Kalpi came home and Kamla asked,"Are Kalpi... Tu aa gayi beta ? Acha hua... Tumhe vo party mein jaana hai naa ?" Kalpi was confused. She asked,"Aayi, tujhe kaise pata ki...". She did not complete the sentence when she notices an invitation in Kamla's hands.Kalpi thought,"Oh, iss Akdoo ne invitation bhej diya...". Kalpi said,"Haa Aayi. Party hain, par mein nahi jaa rahi hoon.". Kamla askes,"Par kyun beta ?" Kalpi replied,"Vo Aayi... Meri sar pe dard ho raha hai tho mein ghar par hii rests karti hoon." Kamla asked with a concerned expression"Tu theek tho hona Kalpi ?". Kalpi replied,"Haa Aayi. Mein bilkul theek hoon. Bas office ki kaam ki vajah se sar dard ho raha hai.. Thodi der rest loongi, tho theek ho jaayega." Kamla said,"Theek hai beta.. Tu jaakar so jaa. Mein baahar jaa rahi hoon. Teri baba ke kaam ki jagah pe jaaungi aur vaha se hum dono baahar jaa rahe hai... Aane mein der ho jaayegi.. Tu ghar par hi rehna... Agar baahar jaana hai tho Kanta Bai to chaabi de dena. Haa ?" Kalpi said,"Theek hai Aayi. Tu meri chinta mat karo... Mein bilkul theek hoongi." Kalpi waved goodbye and closed the door..

She was feeling really very tired and sleepy. So she changed into her night dress which was a sleeve-less white top and a red baggy.. She went to sleep... She fell asleep once her head touched the pillow. She did not know for how long she slept but she was awoken by the calling bell. Someone was continously ringing the calling bell. Kalpi pulled a pillow above her head and tried to sleep.. But the calling bell just kept ringing.. Kalpi woke up and looked at the time.. It was 6.30. She thought,"Aayi and baba can't be back so soon... Who is ringing the calling bell ?" She got up from her bed and went down to open the door... Her eyes were so sleepy. She opened the door and her eyes went as wide as saucers.. It was Raghav Singhania standing out.. Raghav was amused to see Kalpi staring at him like that and asked,"Kya apni boss ko andar nahi bulaaoge ?" Kalpi blinked and said,"Oh sorry Sir.. Please come in.." Raghav came inside and sat on the cot.. Kalpi sat opposite to him. Raghav watched her and asked,"Kya chai , coffee kuch milega ya nahi ?" Kalpi realized it and said,"Sorry Sir... Mein abhi chai banake laati hoon." Saying this Kalpi stood and made her way to make tea.. As Kalpi was making tea, Raghav watched her. He watched the way she yawned while making tea.. He watched how she looked beautiful in a simple nightdress.. He watched how her hair kept disturbing her and he felt jealous about her hair.. He felt jealous that her hair kept caressing her... He watched how Kalpi huffed at her hair and in frustration took out a clip from the side and clipped her hair.. He felt jealousy towards her clip... He felt jealous at hoe the clip held her hair... He thought,"Wht is happening to me ?" Kalpi came with tea and offered it to him.. He took it from her hands and started drinking it. He saw that Kalpi was falling asleep.. He chucled at the way she was trying to control her sleep.

He drank the tea and said,"Ok.. Tayar ho jaao." Kalpi broke out of her sleep and asked,"Tayaar hona hai ?? Par kiskeliye ?" Raghav said,"Party keliye.. Aur kiskeliye.." Kalpi said,"Mei nahi aa rahi hoon Sir." Raghav replied in the same tone,"Tumhe aana hii padega madam." Kalpi glared at him and said,"Mein nahi aaungi Sir." Raghav said,"Ok.. Tumhe tho mujhe uthaake le jaane hii padega." Kalpi said,"Aap aisa nahi kar sakte." Raghav said,"As a matter of fact, mein kar sakta hoon." Kalpi said,"Agar aap aisa karenge, tho mein chillaungi.. Chawl waale sab aayenge." Raghav said,"Kisne kaha kii hum dono baat karte karte meri car tak jaane wale hain ?" Kalpi asked,"Matlab ?" Raghav replied,"Matlab ye hai ki, mein tumhari muh me plaster daalkar tumhe lee jaane waala hoon... Tum weightless bhii ho auur bahut baat karti ho. Isliye ye plan hai mera." Raghav smirked at her shocked face... Kalpi tried to find another reason to not go to the party and said,"Sir, mere pass koi dress nahi pehenne keliye." She thought,"Ab dekhte hai ki Mr. Akdoo Kaheeka kya karte hai." Raghav said,"Uski chinta mat karo." He called ,"Nishi !!" A young girl came in. Kalpi looked at the girl and asked,"Yeh Nishty or what her name is kaun hai ?" Raghav said,"Yeh Nishi hai.. Yeh tumhe party keliye tayaar karegi." He pushed a packet into Kalpi's hands and said,"Isme ek dress hai.. Pehenke aana." Kalpi was standing dumbstuck. Nishi took her to the room upstairs and started her work..

Kalpi was sitting infront of the mirror while Nishi was doing her hair.. She was looking at the packet and thought,"Wow.. Mr. Akdoo Kaheeka ne mujhe dress diye..." Meanwhile down, Raghav was looking through all the cups that Kalpi had won from her childhood. He thought,"Kalpana has won so many awards... She is beautiful, intelligent, clever and sometimes looks like Aladin's genie when she cries." He was looking through them when Nishi came down and said,"Sir, my work is over." Raghav turned to look at her and said,"Ok. Thank you.. Here is your money." Nishi thanked Raghav and went with the money. Raghav was waited for Kalpi to come down.. After sometime he got frustrated and thought,"Where is Kalpana ? Why is she taking so much time ?" He decided to go up and check on her when he heard footsteps. He turned around and saw the most beautiful sight. Kalpi came down. She was looking like a princess. She was dressed in a light pink dress that went until below her knees. The dress's front part was full of bead work. The beads formed two chains and her hair was made up with two curls hanging loosely ont he side of her face caressing her.. She looked very enchanting and magical.She looked really very beautiful.. Ragahv couldn't take his eyes off her... Kalpi noticed the stare Raghav was giving her and she felt a bit uneasy. She cleared her throat to get Raghav's attention.. Raghav broke out of his staring and stammeres,"Uh... Umm. You.u.u look beautiful." Kalpi smiled and said,"Thankyou Sir. The dress is really very beautiful. You ahv a veryu good choice." Raghav thought,"What a smile she has.. A smile that could brighten up a gloomy day. She thanked me for the dress." Raghav said,"Thankyou.. Shall we go now ?" Kalpi nodded and both went towards the door. Raghav said in a kingly way,"Ladies First." Kalpi smiled glaringly at him, locked the door and knocked at Kanta Bai's door. A woman opened the door and said,"Are Kalpi tu ? Bahut achi dikh rahi ho... Kuch chaahiye kya ?" Kalpi said,"Vo Kanta Tai.. Mein apni office ki party mein jaa rahi hoon. Aayi aur baba aaye tho unhe chaabi de deejiye". Kanta Bai replied,"TYheek hai Kalpi.. Tu jaa. Mein chaabi Kamla Tai aur Vitthal Dada ko de deti hoon." Kalpi smiled and went to the car. Raghav opened the door of the car for her. Kalpi smiled warmly at him and sat inside.. Raghav closed the door and sat in the drivers' seat... He looked at Kalpi. She was siiting quietly.. He moved closer to her. Kalpi saw this and shuddered. Raghav moved still closer to her. Kalpi crushed herself to the corner end until she could move no more. Raghav still came closer and Kalpi closed her eyes.. Raghav came near Kalpi's face. He could smell the rose scent of her and inhaled it deeply.. He thought,"She smells lovely." He moved, puleed the seat belt, locked her in it and moved back to his driving position. Kalpi opened her eyes and asked,"Aapne mujhe seat belt mein lock kyun kiya ?" Raghav answered,"Tujhse kaha tha na meine.. Agar tum nahi aayi to mein tumhe uthaakar, apni car mein daalkar , seat belt se lock karke lekar jaaunga.. Tum ready ho gayi ho. Leking mujhe apni de hui baat ko pura karna hai. Isliye seat belt se lock kiya. Aur koi questions hai ?" Kalpi nodded no. Raghav drove off the car..

Pakhi was having the invite in her hand and she sighed,"Mujhe party mein jaana hain. Lekin Mama mujhe kabhi bhi drive karne nahi degi. Driver bhii aaj chutti le liya. Kya karoon ? Mujhe party mein jaana hai." Neetu came inside and sat down beside Pakhi and asked,"Ab kaisa feel ho raha hai bacha ?" Pakhi replied,"Bilkul fit... Kya mein party mein jaa sakta hoon ?" Neetu said,"Bilkul nahi Pakhi.. Tumhari tabeeyath abhi bhi theek nahi hain. Tu nahi jaayegi." Pakhi thought,"Iss stupid fever ko bhi abhi aana tha." Pakhi asked,"Please Mama. Mein ek hii jagah par rahke dhak ho chuki hoon. Please mujhe jaane deejiye." Neetu said,"Sorry Pakhi... Mujhe tumhari bahut fikar ho rahi hain.. Mei tumhe iss halat mein nahi bhejungi and that's final." Saying this,Neetu went away. Pakhi sighed,"Hey Bhagwaan. Mujhe party main jaana hai. Please kuch karo." Her phone rang.. She saw the name of hte caller. It was Sammy. She attended the call,"Hello Sammy..". Sammy asked,"Hello Pakhi.. Tumhari tabeeyath ab kaisi hai ?" Pakhi replied,"Ab achi feel kar rahi hoon.". Sammy asked,"Tum party mein nahi aa paayegi na ?" Pakhi said,"Mama mujhe akeli nahi bhejegi. Driver bhi leave pe hai. Pata nahi kya karoon. Mujhe party mein jaana hai." Sammy thought for a while and said,"Kya mein tumhari ghar aakar tumhe party mein le jaa sakta hoon ?" Pakhi got up from her bed in excitement and asked,"Oh would you really do that for me ?" Sammy said more to himself,"Mein tumhare liye kuch bhi karunga." Pakhi asked,"Kuch kaha tumne ?" Sammy came out of his dreamworld and said,"Kuch nahi.. Meine kaha mein yeh kar sakta hoon." Pakhi said,"Ok.. Tho kab aa rahe ho ?" Sammy said," Ab time 6.30 PM hai. Mein 7.15 tak aa jaaunga. Be ready." Pakhi said,"Ok.. I will be ready. Bye." She cut the call and thought,"Thank you Bhagwaan. Ab Pakhi, jaa aur Mama ko bata aur tayaar ho jaa." She excitedly got from her bed and went to the hall where Neetu and Sahil were sitting. Sahil dah just come from office.

Neetu saw Pakhi and said,"Why did you come out of your room ? Tujhe rest lena chaahiya.. Agar party ke baare mein hai tho meine bol diya kii jab tak tumhari office se koi tujhe lene nahi aayega tab tak no." Pakhi said,"Mama, uski chinta aap mat karna..Mujhe pick up karne keliye Sammy aa raha hai." Sahil asked,"Neetu, yeh vahi joker hai naa jo tumari family se hai ?" Neetu glared at Sahil and said,"Sahil, aap meri family ke baare mein aisa mat bola na.." Sahil said,"Ok sorry..." Pakhi asked,"Joker aur family ? Papa, Sammy joker nahi hai.. Vo bahut sweet hai.." Sahil and Neetu asked together,"SWEET ???" Pakhi said,"Mera matlab hai ki, Usne hii mujhe ghar tak choda aur usne offer kiya kii vo mujhe pick-up aur drop karega." Sahil said,"Ok beta. Tu jaa lekin Sammy ka number deke jaa." Pakhi said,"Thank you Papa." Neetu was gawking at him and asked,"Sahil ?? Hum Sammy par bharosa kaise kar sakte hai ?" Sahil told,"Neetu, chahe vo joker ki tarah dikhe par mujhe uspar vishwas hai. Vo bahut acha ladka hai.. Vo Pakhi ka khayaal rakhega." Neetu was convinces by this answer and so Pakhi went and got ready. Sammy came at 7.10 and saw Sahil and Neetu sitting in the hall. He gulped and thought,"Sammy... Apna khayaal rakh..." He went inside and greeted,"Hello Mr. Kapoor and Hello Aunty." Sahil was sipping his coffee and he laughed into it on hearing the word AUNTY.Neetu glared at both Sahil and Sammy and asked,"Tum unko Mr.Kapoor bulaate ho aur mujhe Aunty ??" Sammy said,"Sorry aun... I mean Mrs.Kapoor." Neetu nooded and said"Mein tumhari bharose par hii apni beti ko bhej rahi hoon. Uska khayaal rakhna.." Sammy said,"Aap chinta mat keejiye aun.. I mean Mrs. Kapoor. Mein Pakhi ka pura khayaal rakhunga aur drop bhi kar dunga. Just then Pakhi came down. Sammy stared at her.. She was looking really very pretty in a black attire that came down till her ankles (HER BIRTHDAY DRESS).. She wore no jewellary and make-up yet she looked beautiful with that dazzling smile of hers. Pakhi came down and said,"Am I late ?? Am so sorry Sammy.." Sammy broke out of his trance and said,"No probs Pakhi." neetu said,"Hayee. Meri beti kitni beautiful dikh rahi hai..." Pakhi said,"Thanx Mama.. Party keliye time ho raha hia. Chalo Sammy. Bye Papa.. Bye Mama." Sahil and Neetu both said,"Bye sweety..." Sammy and Pakhi drove off.

Raghav and Kalpi reached the party . Raghav said,"Kalpana, tum party mein jaao. Mein gaadi ko park karke aata hoon." Kalpi was rubbing her fingers together.. Raghav noticed this and said,"Chinta mat karo.. Party mein sab ke sab humare office log hii hai aur kuch businessmen. If it helps you, your best friend is also there." The word best friend lit Kalpi's eyes up. She asked,"Kya ?? Barbie doll yaha hai ??" Raghav luaughed at the name Barbie doll and said showing his two fingers,"Yes.. Ur best friend Barbie doll is in the party." Kalpi said,"Ok sir.. Mein andar jaati hoon. Meet you at the party.." She went inside and Raghav stared passionately at her until he was interrupted by a car honking at the back. He groaned and drove his car to the parking place. Kalpi enterd the hall and looked around. It was decorated very beautifully indeed. She noticed that some people were wearing mask and others weren't. She noticed that all eyes were on her. People were whispering to each other and Kalpi felt shy.. She could not spot Pakhi so she kept looking around.. Suddenly Pakhi came hugging her,"Chikki,. So good to see you." Pakhi broke the teddy-bear hug and looked at Kalpi and said,"Wow, Chikki.. Tum tho bahut beautiful dikh rahi ho." Kalpi smiled shyly and said,"Tum bhi tho kuch kam nahi dikh rahi ho." Pakhi said,"Thanx Chikki. By the way, tum kiske saath aayi thi?" Kalpi replied,"Boss ke saath.." Pakhi's jaw dropped and asked,"Mr. Akdoo Kaheeka ke saath ?" Kalpi defended him,"Nahi Barbia Doll. Aisa nahi bolte. Vo Akdoo Kaheeka nahi hai. Vo bahut ache hai.. He is very sweet." Pakhi raised an eyebrow and smilingly asked,"Very sweet haan ?" Kalpi noticed this and asked,"Meri baat chodo aur ye bataao kii tum kiske saath aayi thi ? Pakhi relpied,"Sammy ke saath.." Kalpi smiled mischeivously.. Pakhi noticed this and said,"Chikki. Aisa mat haso." Kalpi said,"Acha baba.. Theek hai."

Aarav came around and asked,"Tum dono jaise beautiful ladies yaha akele kya kar rahe hai ?" Kalpi and Pakhi turned to look at Aarav.. He looked dashing in his black suit and red tie.. Kalpi said,"Wo.. U look dashing Aarav." Pakhi agreed to the same... Aarav blushed and said,"Thank you girls.. You look beautiful yourself.. And Kalpi,. tum tho bol rahi thii ki tum nahi aana waali ho ?" Kalpi told the whole story of what happened.. Aarav and Pakhi burst out laughing while Kalpi glared at the both of them. Aarav noticed her expression and nudged Pakhi.. Both fell quiet and murmered,"Sorry.." Kalpi smiled and slapped Pakhi slightly on the arm,"Kamini Kaheekii.. Tum phone karke nahi bol sakti ho kii tum ghar chali gayi ho ?' Pakhi sheepishly said,"Sorry yaar. Mama ne mujhe kisi se baat bhi nahi karne diya... You know Mama right ?" Kalpi nodded. Aarav said,"Ok girls.. Enjoy the party... " He left and both the girls were standing together... Someone came from behind and closed Kalpi's eyes.. Pakhi looked at him but he couldn't see his face as he was wearing a mask.. Kalpi couldn't recognize who it was and asked,"Kaun hai yeh ?" The person in the mask did not say anything.. Pakhi tried to get to look at his face but in vain.. Kalpi asked again,"Seriously, mujhe pata nahi kii kaun hai.." The person came infront of her.. Kalpi opened her eyes and saw that he was wearing a mask. She gave a confused look.. The person showed her action to wait. He removed his mask and Kalpi was surprised to see that it was Prem. Pakhi was shocked.. She thought,"Prem ?? Yahan ??" Prem said,"Kya Kalpu.. Tum mujhe pehchaan hii nahi paayi.." Kalpi said,"Sorry Prem..." Prem looked at her up and down and said,"You look very beautiful Kalpu." Saying this , he hugged her.. Pakhi looked glaringly at him.. Just at that time Raghav entered the hall. He saw Prem hug Kalpi and his insides burned with anger.. He was on fire.. He felt like he wanted to punch the hell out of him.. He looked glaringly at Prem. Kalpi was the one to pull out of the hug. Prem asked,"Kya hua Kalpu ?" Pakhi replied for her,"Nothing.. Nice meeting you here Prem. Chalo Kalpi.. Sammy wait kar raha hoga. Tune Sammy se mili nahi naa ? Chalo milaati hoon usse." Saying this, she literally dragged Kalpi away into the crowd.. Prem just stood there with anger in his eyes and later smirked...

Pakhi took Kalpi to Sammy. Kalpi said,"Thanks a lot Sammy for taking Pakhi home and for bringing her here." Sammy said,"Oh, its nothing Kalpi..." Kalpi smiled and Raghav came there.. He was as stiff as a rod. He did not even smile when Kalpi smield at him. Kalpi thought,"Inhe kya ho gaya ??" She was interrupted in her thoughts when someone made an announcement asking Raghav Singhania to cum upon the stage... Raghav went up to the stage and said,"Good Evening Ladies and Getlemen.. It feels good to have anothe new set of employees here.. It gives me great pleasure to welcome all the new employees into the world of business." There was a great applause for this and Kalpi thought,"Wow... He speaks well." Ragahv continued,"Har saal, ye program dance ke bina adhura reh jaata hai.. Iss baar bhi, dance hoga. I request Miss. Kalpana Yadhav to join me for the first dance." Kalpi's eyes widened while Pakhi and Sammy snickered.. Raghav started walking towards Kalpi and held out his hand hor her. Kalpi said,"Lekin Sir. Mujhe dance nahi karna hai." Raghav said with a smile,"Please Miss. Kalpana Yadhav.. Jsut one dance." Kalpi shyly put her hand into his and Raghav let her to the dance floor. A song started to play in the background and Kalpi looked down. Raghav came closer to her and said,"Look at me Kalpana.. Look at me.." Kalpi looked at him and saw passion in his eyes.. They started to dance..

He bent her down and his lips and her neck were so close that people would think he was kissing her neck.. Then he pulled her up and looked into her eyes with so much passion that Kalpi diverted her eyes. Raghav said,"Look at me Kalpi.. Don't look down." Kalpi dif not look up so Raghav lifted her chin up to make her look up at him.. Both stared at each other.. There was a big applause form the audience.. Both of them broke their staring and looked around. Raghav looked at Sammy.. Sammy was winking at him. Raghav glared at him as if asking him to SHUT UP. Sammy did not move... He did not move a bit and k]kept on giving him winks and Thumbs-ups 😆... Raghav shook his head.. Kalpi was looking anywhere but him. She saw Pakhi giving her a knowing smile and Kalpi mouthed SHUT UP to her... Pakhi mouthed,"I can't after the dance." Kalpi blushed and looked away..

Pakhi was really happy about the dance.. She knew that Kalpi was safe with Raghav and that he won't let anything happen to her. She looked at Prem and saw that he was looking in Kalpi's direction. She glared at him and thought," Meine socha kii mein iss Prem ko kabhi nahi dekungi.. Par nahi.. Yeh yaha aa gaya... Chikki ko kyun dikhta nahi hain kii ye ladka bahut bura hai ?? Mein kitni baar samjhaane ki koshish karti hoon, par bhi nahi sunti hai. Haye Bhagwaan, Chikki ka khayaal rakhna.." Then she looked at Raghav. She thought,"Haye Bhagwaan.. Aap meri saare baatein sun lete ho.. Mujhe pata hai ki jab tak Raghav Sir Chikki ke saath hai, use kuch nahi hoga." She smiled.. Sammy watched Raghav... He thought,"Kitne dino baad, mein Raghav ko aise dekh raha hoon." He noticed Sammy noticed Pakhi coming towards him.. She asked,"Dance bahut acha tha na ?" Sammy nodded,"Haan.. Bahut acha tha... Kitne dino ke baad, mein Raghav ko aisa dekh raha hoon... Last meine use tabhi aise dekha jab..." He stopped in mid-sentence and said,"Cho.. Mein vo sab baatein nahi bolna chaahta hoon. Raghav ko khush dekha meine.. Vahi kaafi hain mere liye aur Papa keliye.. Isliye Kalpi ko thanx." Pakhi smiled at him and said,"Tumne aaj tak apni Papa ke baare mein nahi bataaya." Sammy said,"Oh sorry about that..
Pakhi said,"No probs.. Phir nkabhi bataana. Ab keliye, party enjoy karte hain." Sammy nodded held out his hand and asked in a kingly way,"Oh beautiful lady infront of me, Care to share a dance with me ?"He wriggled his eyebrows .. Pakhi laughed at this and replied in the same manner with hand over her heart,"Of course, my handsome prince. Its my pleasure." He took her hand and led her to the dance floor. They both danced into the music..

On the other hand, Raghav looked at Kalpi and noticed that her cheeks were red and that she was looking somewhere else. He said,"You look like a tomato Kalpi." Kalpi's head shot into his direction.. It was the first time, he had called her Kalpi.. Ragahv asked,"Kya mein tumhe Kalpi bula sakta hoon ?" Kalpi said,"Yes Sir.. No problem." Raghav said,"Tum bahut acha dance karti ho.. Phir jhoot kyun bola ki tumhe dance karna nahi aata ?" Kalpi said,"Sir, meine kaha ki mujhe dance nahi karna hai.. Meine ye nahi kaha ki mujhe dance karna nahi aata." Raghav was impressed with her straight forwardness and laughed at her expression.. After sometime, Kalpi also joined in the laughter and both of them started laughing while Pakhi and Sammy were looking at them , smiled and turned towards each other.. They were having a moment of their own..😳

Ya.. He is a twist to the tale 😉... This was my most favourite chapter and the hardest chapter too... Took a very long time to think and update.. Thanx for the comment Harsha... 😳.. And I think its time for a payback... 😈.. U gave me near heart-attacks wid cliff-hangers now its time for u to get sum.. 😈
