If that is the case, how come Divya name all three of them as rapists? This was again testified by Payal herself. Look, now there is a lot we have to judge before jumping into any conclusion. That friend of Shaurya lacks the privilege what Shaurya has. He would not have gone that far if Shaurya was not around because his mother is not Sakshi Goenka and thereby he is not protected by the name 'Goenka'.

I always had this feeling that the fourth one,Rishi-right? is innocent. He probably asked Payal to hit him and run away. It is from Divya's statement we know that all four of them were involved in the rape. May be Divya thought that all of them raped her. But I feel this fourth friend never raped her. Payal who was too traumatized after the rape,either was not in a state to say this to Divya. Ahh..May be she did reveal,only after the conversation Divya had with Sakshi.(Hence we don't know that) May be she thought not to let him escape punishment as he dint stop his friends from committing the crime.
