GOOD 2 HAV U BACK SAM with this totally awsome update!! loved every bit of it....& anjy's emotional turmoil, ridzi's confusion is again ,i wud say extremely real.cuz even im confused that in such situations...how wud a person act...so its completely unpredictable& ur taking it all the ryt way.m sach main amazed how ur plotting this cuz its one hell of a complicated situation!! phew!! hav u done psychiatry or somethin? cuz u sure know how things can shape up!! dunno how arman's gonna deal with the 2 imp women of his lyf.how he'll explain 2 anjy& how she'll take it & wether she's wrong or not in delaying & sheesh m totally mixed up so i betta put a sock in it :) ankit's & any's convo wz really emotional cz both of them r facing a lot of pain.i dunno wether m justified bt m really feeling sorry 4 both of them & hope u hook them up with some 1 good real soon!! another thing if ur thinking of wraping this up in a few parts, than i must inform u that v,ur fic readers will not leav u unless u giv us another of ur mindblowing fics!!& i mean it so start thinking wen u get tym ofcourse :) i know u myt b real busy but do consider it.cz love ur writing alot!
u tc & all the best for ur work!hope v hear some great news regarding it soon.love,Alia
Poor Armaan, feel sorry for him, while some may well be of his own making, he's still having to deal with two women unwilling to be frank and upfront with him and more importantly trying to run away from the reality!
I am glad that you feel sorry for Anjali and Ankit â tough place to be in and tough to do the right thing though Ankit seems to be made of more solid stuff even though he inadvertently let slip who he was in love with!
I guess the fic has to come to its logical end before it drags too much, if it's not already doing that, lol! Was just caught up with some stuff, but promise shall update the next part soon!

Anjali-Ankit...were nice as well...the conversation...to the point...and interesting...glad it didnt over do it..! :)
Anjali-Armaan-Riddhima...so we get to see some real drama in the next one....awaiting it!
cheers for the part..!!
nijaL
PS: just a suggestion...if you happen to update with much delay...itll be nice if you could pin the page number of the previous part befor the update....cuz at time one needs to refresh the spot left at...
I am glad that you liked the ring bit...it was not really a proposal as much as a pledge of commitment which he thought would give her more comfort than his words could and put to rest whatever was troubling her....and also binding them both in unspoken yet pledged commitment...
You actually liked Ankit and Anjali â now I shall pat myself on the back!
Valid suggestion, the PS! It's been a long time that I last posted, so shall keep that in mind!
*reserved
late as ever as i am, i still made it back here...so yayyy!! *pats herself on back* just the other day, before u reappeared on the forum, i was asking nj abt ur whereabouts and she told me ur hubbys finally moved in :D so yayyy again!! and a triple yayyyy for ur apparation here, unexpected as it was :D
the part...hmmmm...!! sam, you know, there are parts you write that are sometimes SO close to reality it seems like a scene out of someone's own life...a manuscript, it seems...the padma-riddhima scene...theres something in a mothers eyes, i think...bachon ke sab kaam pakar leti hain :P mothers intuition, i think they call it :D
Anjie-Ankit...as I say, pack them off somewhere together man, where AR dont come near them...hehe! Its not that i dont like them, i just have a strong bias against anyone trying to come in between AR or even LIKING them in fics...um that kind of a retard :D but yaa...credible, their convo was...and Anjali's shocck on knwoing poor Ankit's dark little secret...hahahhahaha!!
Atul is always a treat to read, what with his wit and sarcasm...! After Riddhima-Rahul, i think i like Riddhima-Atul bonding the best, even more that Ri-Muskaan. Theres just smg in the way he tawks to his best friend's girl, always like that yet with a ting of being her own friend too...its amazing :D Anjali baar baar kyun ajati hai beech maiiiiiiiiiiin!! Harr convo main hoti woh :P
Anyways....i shudnt say what was my fav part..of course AR...subtly handled, with just the right ingredients that they seemed to have lost taste of somewhere down the parts...but the flavor is back now :D and now this sounds like a comment on a recipe *giggles*
Well, well....Armaan-Riddhima-Anjali confrontation at LAST! I hope so...:D will look forward to it!!*
Glad to have u back Sam, sachee main..Maslows has become this one background story in my list of ffs i need to go back to or have a dose of every now and then :D and catch you online or on mail, sometime :D
cheers girl! :)
Kiran
Yup, hubby's moved back into town, which is what has kept me busy and away â it's wonderful to have him with me full time instead of stealing a quick weekend here and there though I must admit that had its own charm!!
I agree, mom's have a way of knowing things about you even before you realise them sometimes....even today, I have to really practice a lot before I try evading something with my mom, cos she inevitably finds me out! As I keep protesting "It's not fair" and my mom stoically responds that I shall have my revenge when I have my own kids, lol!
I can see you are one diehard fan of AR! SO poor Ankit and Anjali don't stand a chance with you, lol! Poor Ankit, something that he had successfully hidden so far, was blurted out in a weak moment...hopefully it wont come back to haunt him!
Well, Anjali seems to be right where neither Armaan nor Ridhima want her â feel quite sorry for her sometimes!
Yup, am glad to be back, missed you guys! But hopefully, shall be more regular now! Shall update soon!

Loved it, Loved it, LOVED IT... đđđ
Beginning with the RM confession, it was so typically RM...LOLZ. No, I really liked the way how their frustation made them confess. It was simple yet very sweet. đłAnd Anjali? I had never thought in my wildest dreams that she would go and blurt it all out in front of Riddhima of all the people. But the AR scene that followed was worth the initial torchure you let Riddhima go through...hehehe đ I hope Anjali doesn't take the heartbreak too much, she's just a torchured soul caught up in the wrong place at a wrong time. Don't blame her though, even she's human after all.Coming to the last part. What do I say about the first scene! Mothers are so typical. I wonder sometimes how can they grasp immediately what we want to say without us saying it. I guess, thats what mothers are for. It reminded me of my mum. I dnt have to tell her anything whats bugging me, She'll cast a look at me and BANG, she knws; even though sometimes I dnt want to tell her about it. Not left with a choice then.đOK. Honestly, I didn't knw about the eternity ring untill I read it here and searched abt it on net. Now that I know it, I love the gesture by Armaan. It was more important than anything. Riddhima needed that assurance. Love the Armaan in your fic. BTW, I hope its Armaan who stopped Riddhima in the end. Duh..! It has to be him. đ Please continue soon and end this confusion b/w the trio.Btw, out of curiosity, how many parts are left in this FF?LuvShivaniP.S. - Thanx for the pms. Sorry for the late reply. No excuses. I'm ready to take the punishment. đ
I know what you mean about moms! They do have a knack of knowing just the thing that you don't want them to know...in my case, my mom figured who I was in love with even before I figured it out for myself...her only response when I finally told her was "it took you so long?" And that's what makes them so wonderful!
I guess Anjali's outburst was a result of weeks of having to suppress her feeling and see her love slowly but surely move out of her grasp...tough thing to live with and imagine how wretched she must feel to have broken down in front of the one person who had taken away her heart's desire though it never was hers in the first place.
The eternity ring has been around for ages and is supposed to be a really romantic and reassuring pledge of everlasting love n fidelity, so it seemed appropriate...yup I agree it was important for Ridhima to get that comfort and he followed that up splendidly by holding her back when she sought to back off perceiving herself to be the interloper....
You are welcome for the PM...no need to apologise....I took so much time over posting this part...your delay was nothing! What was important was that you commented!

*edit*heyyyyya sam....amazingly penned part once again..totally beautiful..loved it loads :)padma and riddhima being authoritative and shashank finally back home fit and fine...i loved the moment between armaan and the three of them...it was really cute...and padma with those teasing lines and all...and her convo with riddhima was sooo sooo good...their relationship is so like the one i share with my mom...but i guess all moms are the same :)and then armaan-riddhima's moment..the simplicity of their actions and words makes them more special..and the ring..the significance it held and the way it was given was sooo beautifully penned..anjali and ankit..i liked their convo..anji consumed in guilt of her actions and her state of mind which didnt go unnoticed by ankit and his confession of being in love with riddhima was nice..it had to come sooner or later...and atul...i really like his character a lot...he says things so easily and understands his frineds really well...and riddhima's excitement at having found armaan which soon dimmed at finding out his company...woah...m really really looking forward to the next part...i really hope this confusion abt anji is resolved soon...awaiting the next part eagerly...thanks a ton for the pm :)
So you liked the eternity ring bit? Held a lot of significance for both the giver and the receiver for what it meant for both of them.
Poor Ankit, finally it's out in the open, something that he had tried so hard not to reveal! Ina moment of weakness, he said a lot more than he intended to!
Shall post the next part soon.... you are welcome for the PM!

im soo glad that padma is happy with AR being together n im sure sash will also have no objections
but here the big time kabab mein haddi's are there naa
seriously anjali is becoming one along with ankit
why cant they just stay away from AR????
but atul gives me some relief coz truly speaking hes the most sensible n sweetest of all
just love his character
n yea u better dont end it soon
give us some nice AR moments like the enternity ring scene
that was choooo cute n romantic
loved it dear
please please pleaseeeee clear angie's n ankit's misunderstandings soon
update soon
Hi Prerna, ya, poor Armaan was in a rather uncomfortable position....unable to say much, not knowing how much Padma had figured, reluctant to rock the boat or say something that might get Ridhima in trouble!
Poor Ankit and Anjali â I actually feel sorry for them...they haven't really become a kebab mein haddi....Ridhima is allowing Anjali to dominate her waking moments to the extent of allowing it to impinge on her relationship....even Anjali's outburst, though unsettling, should have inspired her enough to have a frank and honest talk with Anjali but she was unable to ...so I guess all of us have shades of grey....
Shall update soon....

HeySam,
The part was really great, I loved it.
AR were too good.
So Padma kind of know about Ridhima and Armaan, I am happy she is ok with that.
I am glad to know Armaan and Shashank have liked each other.
So I guess Anjali will get to know in the next part that Armaan and Ridhima are truly together.
I hope Anjali will be able to manage herself.
Please continue soon and thanks for the PM.
Luv u<333
Kashish
You are welcome for the PM..and I shall hopefully post very soon...

Hi Sam....
Well nice surprise with the update... With you guys, NJ, Kirzz and you, I'd started expecting no update at all in the coming days, or should I rephrase that one, months!!... Hehehehehe đ đ
Thanks for updating yaar, was really wanting to read something about AR since days... ;))
Ok to boot, it was a nice overall part, perhaps not one of the most liked, but as they say, a writer always gets better and better with each patch of work, so definitely one of the best recently, and also, I would add, one of my favourites for a whole lot of reasons...
I really thought a lot about the Padma part after I read it.. It says out a lot actually you know... I am far from being a mother yet, that too of such a grown girl, but it clearly reflects a mum's thinking, because I do see those expressions sometimes in mine one's too actually!! Lol... Thumbs up on that part, truly precisely shows how well a mother knows her daughter dot to dot, whether the latter speaks out about things or not...đ đ
The AR bit was cool, not one of the best romance scenes you've given, but I loved the fact that you didn't try to make it so either... Let's be realistic, serial romance is NOT real life romance as much as people try to assume or want it to be... Romance doesn't mean holding hands or kissing each other quite so very often... Love means simply being there and understanding the person you are in love with... Also, I love, really love the fact that Armaan does not force her into divulging anything, and I really dislike Riddhima for taking advantage of it from a reader's point of view... I understand her compulsions and the essence of her character, and that of many like her in real life as well... I do believe you do not need to tell each of the happening in your life to your partner, but if it concerns him/her, and in such a huge way, Riddhima is definitely making a mistake, and a rather big one in my opinion... But that's what the story is all about nah?? đ đ
Btw, I love this one... Something many people in love call possession or overprotection or so many other things, but I simply call it love.. " He who is not jealous is not in love"
Anjali... Hmmm I for one, don't feel it is dragging AT ALL, ok I know, I seem to go on a different pathway from other readers... But I truly feel it... In fact, Anjali decovering about Ankit all the more is something unpredictable... A nice turn in the story, and my favourite part of the update... The Atul-Anjali convo is the best of the lot... I like it even more than the AR one... It was so real, so human... đ Wanting to be like the one your love loves... Something so many of us wish at a point in life do they have to lose their love due to unforeseen situations... Ankit's words have such a great impact on the reader... or at least it has had on me... "I could never be an Armaan Anjali, not to you never to her..." That's so beautiful actually... And for the first time, I actually felt sorry for the both of them together... I actually wished, even though for a fraction o a second, if Anjali could have Armaan and Ankit, Riddima... Because they both seem so alone, and for both of them, losing their first love is definitely a hard one... You don't forget your first love... Ever... Or so I believe cause I haven't as yet fallen in love... Hehehehehe...
The climax was cool... although I didn't expect that reaction from Armaan in front of Anjali... But because he doesn't know I guess... Lol...
All in all, super update!! And I am sorry once again for the lateness... Just caught up in school work... and thanks for the PM as usual... Loveee yaa...
Hugs,
Sneha
Moms have this connection with their children even more than dad's do, I sometime suspect...I guess when you have nurtured and created the child, there is a connection which goes far beyond just the parentage genes!
I am glad that you liked the AR convo....I know everyone likes to read a bi mushy stuff but I find that a tad difficult to write co honestly other than a few occasions when everyone succumbs to cheesy lines, love is a lot about many different things, at different levels.... though of course, you need a few hugs, kisses and cheesiness at times, adds to the frission in the relationship but different occasions warrant a different emotional bonding!
I guess Armaan was just following up on what he had promised her â to be there for her, with her, no matter what...he felt her withdrawing seeing Anjali there and knowing her insecurities about Anjali was w=quick to step in to let her know that she was THE most important thing to him, so how could she walk away....
I am so glad that you liked the Ankit Anjali convo and caught perhaps the essence of what I intended to convey...two people suffering from unrequited love, one inadvertently letting slip what he sought so hard to hide...who knows what would be the consequences?
And you are bang on, one doesn't ever really forget one's first love...not that you remember it in the romantic sense and moon over it but it always has a special place because that is the first time you experience the myriad emotions that are called love...and first experiences are always special....so it's tough to deal with the fact that that your first love will never be a part of your life, not because you drifted apart or things didn't work out but because you never experienced what it was to be loved by your first love in return...the fact that your first love was never yours to begin with... easy to say, get on with it, very difficult to actually do so...
