Part 1
Never Till now Singhania Mansion had been so much adorned by happiness as it was now, Days seemed color-full and nights full of activity. Everywhere one could hear laughter and joy. Still He was there sitting in one dark room, all alone, ready to be consumed by the darkness. No one had answer to that.
He seemed to lack the feeling that he was supposed to feel, he was after all getting married and she was supposed to be his only aim until now. How come he was gloomily sitting without any feeling of satisfaction and happiness. He was though about to reach his set goal and now was no turning back, still his feet started to stuck and take him back in time.
'Why was this happening with me? What is wrong with me? Why now?' he couldn't stop but ask these question to his storming mind.
And only answer he ever received in return was the face of the girl he loathed a lot.
Why was she overcrowding his thoughts and making him feel uncomfortable with the present situation. 'Was he, Sammy right about his being fallen for Kalpana!' No that was absolutely disgusting of thought. How can he, so much as Love some unimportant girl who was next to no one in his life but a daughter of a maid.
A maid, who helped him become what he is now. The maid whom he never showed his gratitude towards. He had a perfect state of mind regarding his future plans. He knew that whatever he is doing its for the purpose he came back to India. He never wanted someone like Kapoor's daughter to be his life partner but then he never wanted anyone in his life. How ever recently his thoughts regarding such a girl were typically based on one girl who was always around him but yet was like most desirable star even if it was forbidden. 'And then she is no one, the one with no importance', he silently reasoned.
He silently sat on his bed, he loosened his tie and unbuttoned his cuffs and two buttons of his shirt from top and then laid on his back and supported his head by his hand, his eyes fixed some where on some spot of ceiling but his sight was somewhere beyond that ceiling, beyond that room and that house, somewhere in the flashes of the girl who was No One to him.

Mrs singhania was busy in giving instructions to the factotums of the house for the decor of the Mansion when a girl entered the hall with a glass of pomegranate juice without sugar and stood behind the lady of the house. And then in her soft voice spoke,
'Ma'am, juice'
'Ma'am, juice'
'Ohh! Kalpana! How many times do i have to pester about calling me anything but Ma'am. Beta you are not my employ but my daughter like.' and then smiled and took the glass from her hands and sat on the couch and took a sip, 'Perfect'.
And just then it happened, a Man entered the hall with a large packet. He greeted Mrs Singhania and came forward and said, 'The sherwani is ready Ma'am. If sir could try it I would do the last minute fittings.' and forwarded the packet towards Kalpana.
Kalpana took the packet and kept it on the table infront of the couch.
'Hun aapko Khabar Kar denge regarding the fitting, Koi problem hogi toh I'll send someone.' said Mrs Singhania.
'Ma'am agar abhi ho jata toh achha hota actually humara main worker ko ghar jaldi jana hai, toh...' said the Man
'Theek Hai Masterji, Kalpana take it to Raghav and ask him to try it. And if he finds anything not as per wish he must say, Masterji would do the last minute fittings'
Kalpana looked at Mrs Singhania. It was last thing she wanted. This was the first thing she was fearing from the time Gauri Singhania asked her to help her. She didn't wanted to come face to face with him let the talking part be unimaginable.
'Ma'am... I mean Aunty me?' she asked not wanted to get the conformation.
'Yes Kalpana, you. Why is there any problem?' Mrs Singhania asked confused.
'No Aunty' she took a deep breath and picked up the packet and started to go towards the stairs.
She didn't know why she was feeling so nervous, It wasn't she imagined him to burst out his anger on her the moment he sees her but it was like days that she had seen him. He kicked her out from his office and then it was Mrs Singhania who appointed her , her PA, And from that day she had not seen him and now after almost a month she would be seeing him.
She reached in-front of the door of his room and after taking a lung-full of oxygen knocked the door. She got no answer and thus she opened the door thinking may be he is not in the room and peeped inside, and found him lying on bed with his eyes closed. She felt relief but then reality struck, she had to wake him for trying the sherwani.
She came forward towards his bed, and called out, 'Sir, Woh you have to try this sherwani, Aunty... I mean Gauri Ma'am has asked.'
After getting no response she again called out to him, and the leaned forward and put her hands on his shoulder and shook him 'Sir, Raghav Sir' in little loud tone, Raghav woke with a start and looked at the intruder with anger and then when his eyes caught the sight of that particular girl, the anger seemed to leave him and he relaxed a bit but the tension didn't seemed to vanquish.
He, thus asked in a rough tone, 'Why are you here? don't you knock the door?'
'Sir I did knocked, but you were so soundly sleeping... that... ' she couldn't complete when he started.
'So what's the purpose?'
'Ma'am sent you this sherwani and asked you to try it and tell if its in anyways not as you asked it to be.'
there was silence for about five minutes and then surprisingly it was broken by Raghav, 'Why are you here Kalpana? Pakhi is your friend and I mean you should be their, its her wedding too.'
'My mother is there with her' she answered in a strained tone which didn't go unnoticed by Raghav.
'Its perfect.'Exclaimed Raghav and started to unbutton the sherwani when the button got stuck and a 'hiss' escaped from his mouth.
When Kalpana turned towards him and said to him she can help and started to unbutton the sherwani. While she was helping him, he couldn't help but admire her, her innocence, beauty, simplicity and above all honesty. 'How could he have treated her like a trash' was the thought that went around his mind.
And the when she succeeded in unbuttoning the sherwani, she smiled and as a response a smile escaped from his lips too and the he handed her the sherwani and without waiting from even a micro second she went out side the room. Leaving Him astound and majorly effected.
