karna and ashwi's act was not a one day mistake, karna's mistakes are huge in number, as for ashwi, he commited an unforgivable crime. yudhi on the other hand, his mistake was a one day mistake.

In dyut sabha yudhi was the linchpin, if the linchpin falls then everything topples its called as domino effect. So max culpability is on linchpin

If anyone brings in ds yudhi will get bashed.

We were discussing his actions post swayamvar. But digressed to dyut sabha.

DS i agree he was wrong.
post SV ,nope i dont agree he was guilty there. i have my own reasons for it.

Dear arijit
everybody has a right to forgiveness except yudi. he is the root cause of everything and hence doesn't deserve forgiveness.
we ppl of today know him better than lord krishna knew him.
he was the eldest p, ever forgiving, he deserves to be ridiculed for his blind forgiveness, his stupidity of thinking about others before himself, hence all paap committed by others should be thrown on his shoulders.he deserves it.

I would like to say that, if you have no evil intention within your heart, then you are not a sinner even if you have performed a crime. It's not my word. Krishna said that He sees people's mind, not their activity. Also, if one can repent for own sin and surrender to Lord, then Lord makes him free from all sins. My fav line from Geeta is that: "Sarva Dharmaan parityajya maam ekam sharanam vraja. Aham twam sarva paapebhya mokshaishyaami ma shucha." Unfortunately, we are not merciful like Lord Krishna.

And he deserves blame both for disagreeing to wage war and later for waging war 😆 very interesting! In Van parva, Udyoga parva he is blamed for trying to stop war... oh how dare he not want to take revenge on them who assaulted his wife? Ok fine. But then, after war, people again raise their finger to the same man. How dare he cause such a mass destruction? It's a double edged sword. He should always be blamed, because people have decided to blame him no matter what!

some additional arops from my side
1) lusting for panchali, forcefully marrying her, thereby spoiling the most beautiful love story(ardi)
2)forcefully making out with panchali in the weapons room knowing very well that arjun will be coming anytime to pick up his gandiv there.
3) not stopping arjun from leaving for exile
4) happy about the fact that arjun is going on exile so he will get more time to spend with his beloved.
5) knowing very well that panchali will be tortured, humiliated, stripped in the DS still betting her for own selfish reasons.
6) making his brothers work hard in exile and he himself spending quality time with panchali.
7) behaving like an MCP during keechak fiasco.
8) knowing the truth that karna is his jhest bro in advance still not disclosing it to his brothers, so that karna does not get the throne that rightfully belongs to him.
9) only caring about himself and his so called dharma, behaving stone hearted towards his family.

Thank you for this detailed list. Now I know at which points I have to clear these misconceptions. Yes I have already guessed that after this first misunderstanding of Draupadi sharing, Arjun's exile is the very second. But I can clearly remember he almost cried and tried his best to stop Arjun from exile, it was Arjun who showed extra smartness both here and in sharing scene by saying that he cannot marry before eldest. I'm not blaming Arjun here, I can feel his heart too. He was right at his own point. But tragedy is, in both cases his activities made people think Arjun a perfect bechara and his eldest a villain.
