se pucho ki update kyun nahi ho raha. She had told me that by the end of this weekend, ek fic par wo reply kar degi, par abhi tak usne ek bhi reply nahi post kiya. Tum hi batao mai kya karun?

Mai kya karoon ek to aaj kal time kam milta hai aur jab time milta hai to alreday itne saari fics hoti hai ki poocho mat aur agar mai apne fic pe kisi k comment ka thoda late reply kar doon to danga ho jaata hai so alag.

Pooja k dance seekh lene k baad ab Naina ki baari thi na dance seekhne ki aur us ne jab khud hi start kar diya to pata nahi chala ki kab se Raj us ko aise hi dance karte hue dekh raha tha. Naina ko Raj k pass aane pe ajeeb lagta hai to Raj ne bhi socha ki us ki awkward situation ko theek kar de.

Baaton hi baaton me Raj ko ek saath bahut saare jhatke lage na, jaise pehla jhatka ki Pooja Ali k saath jaa rahi hai, Alekh Neelu k saath aur Huda Dr. Mishra k saath. Phir Naina ko to Raj k saath hi jaana hai. Shalu bhi koshish kar rahi thi Ritu ko Raj k saath bhejne ki par jab Raj ne hi interest nahi liya to koi kya kare?

Raj ko bhi pata chal gaya Naina se ki us k baare me Ritu ne kya kahani sunai hai sab ko. Raj bhi na jor ka jhtaka de k has raha tha aur baad me Naina bhi hasne lagi. Kahin na kahin Naina ko sukoon mila ye baat sun k ki Raj n Ritu k beech kuch bhi nahi hai. Ab isiliye mam khush hain itna.

Raj always enjoys watching Naina. Bhul gayi, Naina ko niharne me hi uska sara wakt chala jaata hai. Ab wo raj ki purani aadat hai, mai kya karun. Bal ke liya Pooja nahi puchegi toh kya Ali puchega. I think I hv mentioned it somewhere, or have I forgotten?😕Khair, tumhe toh pata chal gaya na. Then it is ok.

It was a day of shocks for Raj. First it was about Ali and Pooja, then Aalekh and Neelu and finally Huda and Ritu. Par kya karen, abhi se jhatke lagne better hai, kam se kam FB par wo shocked to nahi hoga na!!!😆 😆 😆 😆 😆

Aur Shalini chahe lakh koshish kar le, par Raj Ritu me koi interest nahi lega, atleast meri fic me toh nahi. An Raj ki purani aadat hai, wo humesha jaan jata hai ki naina ke dimag me kya chal raha hai. And Naina won this argument with him, but she is not going to succeed always. Well, next part par jaldi se tum bhi comments kar do so that I can post the next part.

PART - 6:

It took Naina more than an hour to dress up for the ball. She applied the finishing touches to her make up and stood back to admire the effect in the mirror.

"Hai rabba! Tu toh badi soni lag rahi hai Naina. Aaj toh Shahrukh tujhe dekhkar behosh hi ho jayenge. Pooja came and hugged Naina tightly from behind.

"Pooja, tub hi na! Kuch bhi bolti rehti hai." Naina blushed a little before continuing. "Aur tu kaun sa kam lag rahi hai? Mujhe pakka maloom hai ki iss Punjaban ko dekhkar humare Usool bhai toh aaj bolna hi bhool jayenge."

It was now Pooja's turn to blush. "Oye, tu chup kar. Aur Ali ka toh tu bol mat. Wo bolta kahan hai?" she asked.

"Haan…… Humare Usool bhai ki bolti to pehle se hi band hai." Naina replied cheekily.

"Bas bas. Chup kar aur chal niche. Warna pata chala Shahrukh intezaar karte reh jayenge."

"Achaaa…. Ye bol na ki Ali se intezaar nahi karwana hai tujhe….ya tujhse intezaar nahi ho raha."

"Chup kar badmash. Aur chal."

Laughing the two of them made their way down the stairs. Half way down, Naina noticed Ali coming up. He stopped in his tracks when he saw Pooja. She completely blew away his senses. Suppressing a smile Naina nudged Pooja who was busily watching her steps.

Ali (to himself): Sach, bahut khubsurat hain aap Pooja. Aur aapki masumiyat… wo toh aapse bhi jyada khubsurat hai. Aapki isi masumiyat ne hi toh humara dil churaya hai. Hame toh pata hi nahi chala ki hume kab aapse pyaar ho gaya. Par……. Par hum jaante hain ki aap humse nahi Rohit se pyaar karti hain. Aapki khushi Rohit me hai aur humari khushi aap me. Hum wada karte hain Pooja ki aapko aapki manzil tak hum pahuncha ke rahenge. Aapko aapke Rohit tak hum jarur pahunchaenge.

"Dekh Pooja, maine kaha tha na." Naina nudged Pooja.

Pooja looked at Ali and for some unknown reason blushed under his admiring gaze. She knew Ali always used to become tongue – tied in her presence, but today, there was a flood of emotions in his eyes which Pooja couldn't place properly. Blushing, smiling and for the first time perhaps, at a loss of words, Pooja came and stood in front of Ali.

A loud coughing and a giggling sound brought the two back to reality.

"Ahem Ahem. Cadet Ghai, Cadet Beig. If the eye locking session has ended then perhaps it should be better if we all go to the ball now." Rajveer said mischievously making Naina burst into fresh peals of laughter.

Pooja and Ali went red upon being caught red handed and that too by a teacher. They stammered something and then Pooja dragged Ali away from there.

"These two are hopeless." Muttered Naina. "If Ali keeps shying like this then how he will be able to dance at all with Pooja?" she asked Rajveer.

"Don't worry, maybe he will feel at ease in the ball and if he doesn't then we can always push them on to the dance floor." Rajveer turned towards her as he said this and immediately looked away. He had come out of the room when Naina had been standing on the stairs giggling at Pooja and Ali's condition. It had taken Rajveer full 5 minutes before he could forcibly tear his eyes from her to see the cause of her amusement knowing very well that if he didn't control himself quickly he would happily stand there for eternity gazing at her. Noticing Pooja and Ali he had been amused as well.

"Rajveer"

No reply.

"RAJVEER"

"Yeah……yes? Oh! Sorry Naina. I was a tad bit unmindful. What were you saying?"

"I was telling you that it is time we move from this place."

"Yeah. Let's go." He said.

Shyly she descended a step. Suddenly she was feeling very concious. Rajveer noticed her hesitation and smiled to himself. She had to be put at ease. He came forward and put out his hand and waited for her to place her palm in his. With a blush she did just that.Taking her hand, he tucked it into the bend of his arm and asked, "Chalen?"

Naina smiled and nodded. The moment he held her all her shyness vanished and she started feeling comfortable.

"By the way have I complimented you yet?" he asked.

"No, you haven't." retorted Naina. Strangely she felt at ease in his company. "And as far as I know you are a miser in paying compliments." She added mischievously.

"Not at all, this is not true." Protested Rajveer. "The point is that I have never met a girl who is worth paying compliments – other than you." He added the last three words after a moment's pause.

"Oh my God. I don't believe this. Rajveer Singh Shekhawat is praising me!!!!! I'm truly honored." Naina said in mock amazement.

"The pleasure is all mine." Raj replied. They both looked at each other for a second and then burst out laughing.

Raj: (still laughing): "That was really something, the way you said you were honored… I felt like watching a soap opera. But jokes apart," he sobered up a little and stopped laughing, "you are really looking very beautiful tonight."

"Thanks Rajveer." Naina smiled a bit at the honest compliment and said, "Even you are looking very dashing in a formal suit. Also, I have never before seen you in formal attire, so I was too stunned to react for the first few minutes."

Rajveer smiled at her words and they very slowly and leisurely made their way towards the venue taking time to enjoy each other's company. After a few minutes of silence, Naina suddenly said, "Waise aaj Ritu Ma'm gussa hone wali hain."

"Bhala wo kyun?"

"Kyunki wo aap ke saath ball pe jaana chahti thi par ja nahi payi."

"Jaise Huda tumhare saath jaana chahta tha? Tum bhi toh nahi gayi uske saath."

"Wo..o wo gussa kya hoga, jalan ke maare mara ja raha hai. Aapne shayad dhyan nahi diya, par jab hum log building se bahar nikle to Ritu Ma'm aur Huda aa rahe the. Hume ek saath dekhkar dono ki shakal dekhne layak thi."

"Maine dekha tha, par mujhe laga ki shayad tumne dhyan nahi diya. Waise jahan tak mujhe yaad hai Maine Dr. Mishra se koi wada nahi kiya tha. Arey wada toh chodo, iss bare me koi baat hi nahi ki thi. Toh agar wo jale toh wo unki problem hai. Tum kyun unke piche….ohhh."

Raj saw that he had collided with a waiter who was coming from the direction of the hall.

"OH sorry sir, I'm very sorry." The waiter apologized.

"Its okay. Ho jata hai kabhi kabhi. Maine bhi toh nahi dekha. Waise tum jaa kahan rahe ho? Tumhe toh iss waqt party me hona chahiye na?"

"Arey sir, kya bataun. Jab boss hukum kare toh bajana hi padta hai. Ab unhone apne ek dost ko bulane ke liye bheja hai. Isliye ja raha hun." The waiter made a sad face as he replied.

Raj (smiling): Thik hai, jao.

The waiter went away leaving behind a puzzled Rajveer who was watching the waiter's retreating figure oblivious to the fact that Naina was calling him.

"Rajveer"

No reply.

"RAJVEER" Naina called him loudly.

"Uhh…kya.kuch kaha tumne? Maine suna nahi."

"Sunenge kaise? Aap toh uss waiter ko niharne me busy the. Meri baat thodi na sunayi degi aapko."

"Aisi koi baat nahi hai Naina, bas mujhe kuch ajeeb sa laga. Pata nahi kyun par wo waiter…….."

"Kuch thik nahi laga, yahi na?" Raj looked at her in surprise. She hardly missed anything. "Haan Veer, mujhe bhi kuch ajib sa laga. Par kya yahi nahi pata." She remarked thoughtfully.

Even in the midst of such a serious topic, Raj couldn't help noticing how easily she had called him Veer. Perhaps, he mused, her subconscious mind had already realized the truth, but she hadn't been able to place it. He debated with himself whether to tell her the truth about himself. He dug his hands in his pocket and felt as if something was there. He pulled it out to find a crumpled ball of paper.

"Ye kya hai Veer?"

"Pata nahi Naina, pehle to nahi tha." He flattened the piece of paper and was shocked at its content. It was addressed to him.

CAPTAIN SHEKHAWAT,

Bahut chalak samajhte ho apne aap ko? Meri taiyari puri ho chuki hai. Rok sakte ho toh rok lo iss tabahi ko.
'X'

" Ye kya hai Veer?" Naina asked horrified.

"Wo waiter…" was all that Rajveer said and both of them rushed in the direction which that unknown waiter had taken.

While Rajveer searched the grounds, Naina went in the direction of the main building. But they found no trace of the waiter. Half an hour later, both Rajveer and Naina were standing in front of the cameras being monitored by Lieutenant Bunty Chaubey.

"Lekin Si, aapne itna sara intezaam kiya hai, kya aapko pata tha ki kuch hone wala hai?" Naina finally couldn't control herself any longer.

"Haan Naina." Rajveer answered. He had satisfied himself that nothing untoward had happened in the ball and so he paid attention to Naina. "Actually kal jab mai mess se lunch ke baad lauta to mujhe mere kamre me ek parcha mila, jis par likha tha ki Fresher's Ball me kuch khatarnak hone wala hai aur agar mai ise rok sakun to rok lun."

"Kisne bheja tha wo parcha?"

"Pata nahi. Usne apna naam 'X' rakha hai.

(Flashback)

(Captain Shekhawat,

Bahut samajhdaar samajhte ho apne aap ko. Mujhe dhundhne ki koshish kar rahe ho. Chalo thik hai, mujhe rokne ka ek mauka tumhe deta hun. Mai freshers Ball ko barbaad karne jar aha hun, rok sakte ho toh rok lo. Tumhara anjana dushman.

Situation bahut hi serious tha, isliye maine Bunty ko bulaya. Ye pehle bhi mere saath ek do missions par kaam kar chukka hai and he is very helpful. Mujhe laga ki mujhe ek madadgaar ki zarurat hai, so maine isse bulwaya aur Fresher's ball par nazar rakhne ke saare intezaam kar liye. Ab Bunty yahan se monitor karega aur mujhe pal pal ki khabar deta rahega."

'Aur mujhe laga ki lieutenant Chaube ek cook hain." Naina said.

Rajveer started laughing. "Haan, ye khana acha banata hai. Isliye isse yahan anjaan bankar rehne me aasani ho rahi hai. Par Naina, ye baat kisi ko pata nahi chalni chahiye."

"You don't have to worry Rajveer. Mai kisi se kuch nahi kahungi. Trust me." Naina smiled at him.

"I trust you." The words were out even before he could stop himself and Rajveer locked his eyes with hers.

"Ahem … ahem. Mere khayal se aap dono ko ball me jana chahiye." Bunty broke their eye lock with his words. Both were caught off guard.

"Haan … wo ... Chalo Naina." Rajveer turned to take a last look at the cameras and halted in his tracks, so did Naina.

"Ye … mai sapna toh nahi dekh raha."

"Mujhe nahi lagta." Naina said, "kyunki mai bhi wahi dekh rahi hun jo aap dekh rahen hain, yaani ki BS ko Dr. Shalini ke saath jaate hue."

Brigadier Sareen approached the venue and was stopped by the students.

Cadet 1: Sir….wo…. aap ball me nahi ja sakte.
BS: (feigning anger) Bhala wo kyun?
Cadet 2: (nervously) Because sir …u ..uh … have to have a date for the ball.
BS: And who told you that I'm here without a date?
This left all the cadets surprised. They started looking here and there.
BS: (amused) Dr. Shalini, zara saamne to aaiye.

Dr. Shalini came forward and entwined her hand in the bend of his arm. "Cadets, how dare you stop Brigadier Sir from attending the ball?

Cadet 1: We are very sorry ma'm. You can attend the ball. This way please.

Brigadier Sareen had made a grand entry with Dr. Shalini and they had garnered 6 and 7 points on the score meter respectively. Next to follow were the shy Cadet Beig and the bubbly Cadet Ghai. They got 8 and 7 points respectively.

"Mujhe samajh nahi aa raha." Naina remarked in irritation. "When will Ali stop blushing?"

"He won't, unless he is pushed to the dance floor today. Come Naina, let's go or else we will be late." Both Naina and Rajveer went out together asking Chaube to remain alert and stay in touch.

There in the Fresher's ball Dr. Ritu Mishra and Cadet Huda entered much to the cheering of the cadets. While Ritu was looking gorgeous in her red saree and matching jewellery, Huda was obviously failing to look modest. They got 10 and 8 points respectively. Shalini went forward to greet them. "Hello Dr. Mishra, you are looking stunning."

"Thanks Dr. Shalini. You are looking no less." Ritu smiled sweetly.

Shalini brushed aside the compliment and looked at Huda. "Hello Cadet Huda. Aap bhi bahut ache lag rahe hain."

"Ji wo shukriya madam. Waise ye jat toh har din acha lagta hai, bas aapne kabhi dhyan hi nahi diya."

Shalini was surprised at his arrogance but recovered quickly. "Dhyan toh maine aaj bhi nahi diya, par kehna ek formality hai isliye keh diya. Taki kahin aapko bura na lage ki kisi ne aapki tariff nahi ki."

While Ritu burst out laughing, Huda was shocked. However, before he could react, everyone's attention was caught by the loud cheers which erupted suddenly and with it an immaculately dressed Aalekh made a grand entry with an equally stunning Neelu. The moment Huda saw Aalekh, he felt as if he could kill him. "Ye quadi mujhse behtar kaise dikh sakta hai?" He muttered to himself. Unfortunately for him, Shalini heard his comments and came and stood just next to him.
"Cadet Huda, aap ye janna chahte hain na ki cadet Aalekh aapse behtar kaise dikh sakte hain? Wo isliye kyunki wo ek behtar insaan hai." And she went forward to greet Aalekh. Both Aalekh and Neelu gathered 9 points each and after being greeted and praised by friends and faculty members, they headed towards the bar.

Yudi came with one of his sister's friend and made a rather forgettable entry and soon they joined Aalekh and Neelu.

And now, it was time for the most awaited couple of the evening.

Hope this update sets your mood right. Mujhe pata hai ki aap log mujhse naaraz honge, mere iss super late update ke karan. Par mai bhi kya karun, majbur thi. Aage se koshish karungi ki jaldi update karun.

Mujhe pata hai mere usual update ke size se ye zara chota hai, par yahan par rokna jaruri tha. Kyun, ye toh iss ud ko padhkar aap log samajh hi gaye honge. Hi dear.....I was abt to say Raj n Naina ki entry kyun nahi kii....but ya they need a complete part for that.....so am willing to w8....loved the UD....specially Raj n Naina's frndly convos...and she didnt realized that she called him Veer....how cute n funny!!!
