Creative Writing 101: No two characters are the same in any written piece in this world. ( Taken from Akira's comment which is an actual creative writing point from a creative writing class)

Why is that so? Because the second set of characters would have obviously been taken from the first.

Your friend started this story /after/ reading heartbeat and professing her love for ReyKaash.This can simply be proven by the dates both stories were ongoing. Even in the recent comments here she confessed that there are some same characteristics with her RagNa and ReyKaash.

Reyansh: Arrogant, rude, playboy, smokes, has some daddy issues, popular guy around, involved in a sport.

This Raghav: Has all of the above characteristics too.

Kaashvi: Innocent, protective family, nerd, doesn't like smoking and even told Reyansh this and wears a pendant given by her mother.

This Kalpi: All of the above even down to the ( and this is quite comical) to wearing a pendant as well. If you want to defend that she is a /bookworm/ the two terms /nerd/ and /bookworm/ are used interchangeably.

Aside from taking these characteristics some plot points were also conveniently taken as well.

-Kaash doesn't like Rey smoking.

Same with this Kalpi and Raghav.

-There is an outside setting where the two characters ( in an effort on the part of the writer to show their growing bond) they dance to a song.

Same with this story.

-Introducing a school project in an effort to bring the characters closer.

Same with this story.

-Male character has a strained relationship with his father.

Same with this story.

-Male character who is very bold stands up to the family ( in heartbeat Rishav) to show that he is not going to let anyone come in between his relationship with Kaashvi or be daunted by the brother and will continue to be with female character.

This story male character who is bold also stands up to the family and shows that he is not going to be daunted by the family and will continue being with the female character.

-Male character threatens to shoot his father if he interferes in the relationship.

Same with this story.

I asked you friend to show me /another story/ where /these same things were at play all at once too/. She failed to show me another story because there are only two we know of which have /these same things at play all at once/ and that is "In A heartbeat" and This "Fated to love you."

These are just some things, I honestly don't have the time to state anything more since this alone glaringly proves that characteristics and plot points were taken. If you all still can't understand, ask someone to translate it in french for you then. Because it will mean you just rather turn a blind eye to it.

Change these characters. Change these plot points. I work hard on my characters and coming up with plot points and for someone to just waltz in and take what they want and stitch it onto their own characters and story is despicable. If you had asked me to borrow it I would have allowed you but still you didn't go down that path, these changes have to be made.

If these are not done, I will get this thread closed.

If these exact things are continued on a private blog and it comes to my attention, I will notify the website and then the legal consequences will start flowing. If you all think this is a simple matter, it isn't.
