Thanks to you, no different content can be served on TV. Only saas bahu bullcrap. In name of TRP.

Classy vamp like Sakshi will not do. You only want to show pendu woman barking "Ae beendni!" A strong, motivated female lead won't do. You can only show constipated leads trying to balance work and home.🤢

You ever wondered that your channel has no variety? Not a single famous thriller, suspense, comedy or reality show! Just bullshit phamily dirama!

You gag creative spirit. You don't give time to creators and artistes, nor opportunity to do something different.

You even shut down your sister channel Star One that had unique shows! 😡

Why only cater to 7000 TAM meters?! You think those 7000 households really represent what country of a billion plus people is watching? 😲

EHT was already a finite show. Meant to last for roughly a year. But you didn't even let it last for 9 months?😡

Shame! Shame that the team that was looking to bring something different got gagged due to you. Shame that even recent romance and saas bahu shit and entry in top 10 couldn't keep you still. Shame that you started step motherly treatment very early as you cut down repeats, promos, online promotion of EHT and maybe there were budget cuts too and stars were seen wearing same old clothes and accessories again.

Why did you even take up EHT? Why don't you simply declare ONLY SAAS BAHU CONCEPT ACCEPTED?😡

What is more pathetic is your discrimination! Satyamev Jayate does not get TRPs nor justifies the high budget. But you retain it. Why? Because film star like Aamir Khan is behind it?

Why TV teams do not get similar leeway?

Ek Hasina Thi is watched by many. It had potential to be a cult. And it was so with its writing, casting, glamour, moral and legal issues and psychological conflict! Even character actors had FCs and parody accounts dedicated to them!

How could you end it like this and force team to wrap up?

YOU are the reason why TV is so trashy and monotonous now! You are the reason why no decent actor wants to work on TV anymore because obviously their schedule is not respected and they never know what's going on! They can be anytime told to leave or tracks changed at drop of a hat!

I had long given up on your channel. But it was only Ek Hasina Thi that made me return.

Now that it's going off I will again never watch SP.

Sorry for EHT team that they brought their show on Star TV.

well written rant.

This is precisely the reason what i hate hate hate SP the most.

They totally destroyed a beautiful mytho like Mahabharat with crap distorted tracks.

Now they are shutting EHT.

It shows that SP is a saas bahu channel only.

They should learn from colors which airs shows like Comedy Nights, 24, JDJ, IGT, BB and still manages to get good trps.

They should learn from zee tv which gives enough time for shows to settle down. even a flop show is given 6 months on zee.

If EHT ran on zee/colors this would never happen.

What a shame!

Very well written atominis! I am so frustrated and furious at Star Plus. If they really want to launch more idiotic saas- bahu shows, then why is it necessary for them to pull the plug for EHT? Why can't they terminate stupid long running shows like SNS, or YRKKH? I hate bloody Star Plus! I thought it was my favourite channel, but I guess not. I really really hope that EHT does not cease. It just commenced, and it has only run for approximately 6- 7 months, not even 10 months. I despise Star Plus. It is a shame that the EHT producers, writers, team, cast and crew decided for their show to be on a biased channel like Star Plus. Star Plus does not have any fresh concepts, it is the one and only, saas- bahu! Are they not satisfied that EHT's TRP's have increased? Such a biased channel! Not even the other Indian channels are as biased as Star Plus. I contemplate the reason why EHT started to become like a saas - bahu show was because Star Plus must have forced them to become like one! Idiot channel. Thank you atominis for creating this post, it has aided me to vent out all my anguish as to why I despise Star Plus.

Star Plus have a slogan which is, ''Rishta Wahi Soch Nayi''. What a mendacious and dishonest slogan! It does not even match what this channel really is (a prejudiced channel). #HATESTARPLUS #BIASEDCHANNEL

Please watch atleast one episode of ur nayi soch serials u'll need ten anacins to cure ur headache.

and please change the slogan to TRP Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega!!!

Yes , i agree about star one too my college days were so good with its unique shows . They stopped it too .

Only Saas-bahu and the chawl mohala fights will please the TRP aunties and uncles and star is giving that 😡 All Bull shit now 😡

Rishta wahi soch nayi indeed 🤬 kuch bhi naya nahi hai .

Man they even twisted mahabharat too and that is a puranic story .Everything should be seen in crap SB view i dont buy it .

I must say Sony, Life OK, might be only in top 10 but they atleast run different shows. Zee migjt not be no 1 but atleast it gives time to its shows.

Star Flush first cheated EHT and put it on a disadvantage by giving it 8 PM slot though producer wanted 11 PM. Then it complained over TRP?🤢

They have worst contracts too. EHT cannot even be shifted to another channel. It is property of SP.😡

Creatives are gagged by Star TV.😡

I dont know but I am glad EHT is finally bidding good bye because they have already butchered the essence of the show, so much that the actress Teena Chopra had to quit the show.

What a shame. Brilliant star cast, great storyline and good show could not live because of TRP politics.

Now the slot will be used for cooking some great dishes until the channel walle decide another soapy soap opera.
