Mandy,
Sorry..But we have to disagree here.
We clearly saw what the trigger was...It was Shravan taunting him at the mirror..that caused him to break it...And the same sly expression when they met in person..Frankly, I wanted to slap Shravan just then!
What irked Aditya most is not the fact that she did it...But she was hiding it...and putting up an act of coyness, as if to show him she was an innocent. She had repeatedly denied any relationship with Shravan..he had seen traces of something..and finally one of them had just confirmed it to him..
What was he thinking of, when he thought he could pull this through! Would a confession from Suman have made any difference to who she was in his eyes? This is where I criticise what he did..
But he realised the gravity of his actions when Suman confirmed he had been trying to violate her..His mother gave him a chance to speak...he OWNED UP before he tried to explain himself.
His mother slapped him and he had the grace to look ashamed of himself and walk out when his mother told him to..
I am thankful to Adi for this much...He could have stood there and explained himself...but he realise how shameful his actions themselves had been. .and he left the scene. I appreciated the fact that he respected Nirmala...
I am so happy this turned out exactly the way I had wanted it! This is how I had wanted Adi's exit from the wedding.
And I'd point fingers not at Nirmala's parvarish, but her brains here..she could not see he has not been behaving himself lately?...she could just write off the broken mirror just like that!🥱
As for Aditya's references to first night...he said that only to irk her ...that is not his personality...
Just like it is not Shravan's personality to go around claiming to everyone he has slept with his best friend..regardless of whether he has or not..
We need to give them both space.
