PART 7-AT KAPOOR'S HOUSE
Neetu and Sammy waited outside to know about Pakhi's health. The doctor was examining her.. Neetu was giving Sammy suspicious looks and Sammy was standing there nervously.. Sahil came and asked,"Kya hua Neetu. ? Kaisi hai Pakhi ?? " He saw Sammy but turned back towards Neetu. Neetu replied,"She has caught a fever Sahil. Meine usse kaha tha ki office nahi jaane keliye, par nahi.. Vo zidd pakadke gayi." She was really very irritated..Sahil said,"Doctor kya kar rahe hai andar ?". Neetu irritatingly replied," Mere gehne ko dekh rahe hai.. Kunki unki wife ko meri tarah gehne chaahiya.. Isliye..". Sahil went blank and Sammy started to snicker quietly.. The doctor came out and Sahil asked,"Kya baat hai Doctor.. Kaisi hai meri beti ?? Theek ho jaayegi naa ?". The doctor said,"Use kuch nahi hoga Mr. Kapoor.. Viral fever hai.. Use rest ki bahot zaroorat hai... Bas use kahi office jaane mat deejiyega.. Strees badh jaayega.. Other then tht, mein kuch medicines prescribe karoonga.. Vo use deejiye.". Sahil said,"Thank you Doctor. Aayiye. Mein aapko baahar tak chod deta hoon." Saying this Sahil and the docotr went outside. Sammy decided that it was time for him to leave and said,"Aunty, I will take leave now. Take care of Pakhi and just tell her to take care of herself. Bye Aunty.". Sammy went away. Neetu was dumbshocked,"Did he just call me aunty ???" Sahil came in after the doctor went and saw Neetu staring at the dorr. He clicked his fingers and Neetu came back to ehr senses.. Sahil asked,"Kya hua Neetu ?". Neetu nodded her head and went to sit on the couch. Sahil then remembered Sammy and went to sit beside Neetu. He asked"Neetu, vo joker kaun tha ?? Abhi Pakhi ki room ke pass khada tha.. Tumhari family se hai kya ?" Neetu got angry and shouted,"Sahil, aap hamesha meri family ke baare mein aise kyun bolte ho ?". Sahil replied,"Mein to bas aise hii pooch raha tha." He changed the topic ot the fear of his wife's anger and asked,"Tum inti kharaab mood mein kyun ho ?". Neetu replied,"Vo ladka hai na Sammy, usne mujhe AUNTY bulaaya..". Sahil laughed at this and asked,"Kya bulaaya tumhe ?" Neetu replied,"Aunty..". Sahil said,"Wow... Atlast tumhari asli chehra uske saamne aa gaya... Ab tumhe make-up bhi nahi bacha sakti.."🤣.. Neetu shouted,"Sahil, aap aisa baat mat keejiya... Mein utni bhi old nahi hoon.. Aapko tho mujhpe interest nahi hai... Aap tho mujhse pyaar hii nahi karte.". Sahil went to Neetu.. He loved Neetu a lot but he just couldn't leave a chance to pull her legs.. But he did not like it when she spoke like this. He said,"Neetu, tum to meri maharani ho... Tumhari bina mein jee nahi sakta..". Neetu asked,"Sach mein ?". Sahil nodded his head.. Neetu muttered a HOW SWEET and both hugged each other...
AT THE CHAWL-
The next morning, Kalpi was ready to go to office. Pakhi was not feeling well so she had to go alone. She thought,"Acha Kalpi.. Just like any other day, office jaa, files complete karo, Aarav ke saath baat karo aur last but not the least Mr.Akdoo Kaheeka se blastings lo. All in all, a normal day to go." She said Good Bye to her parents and walked until a certain distance to find an auto. She waited for sumtime but no autos were available.. She thought,"Kalpi, ab tu gayi.. Agar office time par nahi pahunchi, to Mr. Akdoo Kaheeka se 10000 wala blastings lena padegs. Hai Bappa. Madad karo meri.". A white car stopped infront of her as if Bappa has sent sumone. She opened her eyes to see a car standing infront of her. She wondered,"Kaun hoga yeh.. Yaha aakar NO PARKING ki place mein park kyun kiya isne ?". She opened her mouth to tell tht person to park his car somewhere else but stopped herself when the window of the car opened.. She saw a pair of dark brown eyes staring at her.. She gasped in surprise and thought,"I have seen these eyes.". The guy in the car spoke with a dashing smirk on his face,"Hi Kalpu... Never knew I would see you here... Meeting after a gap of one year... Hw are you doing ?". It was then that she realized who it was. It was Prem Chauhan , her college mate. During college days, he was the only person who used to call her Kalpu.. Her mouth broke into a wide smile and she exclaimed,"Prem you !!! My God.. Ek saal ho gaya tujhse milke... Its so good to see you." Prem laughed and said,"Its really very great to see you too Kalpu.. By the way, kaha jaa rahi ho ?" Kalpi replied,"Mein office jaa rahi roon. Lekin koi auto nahi mil raha hai." Prem said,"Koi baat nahi Kalpu, mein tujhe drop karta hoon." Kalpi said,"No probs Prem.. Mein chali jaaungi.". Prem said,"Zidd mat karo Kalpu... Mujhe nahi lagta hai ki road ko stare karne se auto nahi aana wala hai. Tho chal andar baith jaao. Mein tujhe office tak chod deta hoon." Kalpi smiled and got into the car...
AT THE OFFICE-
Raghav was pacing ehre and there. He thought,"Great.. Just great... Sammy aaj office late aayega kyunki vo ghar late pahuncha. " Aarav knocked at the door,"Excuse Me Sir.". Raghav murmured a gruff COME IN. Aarav siad,"Sir, yeh hai vo files Sir, jo aapne maanga tha." Ragahv took the file and started going through it.. While going through it he asked,"Ask Miss. Kalpana to meet me now." Aarav said,"Sir, she hasen't come as of yet." Raghav exclaimed,"What ?? Its 9.10. She is supposed to be here at 9.00. Where on Earth is she ?". Aarav replied,"I don't know Sir.. Maybe she is stuck in traffic or maybe she did not get any auto.. Her friend is down with fever so she has to come on her own." Ragahv said,"Ok. But after she cums, ask her to meet me immediately." Aarav just nodded and went away.. Ragahv thought,"Kaha hai yeh ladki ? Aur abhi tak office kyun nahi pachunchi ?" He went to his window and looked out.. He saw various cars and bikes going below. He saw a white car stop infront of his office. He tilted his head to look at the car.. He saw a guy get out of the car and going to open the door of the otehr side.. He smirked,"Stupid Guy..". But his eyes widened when he saw that the girl who got out of the car was Kalpi. He thought,"Kalpana !!!". He felt a twinge of something in himself and he couldn't quite make out what it was. Whatever it was, he did not like this guy. His eyes widened more when that guy came and hugged Kalpi... His fists tightened and he slammed them against the wall. He thought,"Who does he think he is ? How can he hug Kalpana ?". Then he thought,"Why am I thinking of her ? What is happening to me ?"
Down near the entrance, Kalpi was feeling a bit embarassed. Prem had hugged her and she was feeling a bit uncomfortable. So she just smiled at him. Prem said,"Sorry about the hug Kalpu.. But I was so very happy to see you that I couldn't stop myself." Kalpi said,"No problem Prem. Acha. Mein jaa rahi hoon. Office keliye time ho rahi hai. And am 15 mins late.. Bye.". Prem said smilingly,"Bye Kalpu. Catch up wid u later." Prem went away and Kalpi went to her cabin happily. As soon as she sat in her seat Aarav came walking in and asked," Are Kalpi.. Tu ab aa rahi ho ? Kaha thi tum ?" Kalpi replied,"Mujhe auto nahi mil raha tha. Isliye der ho gayi thi.. But atlast mera friend ne mujhe drop kiya. Why Aarav ?? Any problem ?". Aarav repled,"Am not sure Kalpi... But the boss wants to see you." Kalpi's heart sank,"Wow.. Tht's great. Meine socha aaj ka din acha hoga.. Mujhe pata ki mujhe blastings milega lekin start of the day par hi ?? Acha Kalpi, tayar ho jaao..". Kalpi went to Raghav's room and knocked on the glass door. A gruff COME IN was heard. She went inside and asked,"Aapne mujhe bulaya Sir ?". Raghav turned towards her and asked,"Vo ladka kaun tha ? Tum uske saath kyun aayi thi ? Tumhe auto ya taxi nahi mila ?" Kalpi was shocked,"Sir.. Vo mera dost hai.. Isliye lift diya tha.. Aap uske baare mein aise kaise bol sakte hai ?" Raghav changed the topic and said,"Acha.. Tum aaj office late kyun aayi ?? Apni uss boyfriend ke saath ghumne gayi thi kya ?" Kalpi got very angry and she shouted,"Aap aise baat nahi kar sakte.. Vo mera boyfriend nahi hai.. Vo mera bahut acha friend hai..." Her eyes became wet.. Raghav realized this.. He felt guilty... He felt a twinge of pain in his heart at her tears.. He ragained his composure back and said,"Ok. Let's move on to business... Mujhe vo Shastak Mehta ha voh construction file." Kalpi too contolled her tears but you can see them at the corner of her eyes... Raghav saw this and said,"Rona mat.. ALADIN MOVIE KII GENIE DIKHTI HO JAB TUM ROTHI HO.🤣" Kalpi wiped those tears and glared at him. Raghav said,"Good, now go and complete the file.. And bring it to me ASAP.".Kalpi said glaringly,"Yes Sir" and walked down to her cabin wid a HUFF.. Raghav saw her walking down and laughed a little. He did't know why but it felt good to laugh with her around...
Later that day, Kalpi noticed all the team leaders walking towards the conference room. She thought,"Saare team leaders comference room kyun jaa rahe hain ?". She shrugged her shoulders and got back to her work. After Aarav came and called everyone together.. He said,"Alright, listen fellow members.. Our boss is organising a party tonight for all the freshers.. So you are all invited.. U can take the day off after luch to get ready for the party... Anyone not wishing can give me their name.. I will talk to Boss." Kalpi thought,"Mr.Akdoo Kaheeka's party !!!. Zaroor uski jaisa hi hoga... Mein to nahi jaaungi.". She turned to look if anyone had raised their hands. There was not even a single hand up in the air. She thought,"Great Kalpi. Lagta hai ki tu akeli ho.". She raised her hand up.. There were murmers around but Kalpi stayed firm. Aarav raised an eyebrow but did not question her.. He just jotted down her name and asked,"Anybody else ?". There was no hand up in the sir. So he shrugged and went to Raghav's cabin.. He gave the list to him and started walking back down when Raghav said,"Ask Miss.Kalpana to meet me right now.". Aarav nodded and went down.. He saw Kalpi sitting in her place. He went and said,"Kalpi, Boss wants to meet you.". Kalpi sighed,"Should have thought.". She said,"Alrite.. I will go.". She went upstairs to Raghav's cabin and knocked the door.. She went inside and saw Ragahv standing with his coat on his chair, his tie loose nad his hands in his pockets (JUST LIKE IN THT WASHROOM SCENE WHN HE NOTICES KALPI CLEANING HERSELF). Kalpi thought,"Wow... He looks so very dashing." Then she mentally slapped herself,"No Kalpi. No. Control yourself.". She asked,"Yes Sir.. Did you call for me ?". Raghav said,"Yes... I wanted to invite you myself to the party since I thought you did not get the information.". Kalpi replied,"I know Sir. But i won't be coming.". Raghav said,"You will cum." Kalpi asked,"Agar mein nahi aaungi tho ?". Raghav laughed slightly and replied,"Be fisool ki ziddi ho tum." Tum aaoge.". Kalpi frowned and asked,"Thank you for your kind words. Agar mein nahi aaungi, tho kya karenge aap ?" Raghav got irritated and replied,"Agar tum nahi aayi tho, mein tumhara ghar aakar, tumhe uthaake, apni car me daalke, seat belt se lock karke lekar jaaunga.". Kalpi's eyes went wide,"Aap aisa nahi kar sakte.". Raghav replied,"Mein kar sakta hoon.". Kalpi replied,"Mein nahi aaungi... Bye.". Kalpi went away.. Raghav said to himself,"You have given me no other choice Miss. Kalpana 😈.".
