Dear Writers of EMA
This is an open letter from a heartbroken fan ( No not just a RAG-NA fan pestering and urging for Ragna Ragna) This is from a fan who was crazy about every tiny detail in the show. Who fell in love with the distinct character sketches of each person in the show.
ANd then you ripped apart each character.
Kamla one of the es-strongest characters. RUINED .A lady standing up for the right. Undeterred by odds, reduced to an illogical, utterly biased mother? Sheltering murderers????
Motherhood became a mockery.Courtesy the absurd laws in Kamlas own book of justice.
Vitthal : an adorable father , with 0 tolerance to whats wrong. (remember the scene where he made kamla coax pakhi to give back raghavs pen?)
Reduced to a blind-in-kamla's-love-hubby giving in to all her demands (however baseless and silly)
Raghav: The best character crafted as well as executed.. the same Raghav who made jaws drop with his aura is now making viewers jaw drop with his lack of direction.
jumping off the cliff? like really? is this THE RAGHAV SINGHANIA
Circumstances make people change we agree, but not to the extent that they lose their basic essence.
in lieu of dragging the show further you stooped down on your standards.
for TRPs you threw toffees at fans thinking they ll keep digesting the bullcrap.
you resorted to cheap tricks by promoting polygamy and dramatizing it.
for every gimmick of yours god was not spared either. Faith was taunted too. well not in a rosy manner. You showed Bappa being witness to the crass sindoor act and the same almighty signaling raghav settles with pakhi. Confused eh?
I am sure he must be laughing at your inability to show at least Bappa sane.
you had such wonderful actors to do justice to what you wrote. Why in the world were they , of such calibre made to do something so akin to the run of mill KEKTA shows??
We would have loved it if you had simply winded up the show and left good memories of it rather than dragging it in such a demeaning manner which is ONLY compelling us to mock at it, Poke fun at it, and hate it day by day.
This show was very very close to my heart.
with days passing by , i feel as Kalpi moves on, so will I..
Heartbroken.
