know why? Because he was always in love with her since his childhood
days.

Exactly my point tooo

Is it really possible that he was in love with Kalpi since their childhood? And then realized it later?
I BELIEVE it happened after the night they spend in Alibaug plus he has never admitted that he felt something for her since their childhood, he confessed his so many times for Kalpi...but has never mentioned their childhood memories...

BTW we have never seen him talking about his childhood memories with Kalpi but one could see that there's something something between them...

Maybe in the future he might mention that he liked her bachpan se...

Thank you dear!

See that's what I was trying to say and that was the only reason why I added the bachpan ka love or attraction in this post. They never really talked about it in real sense. So one might think that there may be a chance that bachpan ka love may have turned them this way today.

But again, my goal for this post wasnt to talk about his love and feelings for Kalpi. My main purpose of this post was to describe another side of Raghav which people around couldn't able to see.

I am glad that I was able to show the real Raghav behind his public name. Thank you for reading such a long looking essay and appreciating 😃

Even today Raghav said similar things. The post I made 2 weeks ago spoke what Raghav said about himself today. This made me happy that I was able to draw him through my words.

It took me about more than half a day to really put in my thoughts. 😛 I am glad it came just the way how I wanted except the "childhood love thing". To me their bond seemed real and very understanding. So I liked the fact that they were very close since childhood. I wish CVs brings their old interactions again and give this couple a more powerful feel.

But yes, even I don't like when a guy insults a girl in any sense. But guess what? These types of stories attracts the audience into the fictional world. I remember there was a random post on some other forum in which someone said that a bad guy and a good girl story tends to grab most of the attentions 😆

Anum, I had saved this draft to post on your thread after the April 4th episode, the part in blue. Its not complete even now😆. Some of what I wrote has already played out and no discussion needed on those points now. But WTH, since I wrote it, I am posting it. The reason I am posting it today is the phone conversation in today's episode. Details below.

At this point I dont know if I have anything to add to make a whole new thread on Raghav. Between you and some other really fabulous posts on this thread, I think every aspect of Raghav's life, personality and characteristic has been covered.

For me Raghav is a simple, straightforward kind of character. Incidents, circumstances and people in his life have been complicated, deceitful, selfish, untrustworthy leading him to wear a mask on his face and build a fortress around his heart as a means of self preservation so his true nature is hidden to all.

The guy we saw on Friday (April 4th), tender, caring, protective, hopelessly in love, one who couldnt see his love, his duniya in a dilemma or in pain, craving for her love and attention is the real Raghav, deep inside. No wonder people take advantage of him and he has to protect himself.

I can think of several such adjectives to describe his characteristics and support them with examples but that would take forever. Besides some of have them have been discussed here already.
ON a side note - CVs spend time developing a character in the beginning of the show. Viewers grow to identify those traits in a character, get attached to it. Then one fine day CVs will make changes in the characters to suit their purpose or the track sometimes butchering the characters beyond recognition or redemption. When the CVs themselves can not maintain consistency in a character, with what confidence do we talk about character traits? I sincerely hope no character butchering happens with Raghav Singhania.

Anyway, we can keep revisiting this thread to discuss as and when needed.

All in all, Raghav is a very interesting male protagonist. And I am for now, definitely a fan and supporter of Raghav Singhania.

The phone conversation today when Raghav point blank told Kalpi they should get married soon so he can ...eerrr ...get cozy with her legally 😳 😆 reminded me that I still had to post my thoughts here. It reminded me again that Raghav Singhania is one of a kind, simple, straight forward person, few characteristics that are very endearing.

@Nandy! I agree..! Raghav Singhania is full of multi shades which makes him stand out among other male protagonists out there.

So far it seemed that the CVs are closely watching his character and taking baby steps to keep it to its initial position while going ahead with the story. Currently, with today's episode, a lot of us got disappointed because we expected him to at least know where the proposal was really taking place. He seemed carefree about this whole marriage situation and tend to take things for granted. Raghav wasn't like this or maybe it's another shade of him that we might not know? His happiness has veiled out reality in many aspects and that's why we see he isn't putting his concentration on marriage as much as he is spending time with Kalpi. Well the revealation might open his eyes again and I am sure of that. We will see our old Raghav back once this misunderstanding comes in front of everyone. I am assuming that he may be the first one to take control of this situation and making it clear about his intentions of whom he wants to get married to.

Also, about recent articles stating that Raghav will be forced to marry Paaki is indicating that he may have a lot of arguments with those who will going to pressurize him to get engage with Paaki!
