'The real Raghav Singhania'

He seems aggressive, impulsive, insensitive, egoistic, maybe to some even devious. But does Raghav Singhania really belongs under those categories? Have people really seen the man behind his veil? Have they really thought to look at from a different perspective as to why he is demeaning? Every complicated person has their own reasons to be the way they are. But do they really want to be like that in reality? May be not.

Raghav's life is like a puzzle. Easy to grab attention but harder to put together in its right place. That's exactly what has happened to Raghav's life. His life has been more demanding to him than people around him could imagine. He never had the kind of life which he always dreamed for. He never wanted to run away from everyone that has meant the world to him. But unfortunately, destiny had to plan something else for him. So he had no other option except to pack his bags and leave everything for his own good.

Has he told that he didn't get a chance to explain anyone how unfair life has been with him? Has he told that he never got a chance to tell anyone how lonely he was? Has he told that he never got a chance to say a final good bye to the ones who have helped him run away from danger? He was guilty, he was hurt, he was hopeless because he didn't wish all this to happen to him when he was barely trying to adjust into the world.

Now Raghav's life has not been a piece of cake either. He was a teenager when everything got snatch away from him within seconds. His mom left him and never turned back for once to look at him and see if her son could ever survive without her. His dad's life was taken away out of revenge and greed from Kapoor's. He had no shelter, no place to seek mercy from the ones who also wanted to kill him. But luckily he survived and he lived even without his parents.

He then came back as stone as he can be. He kept pushing people away from himself as much as possible. To his knowledge only, he knew he will have to lose them if he tries to keep them near him. He met Kalpi but never had any intention to fall in love with her. You know why? Because he was always in love with her since his childhood days. It was just the matter of days that could make him realize his love for her. And he did. He realized it even though he didnt want to feel those emotions. But what else could he have done to push her away too? He had no option but to go harsh against her. Did he wish to do it out of curiosity, out of randomness? No! He wanted to do it so she can survive without getting his bad luck curse on her which haunted him for years. He also knew how her life has been over all so he avoided her as much as possible. But did destiny wish the same as him? No, not yet!

He confessed to himself! He couldn't resist anymore. His love for Kalpi out reached his thoughts. He wasnt the same Raghav Singhania anymore. He changed, but he didn't let her see the change. Instead, he continued his anger, his frustration on her and made her believe that she could never love a guy like him. Raghav stooped low by degrading her in every possible way. He let her realize that the world isn't an easy place to survive without hardship. He forced her to care about her self-esteem and self-respect and to prove that she can also attain what she has aimed for till now. He succeed. He managed to make a place in Kalpi's heart which had no feelings but more disappointments for him.

It's easy to be judgemental when a person tends to show his frustration, anger, his aggression, his disappointments, but do we actually attempt to see why the person behaves in such ways? Did we ever try to know that Raghav also wished to have a happy life like others? He wanted to smile, he wanted to be loved, he wanted to have a family that he never had when he was just a kid.

We didnt see his happiness behind his sorrows, we didn't see his affection behind his anamosity, we didn't see his love behind his hate, we didn't see his caring nature behind his ignorance.

We didn't see Raghav behind "the Raghav Singhania"

He wanted to be loved by everyone because he wasnt lucky enough to have a good life like others. Doesn't matter how much someone earns in wealth but if you don't have a family or your loved ones support, then you don't have anything.

So don't make up your mind too soon when you see someone like him, but rather appreciate of what he has been doing all his life just to earn what he couldn't have in the past.

And just for that I will say, that I love the man behind the name Raghav Singhania.

as for other things all i will say if we meet such man as Raghav Singhania in general in our lives ,we really need time and intrest to sit and see real person behind the garbe , which we mostly dont have .Coz we have families to see , friends to meet and lot of work to do ,

Now coming back to Raghav Singhania in person , we all can see he never opens his cards and is often poker faced or stern and straight faced ,all into his work.

Kalpi was and has been able to see his other side coz she has been with him in such situations where he was really vulnerable .Be it the night when he was all drunk cursing himself for his follies or the night when he had no control over himself and the situation around..She was with him when he was at his weakest and girl actually gave him strength .She made him feel at ease and even soothed his pain .Sure she is not mature and intelligent enough and he knows it but then what made him fall for her was that she is strong enough to hold him.

So dont worry Raghav Singhania is gonna be a normal man now coz now he has got Kalpana to normalise him 😆

But before that he needs to normalise Kalpana which he can so easly do . Just one more holi day wala passionate session with her and look how girl melts in his arms and says...Sir mujhe kaheen nahi jana , yahi rehna hai mujhe , aap ke paas 😳

Could u be sure of this??? SInce childhood would be probably too much.. real sense was probably after uss raat incident.. before that it was kind of attractions..!!

For now, I just want to say that I dont think Raghav was in love with Kalpi in childhood. There was a strong bond, a pull, compassion and empathy, protectiveness that emerged after she was blamed for stealing... but not in love IMHO.

I was never terribly happy to watch Raghav's insults to be honest. I even forwarded some scenes but now when we look at him, I can kind of understand why he was so rude. He really needs to build a strong fort around his heart to protect himself. He was a complete mess yesterday without Kalpi knowing and watching her anxiety due to him ignoring her. He needs to hide his gentle, caring, tender, soft, protective side from the world for they will use and abuse those traits of his to their advantage and walk away once they are done.

My main problem with his behavior with Kalpi before his confession was that CVs thought insulting Kalpi was a way to keep her away from him. He is in falling for her which is frustrating him, his loss of control is his problem then why take it out on her in that manner? Besides I was less tolerant with the insults as I have seen this behavior in many other male protagonists in other shows so I didnt want to see it again here.

Amazing post Anum 👏. I seriously loved how you described his dilemma. I would be lying if I said that I didn't expect a post on Raghav from you! haha. I am glad that you decided to make this post.

I believe you can still fall in love in your childhood days. May be an infatuation can arise at the moment and slowly it can develope into love. Raghav might have realized it later and thought to himself that he may have liked her since childhood but he just couldn't realize that his feelings were turning into love. But Sejal you know what? I would blame this to the creatives. Why didn't we ever got a scene of him alone where he talks to himself right after he confessed? Maybe that could have indicated his feelings that might have developed from childhood. Whatever I have seen in their old videos, I could only think that they kind of liked each other from then. The care that he provided Kalpi from the beginning were sort of indicating that he may have liked her.

See.. I have seen their childhood episodes.. as in.. since the start...!! I guess.. both did have that special friendship.. nd the fact I cannot forget POST LEAP is the scene after this... .

So.. basically real sense.. of love story on part of Raghav had begun after uss raat.. and
I dunno.. I really want sooo much for both of them to remember their childhood days.. and have fun..

Firm Relation--> Friendship---> Attraction---> Love.. for

Friendship----> Firm Relationship (Boss and Employee wala)---> Attraction---> Love...
But that friendship factor is still missing in their love story.. which needs to be brought back... and not really developed..!!

So.. I hope CVs do focus on that..!!

For me, Raghav is stunningly HUMAN not at all conventional Fiction Hero; he is rather a human being like all of us with all the GREY SHADES the man we all may encounter in our lives, the man we all get connected to... HIS GENUINENESS makes us to feel him so special.

I am sure everyone must have seen glimpse of Raghav behind Raghav Singhania...he is an enigma😉

I have seen many childhood love stories in my life. Not movies but real life stories. I have couples in my own family. So in that sense I would definitely believe that love can happen even if your this young. But like I said, CVS have done few blunders here and there. Usually when a guy or a girl confesses their feelings in "serials" then they tend to take their scenes separately and show why did they actually confess? What were they thinking? But in Raghav's case, we didn't get to see anything after he confessed. So I don't know what were cvs thinking when they were planning his rushed confession? 😕

So I let go of the thought and assumed that RagNa might have liked each other from their childhood days but never really felt their real emotions until they finally met after all those years. So then like you mentioned how love normally takes place from Firmness>friendship etc, we saw that they have just realized it now.
