And cannot that thing be because last time the rape case went too far than it usually does ?
Peer pressure can make you a different person altogether. Some people are weak souls, they give into the situations as they come. I think this guy is just one of them.

If he is innocent, he would choose to stay away from Shaurya without getting into direct conflict with the Goenkas. There are ample of smart ways to do that. One who can let Payal fly away from that closed room intentionally must have better ways to avoid Shaurya as well. I bet Shaurya would not really mind as Rishi is not a girl.

If anyone asks me these people are worse than the real culprits and loyal to no one. Just wait for the day when the downfall of the Goenkas begin. I can assume thi s guy is going to shift his loyalties real soon.

this is a thriller and a good thriller never lets the cat out of the bag very soon or open the cards. we can only assume...but one thing is for sure...noone can predict a fixed position for this character at this point...its only time will tell...

May be. I really hope they dont end up in a real mess to make it more interesting. I vowed never to watch a xxxplus show when Shaleen Malhotra's show went off air without a fair ending. They could not do justice to the theme of revenge there. I really hope they keep it short and to the point. This Ganguly thing is taking quite some time now.

Yup, I've noticed this too, actually, from the beginning itself. And remember, they were talking about how Shaurya helped him when he was in the slum, or something of that sort? And how Shaurya took him by the collar when he once questioned Shaurya?Even I have a feeling that he might have let Payal escape, and not raped her. And made a bahana of the vase. He wasn't even smiling when he entered the room, unlike that ultra-perv friend of Shaurya.

This guy looks like the typical darpok one in any bad side. The kind of people who swing loyalties soon or largely remain silent.
Why would Payal accuse him if he let her escape?

His aversion to perv ways of Shaurya may also be due to the aftermath of that rape and the court case. He may not want to get into similar trouble again.

If he was well meaning he would have stopped Shaurya when he set out to rape. He has never let go of that crap circle of friends. Why is he so scared whenever Payal, Nitya and rape case are mentioned? He looks more cautious and scared than Shaurya himself.

I do not see anything great in his letting Payal escape if he indeed did so. That can reduce his sentence but not the guilt as accomplice and as someone who withheld information.

After apologist threads for Shaurya we have similar for his friend and comments doubting veracity of statements by Payal and Divya on this incident!👏
