Sandeep as a singer is better than qazi(it's obvio as he is trained n qazi is not.)Qazi is a better performer n interacts better with the audience than sandeep.
also qazi has been in gurukul for a longer time n has wom millions of hearts....therefore keeping tjese factors in mind Qazi will stay for a longer time as compared to sandeep or monica for that matter.
