PART - 2

"Di bas karo..main tang aa chuki hun ab.."

"Mannu..tu mujhse tang aa gayi hai ? Mujhse mannu ?? Aise kya kar diya hai maine jo tu itna tang aa gayi hai aur tujhe yeh tak hosh nahin hai k tu kisse baat kar rahi hai."

"Di maine kab se aapse keh rahi hun ki mujhe apni life jeene do. Sab kuch aapke hisaab nahin chal sakta na.. "

"Main apni khushi ke liye ya apne liye nahin kar rahi kuch bhi aur yeh tu bhi jaanti hai ache se..toh phir kyun nahin samajhti hai tu.."

"Mujhe nahin samajhna ab kuch bhi di.. Main jaa rahi hoon.. Ab main aur torture nahin sehan kar sakti.."

"Mannnu…….. tujhe pata hai tu kya keh rahi hai ? Mera pyar meri fikar ab tujhe torture lagta hain ? Meri aankhon mein dekh ke bol yeh sab…."

"Di bas karo.. ab aur yeh drama nahin dekha jaaata.. Main jaa rahi hun…"

"Nahin tu nahin jaayegi Maanvi"

"Di main jaaungi ya nahin jaaungi iska faisla ab aap nahin main karungi… aur main jaa rahi hun"

Mannnu…...

"Shhh… bas…kya ho gaya"I opened my eyes as I heard him sitting beside me taking me into his arms..

I looked at him and he continued "kya hua ..phir se bura sapna dekha" i shook my head positively and hugged him tightly.. He hugged me back and soothed me with all Love.

"Mannu kahan hai ?" I asked him as I realised my another side empty.

"Woh uth gayi thi toh Maa use apne sath le gayi" he replied back

"Toh mujhe uthaya kyun nahin ? use bhookh lagi hogi.. Aap le aaiye jaa ke use please " I asked politely.

He gave me a smile, "Jo hukum Mrs Vadhera."

I smiled back and with that he left the room.My smile faded minutes later as some worse memories again surrounded me..

I opened my eyes, only to close them again, due to the bright lights of the room I was in.

"Doctor…Jeevika ko hosh aa gaya!" I heard him yelling..

I opened my eyes and blinked a few times to clear them.
It took a few seconds but when I could see clearly I slowly sat..I examined my surroundings, It was a hospital.. My husband was all disturbed looking at me and at the same time talking to doctor.

Then a woman who was obviously the doctor, came to me holding a clipboard and had a kind smile on her face opened her mouth to speak looking at my husband..

"Chinta karne ki koi zaroorat nahin..Kamzori hai..Breast feeding ki wajah se.. Bas diet pe dhyan de..Healthy diet ki zaroorat hai inhe.. agar yeh apni khuraak achi rakhengi tabhi toh bache ko feed de sakengi na ache se.. aur Jo medicines maine pehle suggest ki thi who continue rakhiye aur inhe kisi tarah ki tension na hone de..agar phir bhi aise hi chakkar aaye aur tabiyat khraab ho toh yeh baby ko apna doodh na de..aaj kal baby food easily mil jata hai pharmacies se... Ab aap inhe le ja sakte hain ghar.. and Please BED REST zaroori hai." She passed a smile to me and went..

I looked at my husband who sat in the seat next to my bed with his worried face.

I shook my head, and spoke in the most convincing "aise muh bana ke kyun baithe hain aap.. daantna hai toh daant lijiye..Aise pareshan hoke mat baithiye..mujhe ghabrahat hoti hai" I spoke.

A look of sympathy was now on the his face, "Mujhe pareshan dekh ke tumhe ghabarat hoti hai aur tumhe aise iss hospital ke bed pe dekh ke mujhe bohat khushi ho rahi hai, haina?"

I looked at him pouting my lips...

He got soften with that look and continued " Dekho jeevika, wajah tum bhi jaanti ho aur main bhi. Bas karo..bhool jao unn sab buri yaadon ko.. Yaad rakhna hai toh acha wala yaad rakho.. Aise apni tabiyat khrab karti rahogi toh ek mannu kho chuki ho..kahin dusri…" I felt My heart stopped with his words..

I clutched my dress with both of my hands..He noticed the change in me and softly placed one of his hands on my own ones, which rested in my lap. I looked at my hands, trying to look like I was concentrating..

"Mujhe pata hai tumhe takleef hoti hai par main bhi yahi chahta hun ki ab khud ko takleef dena band kar do tum.. Tumhe kuch ho gaya toh socho mera aur mannu ka kya hoga? Yaad hai tumne hi apne naam ka matlab samjhaya tha ki Jeevika ka matlab Life hota hai aur tum hi hum dono ki zindagi ho jeevika.. Khud ko nuksaan pohanchaogi toh takleef humein tumse zyada hogi.. I love you Jeevika.. " he confessed..

I smiled and squeezed his hands gently, " Sorry"

He looked into my eyes and asked, "Bas sorry?" he tried to light the atmosphere..

I understood, and asked "Kyun ab kya iss hospital ke ghatiya se ward mein murga banun?"

He chuckled, "kisi ki inti majaal ki ek teacher ko murga bana sake..(pause) waise murga ya murgi?"

I opened my mouth to speak, but he just hugged me tightly kissing me on my cheek, I blushed and hugged him back.
