His eyes darting forward in fear. His hair messed on his forehead..!

And still his first instinct when disaster struck was to hold on to her, to safeguard her. He always put himself in between danger and her. Always..!🤗

And forever!

Hot this one is!

His eyes reflected his relief as her's spoke a mile a minute..!

You know his eyes can sink the Titanic!

"Kya hua Sumo?" He asked, covering her petite frame with his cooling shadow.

"Kuch nahi..." She whispered.

And all things nice!

Sigh!

Anyone else would have asked her to pay a little more and avoid standing in queues such as these, but not him. He would let her have her way but he would do so while he provided her with the best he could..! ❤️

Somehow, Shravan would always manage to catch her before she would hit the ground..!

I love and agree with this perspective you put forth letting your spouse do something nice for you isn't against feminism (which itself is a confusing topic for me still). What words cannot convey in years, a simple action does in a matter of minutes.

I begin with the premise. Of him being with her, around her.

She grew up around people, for whom she was a debt personified.

She indeed did..

He gave her the care she craved, the succour she never learnt to receive , the concern she might have searched for in those faces, the love she might have desired so badly.

He did, didn't he?

He kept her secure , enveloping her into this safe cocoon, for his peace. He was her sky, he helped her fly.

Sigh... If you put it that way

He never desired her applause, he did it because he never learnt to do anything else. His mind was programmed to be there for her, even before she realised that she needed him.

His heart knew nothing else...

This reminds me of these lines from Kazekirion:

"You were the moon all this time,

And he was there for you to make you shine."

"Was he the sun?"

"No honey, he was the darkness."
