The woman walks in an sits down " didn't you get my letter. I came to see you"
Raghav confused asked bout the letter. Dev says " ever since I found out you came back from your comma, I wrote letters , you didn't get it"
" no, I'm sorry"
" its alright...I guess your jusT a busy man"
their was a long pause. Decided, she got up to leave, but raghav stops her. Saying they should get something to eat after work to catch up. She declined the offer. her phone vibrates and she checks it. Sighing she look at raghav " you know what, that's not a bad idea. But do you mind if I bring someone with me"
" no at all"
Devi smile and told him she will wait outside. When she left, raghav went in memory lane.
Flashback
Raghav in the lab room, watch devil experimenting with chemicals. He smile, he was confident because today she will know how he feels. He was tired of being in the friend zone and want to make it clear.
He watch her take her goggle off before writing things. He walk up to her with some colorful liquid before putting it on her desk. " what's this raghav, you think you can beat me again" she teased
" yes...but not today. I decided to do something else"
Devi raise a brow " like what"
Raghav smirked, he mixed two chemical together. And the bottle started boiling, devi Pa nicks. She stops when a puff of smoke kept coming out in a shape of a heart.
She was amazed. Raghav did another one, but instead of a heart it was words.
Devi reads the cloudy word " I...L...o...v..e...Y...o...u"
Raghav beamed watching her expression. " you dont have to give me an answer now. " he says
Devi smile " its alright rags, it took you a while, but I know what I want. I've been waiting for you to say this for a long time. I love you too"
Raghav happy, walk behind the counter and kiss her. Not caring if people took notice. "
End of flashback
After work, raghav walk out of the office to see Devi wasn't alone. " whose he?" He asks
Devi smile ," his tired at the moment can you help me carry him"
He grab the sleeping boy and they walk together. Questions were forming in his head. Who was the kid? Did she get married and didn't tell him? where was the letter, she kept talking about? Why is she back after many years.
They entered the car and drove to a restaurant. Their they sat down and eat. Devi woke the boy to eat. He was munching like his been starving for days.
" whose this kid Devi? Did you finally get married" he teased
Devi help her son " no raghav I didn't, how can I when my own fiance was in a comma for many days"
Raghav almost choked on his food. He totally forgot the fact that he proposed to devi before the accident. Did she wait that long for me. Guilty, he grabs her hand. " I'm sorry if I was the reason you couldn't move on"
" its alright" she says quietly
Raghav shook his head " its not , because of me you couldn't find someone who will treats you better than me. I held you back"
Devi smile " I'm fine , I'm just happy your back again. "
Raghav. phone suddenly rings " hello "
" where are you raghav, I'm in the house waiting "
" Kalpi, sorry I can't give you your surprise yet,
He could hear her disappointment. " I will make it up to you, I promise"
" OK" she says
Devi could hear the affection in his voice. She sadly look at her son, who was staring at her. She got up " I think its time we leave"
Raghav, close his phone. " where do you guys stay, I will drop you both"
Devi hesitate " well, we were going to check in a hotel"
" no" he says
" what...why?"
" you came to see me, and as my guest its only right that you stay in my house. Besides i wouldn't let my son sleep in a hotel"
Devi eyes widen " how did you know?"
Raghav looking at the boy chuckles " its not hard to figure out devi, putting two and two together i realize I'm the only man you've been with. "
Devi says " I could have slept around"
" your not the type, your forgetting we've known each other since we were little. Your a faithful woman"
Devi frown " I don't think its a good idea raghav"
" dont worry, Kalpi is a very nice girl. She will understand. "

She was disappointed because raghav canceled whatever plans he had for her. Gauri taunts her " maybe raghav realized he doesn't want to be with you"
Kalpi glares at her. " you know I wish you could just accept the fact that I will be in raghav life forever."
Gauri laughs " your not the first to say that to me. Your forgetting raghav fianc...oops I mean girlfriend from the past said the same thing"
" I thought you said she was just his gf"
Gauri smirked " oh...did I..I guess it must have slipped my mind"
Kalpi frown, raghav had a fiance who kept trying to reach him. If she showed up would he leave me. No...Kalpi let's not think to quickly, I'm sure nothing of that will happen.
Gauri says " one person I hate more than you is that girl, she always has my son wrapped around her fingers. "
Kalpi heart drum , " its different now" she says to herself. Just than the door opens. In walks raghav , Kalpi smile and walk to him. She stops seeing the suite case and a woman walk in. Kalpi look at her and than raghav...confused. She got even more lost when raghav left and came back with a sleeping child.
before she had time to speak what's on her mind. Gauri stood in front of Devi " didn't I tell you before you can't come into my sons life"
Devi frown, Gauri glares heatedly at her " your forgetting our deal years ago, leave this house now" she says grabbing her hand.
Raghav stops her from dragging her out. " she's not going anywhere. Devi is a guest and she will stay with us"
Kalpi heart hammered. Devi?...she's raghav ex fiancee...she came back, but why? Is it for raghav?...she questioned. She looked at raghav who was angry and look at his hand in devi's, holding it tight. She frowns, not liking this turn of events.
