True Face of BIAS & NEPOTISM!
DADI AS BOOTH 1.10
The evening fell into darkness as they reached the national highway totally drained out. The wind felt piercing into the skin as Manvi rubbed her palms to keep away the cold. Virat immediately handed his leather jacket as he saw her pulling her shirt closer. Manvi narrowed her eyes as he almost pushed the jacket in her hands.
"What's this?" she asked eyeing him suspiciously and then the jacket. He looked surprised at her question, his eyebrows arching and almost in a position to fall into a fit of laughter. "I thought you are only deaf, but you seem to have multiple disorders", he replied ruffling his hair through his hand.
"What do you mean?" she enquired further as her eyebrows shot up trying to figure out something. His eyes sank in a disbelieving gaze as she twisted her face. "I got you" she said raising her finger and pointing it towards him in accusation. He watched her stupefied as she folded her hands across her chest. "Do you really think if you would give me your jacket like a hero my eyes would fill up at your sacrifice and I'll come running to hug you in a slow motion like the heroines in 80s". She stopped after blurting out the noble words and took a long breath before throwing an "I-know-you-very-well" look to him.
He nodded his head to make a wisecrack, "Well I can't guarantee you with the first thing, but the second thing is most likely to happen when I'm with girls. I already told you I have such looks which makes girls go weak at their knees", he swanked throwing his hands up to her glare. "Then keep dreaming because that is not going to happen with me in any freakin way" she glowered taking in his fervor.
"Oh! Pardon me, girls are most likely to behave this way not bandariya" he retorted to her devilish glare. "Oh shutup with your double-talk, and look for a way to get the hell out of here, it's freezing cold" she complained rubbing her hands to get off the cold. "Then let me look for it, stay behind" he gestured her by moving his hands to and fro. He examined the empty road and sighed turning towards her. "Wait here" he said as he saw a red Maruti making its way in the middle of the road with full speed. He raised his hands and waved to stop the car. But the car zoomed past them making him jerk backwards.
He creased his forehead before sitting near the sign board totally tuckered out. She gave an uninspiring look to him and spoke with sheer confidence, "You got to take lessons from me in this one". Before he could ask her what's cooking in her head she already had her eyes playing mischievously. Her hair swayed to the gentle breeze alluringly. She started unbuttoning her waist coat comely revealing her body. Her light brown silk shirt stuck to her body illuminating her perfect lascivious curves.
He gazed at her gob smacked as she moved her hair aside to show off her steamy hot one sided open back. He was completely blown away by her looks; he never knew he was with the hottest girl he had ever known. Her perfect curves served as an eye feast to him. She started waving her hands as a black Mercedes raced through the hollow path. The car screeched to a halt. Manvi strolled up to the car in a way that seemed to be a cat walk. The windshield of the car lowered down revealing a chivalrous young fellow wearing a nut-brown buttoned up jacket. He was fairly handsome, not much of a torrid but a good looking guy.
"Hey Can we have a lift to Goa" Manvi asked in her most sweet voice possible; it wasn't a matter of suffering in the refrigerating cold but now it has become a challenge to her.
"Sure, I don't mind giving lift to pretty girls" he replied in a husky voice already over to flirt with her. Manvi grazed her eyebrows in surprise at his antics at the very first interaction. She signaled Virat to come in opening the door to hang loose. He followed her silently still caught in her beauty. The car moved forward with the gusty wind following them.
"I'm Sam", he introduced himself adjusting the rear view mirror in her direction.
"I'm Manvi", she smiled comfortably.
"Is he your boyfriend?" the mere look of comfort vanished from her face at his question. She looked at Virat sideways whilst he was smirking causing her face turn red crimson color.
"N-Noo, he is just someone whom I have known from the past six hours" she said tucking her fringe behind her ear. Sam felt a bit high-spirited at the new piece of information. "Are you on a holiday to Goa"? He asked as his eyes shimmered with happiness.
"Nope, I wish I could, but my parents are insisting me to see a guy in my cousins wedding, kind of a marriage proposal. But I'm not into it! I'm just waiting to wave a big NO to the guy" she answered in her usual bubbly tone startling the two men with her.
"You didn't tell me!" Virat asked a bit dejected whilst Manvi looked a bit surprised. He was asking as he had known her for years and has the right to know every single detail of her life. "You're not my boyfriend to know whatever shit happens in my life" she answered twirling her hair between her fingers. "Besides you're not even my friend", she replied bulging her eyes to add more effect to her words.
"Really well, where was this piece of mind when you were asking for my help" he counted on as she stuttered to find an answer. "It's...Because, I wouldn't have missed the car in the first place if you hadn't been poking me all the while, so naturally it's your responsibility to take me safe to Goa." she retorted laying back at rest.
Sam grew tired of their non-stop bantering. He tried to talk to her but she was more involved with Virat to prove her point right. He steadied his hands on the steering as they continued pulling each other's leg.
"Here I'm helping you out and you don't have the least decency to thank me, instead you are mocking at me" he complained facing her.
"Excuse me, I can make my own way but I wanted you to pay for what you have done" she said putting on some attitude.
"How about you go alone with Sam to Goa because I think I have paid enough for what I have done" he said sarcastically seeing her expressions turn into horror.
"I'm not letting you go that easily" she said not wanting to travel alone with an unknown flirtatious guy on her own. He smirked looking at her expressions changing. She sure was a one piece. He didn't have the heart to let her go with an unknown wag but he had to.
"Scared much huh" he grinned. She ran a cold hand through her face and grinned back. "I'm not" she said while her heart was pounding all the while.
"Then let us choose our own ways" he said doing the unexpected, stopping the car and then climbing out of it. He waved an adieu while she tried to keep a brave face. She didn't know what was coming further as the car raced forward...
