Actually Sony is even worse, they started excellent shows like Ladies Special, Rishta.com, etc, then shut them down abruptly because they didnt get goodTRPs...all thanks to Star Plus' crappy high trp shows grabbing the eyeballs of viewers with extremely low taste!

It is not clear to me who the TRP audience are.
From what I know, a lot of the general audience does get bored of the same old, same old.
My mother, aunties, neighbours and others I know all have found SNS, YRKKH etc to be turn-offs due to the same recycled dialogues and scenes and have turned to the local language channels which have better quality serials than does SP.

So who are these TRP audience and where are they?😕

a@above, we all together make TRP audience...😊, but its like how many ppl watch the show...for ex. SNS.. Only housewives, illiterate village women, old women like SNS.. WE who like shows like EHT are fewer in number😔. children watch cartoons most of them.

My mother watches regional Bangla channels, sister's family watches American shows in India...

TRPs are manipulated by Star channel, its owned by you know who...the all powerful Murdoch.

Totally agrees with whatever you have written. Such a wonderful show is going off air before its due time because of shitty TRPs of Star Plus

Even Saas-Bahu theme is bearable if it is carried out in good and logical way, But not the Shows SP produce. What the hell they think of themselves in the name of TRP? What utter crap are they showing in some of their shows? Even the die hard fans of the show like SNS are frustrated with the crap they shows...!!! Actually Indian households are being ruined by utter nonsense shown in telly vision.

That is why they can't bear show like EHT and their concept.
