Feelings from Akash side makes it more clear to me.. I don't know how far Anjali making it out.. Because she was completely in chasing her mission.. Because in precap too Akash shared about Anjali to Shikha ma.. Yes he looks jealousy when he saw Arjun and Anjali together..

She was just seeing them.

So if she was just looking at them, it shouldn't haven't bothered her and she should have carried on walking with Arjun without taking notice. Yet it bothered her as her body language and face expression changed drastically. Everyone can tell Anjali was jealous or else there is no point to that scene.
