@sidpmalhotra: Guys sorry to break dnews but as promised need to ..our fav show #EHT will come to an logical end dec give it all the love u have till then!

It's sooner than we thought but we knew it was finite. When rumours start, there is often some truth in them not always though

Really upsetting news, the show was meant to run for at least 1 year and I believe there is still many tracks left which need to be shown. I hope its rumours. I suppose Star Plus is just ending many shows nowadays, to make room for their new boring shows :/

But the show was for a year! How can they end it in December?

Is this why they are rushing it?

So many layers were yet to be unravelled be it on all Goenkas, Dayal, real Durga Thakur, Nitya's past and Payal's recovery!

They will wrap all loose ends in 2 months? Or leave loose ends?😕

This is bad news!

Shamr on SP for running saas bahu shows for decades but wiping off suspense shows in 6 months. 😡

I am gonna miss the cast likr hell! My steely Sakshi and fiery Durga!

In Dec, very sad to hear that. Is that why they are rushing the epi now. It was for one year right. How in 2 months they will close everything. I hope they show everything logically. I was hoping it will atleast run till Jan. But the way SP was going cutting down promos and repeats this was expected.

I guess it is the TRP that did the show in. Unfortunately Indian audience cannot still give decent TRP to a good show. I still didn't had enough of Sakshi. But I knew the way things were going it is for reopening the case. But after that in one month everything will be closed. I know once the case reopens only the trial and how the evil trio does everything to stop the trial matters.

But trial for 2 months would have been ideal. That would have given enough time to wrap up things nicely and we viewers would also have had a complete feeling.

I do not want any drag or romance to extend the show, but I want the thriller to be complete in every aspect which I am not sure I will get by Dec.

SP did not deserve such a show.

EHT was trying at least. They had made it to top 10. It is still better than cookery or saas bahu!

It would have made it gradually.

Where would you get such a cast and such layered characters?

This is a travesty.

No wonder seniors like Simone were avoiding TV for years.😡

@bangles unfortunately those mindless shows have TRPs while EHT was for niche audience. Only a set of audience will be able to appreciate it and I feel 8pm time slot also did it in.

8pm should never be a time slot for a niche show like EHT. It is a show watched by many office goers and career woman compared to elderly people and teenagers who love candyfloss love stories. Our time is actually between 9-11.

As 8PM is we will be kitchen, cooking for family etc etc.. after work.

One of the key reasons for DABH success is its time slot 9pm which worked in its favour.

I hope the TRP helps EHT in coming weeks like it did for MB. MB was supposed to close in Jun but due to its huge popularity it went on till Aug and we get EHT alteast till Jan.
