~~~ Part 8 ~~~
Armaan misses meeting Riddhima, at Kritikaa's school, and he goes home disappointed. On the way back home, Atul notices Armaan's sadenss, and afterwards has a heart-to-heart talk with him, during which Armaan realises that whoever this girl is, he seems to be falling for her, fast, and hard. That night too, Armaan thinks of Riddhima, and goes to sleep, with her coming in his dreams again. However, this time, she is real, she is there with him. Armaan's dream with, and about Riddhima is so beautiful, and perhaps self-fulfilling too, that Armaan wakes up with a smile on his face, and the hope in his heart that Riddhima is meant for him, and him only.
Anyways, the next day...
Riddhima wakes up earlier than her usual, to make sure that she is ready before Nisha leaves, so that she too can leave with her, and thus, start her day at the hospital, early too, and with a fresh mind. She has a hot but quick shower, and comes out of the bathroom wearing
{note: Ridz is wearing the same salwar suit, but she is played by Shilpa, not Sukriti}
Riddhima and Nisha finally leave for the hospital, where Riddhima will begin working. They decide to walk the distance, instead of taking any vehicle, as it is quite early too. Soon, they reach Sanjiveeni - the name of the hospital. Nisha introduces Riddhima to everyone, and they all seem to take an instant liking to her. Her friendly, bubbly nature, her sweet smile, and her ability to charm anyone within the matter of just a few seconds of meeting them, makes them like her, almost immediately. Dr Rahul, and his girlfriend Dr Muskaan, both of them orthopedic surgeons, become good friends with Riddhima.
Even Dr Kirti, the main-in-charge doctor, is impressed with the way Riddhima works with whatever patients she has on her first day here, at Sanjiveeni, and seems to be praising her, non-stop.
Even as Riddhima finishes off early, after seeing the last of the patients, and heads out of Sanjiveeni, for a stroll, to spend her time before Nisha too finishes, both the interns, and professional doctors can't seem to stop saying good things about her. Hearing what they have to say, Nisha beams, happy for her friend, and the praise she is getting. {this may be stretching it a bit too far, but, i'm really tired, and as i said, i have some family "tragedy" to take care of, so if i make any mistakes, plz forgive me...}
Meanwhile, Armaan and Atul are shown playing cricket, in the same field as the previous day, with Kritikaa cheering them on. Armaan's and Atul's team, won the toss and chose to bat first. In this 20-20 match, Armaan and Atul's team scored 210 runs, with only 4 wickets down, and 4 more to spare. Now, the opposing team is batting, and they still have 5 runs to win. Atul, who is the bowler, bowls the ball well, but the opposing batsman, hits the ball hard, sending it high into the air, though not so far.
Eventually, the ball does start to descend, coming down right near the boundary, where Riddhima is now shown to be walking. Armaan, quickly moves backwards, to catch the ball, and capture the wicket too. Capture both the ball and wicket, he does, but in the process of doing so, he jumps slightly backwards, and smack right into Riddhima, who was walking peacefully.
Riddhima falls down, and Armaan too falls down beside her, though almost on her legs. Armaan has not seen "his victim" yet, but, when he turns to Riddhima to see if she is indeed fine, and if not, to help her, and in both cases, to still apologize to her, he finds himself gazing at her. Intently. Riddhima, finally gains sense as to what has happened to her, and clears her head, sitting up and gaining composture. However, Armaan, from his spot of lying down on the grass, continues to stare at Riddhima, not believing his luck, that his dream lady is finally here, in front of his eyes.
On the other hand, Riddhima stares at him too, but for a different reason.
{heyy again guyys... sorry for leaving u at this crucial part, but kya karen?? i know i promised to update, but i'm very tired...plus, what happened in my family in the past week is kinda weighing down on me...plz forgive me guyys... but, whenever i do get the time, which is probably soon, i will definitey continue...thanks for understanding guyys...}
