Even in the earlier episodes when he used to hurt her it never gave him peace.

While writing it I was so imagining the scenes and the dialogues. Shravan was a puzzle and you are right even in the beginning he couldn't hurt her he just needed to admit it to himself.

That was an intense one! So many emotions. My heart goes out to Shravan. He is lost, shocked, shattered. He will definitely require time to heal, and that, only Sumo will be able to do for him; if he lets her. I hope they sort out their issues pretty soon. As far as Sumo is concerned, poor girl. Life has been unfair to her. Hopefully, the silver lining in her cloud will show up soon!
