Dear friends,
I usually post this on Friday, but there is so much going on that I am making it one day earlier. Please read and let me know your opinions. All opinions specially contradictory ones welcome.

I find myself increasingly going back to the promo. It says it all, really
"Jis hak se rokoon woh hak kahan se laoon ?
Tum bolo kis rishte se ruk jaaon
Bachpan ka pyaar zubaan pe abhi be nahi aata
Main keh nahi sakti aur tumse kaha nahi jata"
Hak,rishta, pyar and to add to it is the constraint imposed on her by his very own father.Not to forget that there is a love triangle and the rivalry of a foster sibling.
Has it become too complicated for us now ? A story we loved because it was simple and relatable has suddenly becoming excrutiatingly painful to watch.
Why ? Because we reason. And love is beyond reasoning, beyond rational thinking, it is an all consumming madness. And Shraman are already crazy, so combine the madness of love, this is what we get.
Sumo, placed a bet on Shravan, that he loves her and will come to her. The question though is not if Shravan will come to her, but when he will come.
She tried everything she knew. She pushed him away, ignored him, hurt him but the moment she sees he is hurt, the lover in her wins hands down. She will bandaid his wound when the rest of the world is still wondering how he got hurt in the first place, she will search for him at 2 in the morning like a mad woman and hug him. Even for a moment, atleast for a moment, she became the Sumo she was and not the Suman the rest of the world sees.
Do we expect Shravan to see through all these mixed signals ? No ! we don't but the problem is that Sumo does. She trusts as anyone so much in love should ,but trying to be something she is not, has been her fault. S
She cannot even pretend to ignore him, let alone, actually ignore him.
She shudders at the thought of losing him.
All done, when she saw that she was pushing him away, she decides to make him jealous, to bring him closer.
What is her objective ? Why push him away, give up, try to get closer and push him away again ? Sumo wants to hear just one thing, that he loves her.She wants to hear
"Main tumhe kabhi bhi akhela nahi chodoonga"
She will hear nothing else because when it comes to him, she is beyond reasoning.
But the rules of the game have changed, this Sumo is unaware of. We are aware of Ramnath manipulating Shravan but unfortunatley Sumo is not. And that is why the "friendship rule" that Shravan had has changed. She is still in shock and she fears losing him now.
When Sumo has almost given up on her game, Shravan decides to play it now. He decides to bet on Sumo. He decides for once to trust her. How did Shravan with so many insecurities start trusting her ? I don't think he is there yet. He always wanted proof, proof that he is the only one in her life. That no one can replace him and if she takes help from anyone, it will be him. He takes it even further, he thinks that she will not any one's help, specially not from the person he had warned her about. If she doesn't he will be proved right. His trust in her will be back again. He wants to be the one for her always.

As confused as he is, he places one final bet, for the sake of his sanity. Shravan is heading towards a breakdown, but little does he know that his Sumo is cornered, by the very man he trusts. Shravan made one mistake, he wants to keep both his father and Sumo with him always, so he played it safe. He wanted his father's approval before asking her, because once he asks her, there can be no going back. This move backfired on him, I pity Shravan, for he doesn't know it yet.
Why break a mirror ? What does a mirror show you ? An image of yourself. Its simple really, Shravan Malhotra wants to break the image he sees in the mirror beacuse in the mirror he only sees Sumo's Shravan. Why ?
Because that is who he is. He is his father's son, a lawyer but it is Sumo who defines him. The ten years he was away, he must have relived every moment that they shared and more importantly the moment when she did not stand by him. He wanted to be so good, that she could never reject him again, never ever. He came back to claim her and this is exactly what she wants him to do, to claim her. Hence the dream sequence, come and claim me, how long do you want me to wait ? More than a Sumo dream sequence I felt it was a shared dream, thats what his eyes said and that is what she imagines.
Because just as he became the best he could for her, she became the best she could when she waited. But they didnot communicate and hence the inconsistencises,becuase though they may know each other so well, they both are afraid that the other person's wants and needs may have changed. Thats why they go back and forth, bickering, insulting each other at the slightest chance and yet they are not angry with each other yet. The anger is yet to come. The anger will only come when Shravan is proved wrong once again by Sumo. She will chose wisely, that I am sure.
I do not write about Ramnath usually, but I want to mention him today. He knows why Adithya wants that land and he will use the knowledge to the fullest advantage.
Though he has played an unfair game so far, manipulating both of them, life is about to throw him a curved ball and I hope and pray he fails. For I still dream of a confession before a wedding, a new beginning for both of them. It will be better for them to let go of the past, to breakdown and start from scratch again.
So cheer up folks, we are nearing a confession or at least a wedding !
